✗ FAQ and app are garbageThe app has only worked one time for me. The very first day I downloaded the free trial. Then I ended up buying the app hoping that if I bought a license it would start working... no dice. They list the problem I’m having on the FAQ- I’m mirroring my device to the screen, but all I see is a blank screen, and they tell you how to trouble shoot it- configure 3rd party HTTP capturing software- but unless you’re an IT person, you have no idea what that means. I have no clue what a 3rd party HTTP capturing software is, how to configure or how to download. And there’s no support line or chat bot who can help.
