I have no problem with that at all, if the service actually worked. It is garbage. I was bought this in order to use a whiteboard app to make teaching my math classes easier. The mirroring never lasts for more than 5 minutes, and that is no exaggeration. I asked for a refund and I will update this review once I get my answer. I'm bracing myself for a torrent of useless suggestions for troubleshooting. After my computer crashed and I had to reinstall, the license wouldn’t activate (despite the fact that it was the same computer with the same name and hardware, only the OS had been reinstalled). I contacted their customer support, to get the issue resolved, and I was given the run around. Eventually they just stopped responding to my e-mails. So I’m stuck with software that I paid for that won’t work because I had to reinstall my OS and their support team stinks, is too lazy to do something to help their customers, or the company policy is to take your money and run.
