If you want a loyal fan base willing to refer this to others, learn the basics of business principles. Which is to build a loyal fan base. Use the KISS principle. ✓ TERRIBLEIf I could give ZERO stars I would. Twice I’ve tried this app now, and when it worked it was ok. First time, I paid for the full version but it wouldn’t let me out of the trial version. Ended up spending half the day emailing with Brent at customer support trying to fix it. At least he worked with me and gave a refund at the end. Flash forward a year, I think to myself maybe they have the bug fixed so I try it again. SAME issue only this time I’m dealing with “Ryan K” and not only is he rude as he tells me it’s not their problem, but mine and the Apple store’s...then he insults me, tells me to go away and to not come back. ✓ BEAWARE! Very difficult to cancel.BEAWARE ! If for any reason you want to cancel, they will make it near impossible to do it and will continue charging your card. Very responsive until I provided my credit card. After that they were ignoring my request to cancel before the trail end. This app is relatively simple, which is the elegant part of it, but it's missing a few key features before I feel it's worth paying $6-$11/ month for: - Needs a price and float filter - Needs a faster, more accurate way to check for news.
