✓ Fun but poor app support (UPDATED)This is a near perfect adaptation of Supercell’s Hay Day, with a hospital / medical theme. Unfortunately the developers show no interest in providing support for their app. I have been trying for a month to get them to fix a bug not linking my Facebook account, and they still have failed to fix it. They are now going on 2 weeks without any response at all. Sadly I cannot recommend this game because the developer is not interested in providing support for their app. UPDATE: they finally fixed my FB connection issue after a month of multiple contacts. I have updated the rating to 4 stars as a result. I hope they have learned their lesson to respond timely to player support requests..Version: 1.1.20
✓ Absolutely HookedThis game is unlike many other role playing games in the sense that the “hearts” are very easily attainable no matter how far you are into the game. There are so many different ways to gain them and I feel like in most games that higher currency (for eg. Gems in CoC) is much harder to attain. There’s also always something to do which is why I can keep the app open for hours and pass the time without knowing. The only thing I would suggest (and even that it isn’t REALLY necessary until you reach a higher level) is to include an edit mode to redesign your hospital. I also have never experienced any glitches or crashing since having this game. I really praise the app developers!.Version: 1.1.14
✓ Fun... but irritating at the same time!Very addictive game! The graphics are great, the concept is great, I find myself playing it all throughout the day. It’s almost like Farmville in a hospital setting. However, there are a few things that could be improved. I am sure there are the same things that other reviewer‘s are saying. My only hope is that the developers take notice of these requests and make a few changes. If they were to do that I think they would retain their players. Change number one would be the positive energy. We need more ways to earn more positive energy. It is taking too long to accumulate enough to get into the scanners for diagnosis. Another option would be to reduce the amount of energy it takes to get into the diagnostic rooms. I currently have six patients waiting for the exact same diagnostic room and I can’t get them in there! Also the jelly cures need to be reduced in wait time to be made! Usually you have a few patients that need the same jellies and each jelly takes seven hours! That’s over 24 hours just to cure two people! This would also help cure the VIPs when they come through. How are we supposed to cure VIPs in two hours when the cure takes eight! I really hope the developers take note of what their players are saying. ✓ AddictiveI’ve been playing this game for a while now. I really enjoy it. I like being able to watch my progress and interact with patients. there hasn’t been a recent update to the game. Because it’s still Christmas in my hospital(and it’s the 25th jan) other games I play like this(Simpsons Tapped Out) have had a new year update and new challenges set. ✓ Fun game!I downloaded this game well over a month ago, which isn’t that long but for a game..that’s a while for me bc I usually get bored and delete them rather quickly. This game is fun and rather addicting; I like making the cures and everything for the patients. Like with everything, there is a couple things that are annoying. Some of the cures take to long to make and it’s just ridiculous. You’ll be backed up waiting on a few of the same item bc it takes 8 hours just for one to finish! If you don’t already have them in storage and a VIP comes, you won’t even have a chance to cure the VIP. Other than that, I think it’s overall a great game! (This is the second review I’m writing bc the first one, some of the issues I was facing are actually cleared up at this point). ✓ Everyone needs this gameThere is nothing I don’t like about this game. If your looking for a tycoon game choose this one. I’m not a big fan of tycoons but this one is my favorite! I’ve been playing it all day, and all night. This is my first day playing it and I’m already on level ten! I think everyone needs this game. My favorite thing about the game is how you can sell things to people without having to link with Facebook or any social media. Another thing I love about this game is how there is little details in this game that make it look realistic even though it is a little cartoon ish but,barley. Anyway as I said I people really need this game and most definitely relived my stress/it calmed me down. The game wasn’t lackey at all there was no glitches, and when you start the game you have I think about 300 to 500 coins and 50 diamonds, that is a really good start!!!.Version: 1.1.23
✓ Addictive but cures take far to long.I hope the developers address the crazy long times it takes to make cures 6-8 hrs per gel and patients often need more than one, especially as you don’t get much money from that patient for the incredibly long time it’s taken to make all the cures. Injections are another that takes forever up to 4 hrs per injection. And I dread to think how long the Balm maker will cost and the time needed to make balms. There is no ability to speed cures up other than to use hearts, so either you buy them or watch a lot of very boring videos which are limited to a few each day. Many people don’t put gels etc up for sale for that reason, nor donate them. Also if you buy them the renumeration from the patient often doesn’t make it worth it. The anti epidemic tent would benefit from the ability of multiple donors per box rather than one person needing to donate all like cures for patients. I hope that the developers make a booster to speed up cures soon. The game starts off enjoyable with goals doable but quickly becomes a grind. ✓ Maternity Ward VitaminsI’ve been playing this game for months and I absolutely love it. I am however having trouble with obtaining enough vitamins to adequately treat patients both in my hospital & maternity ward. I feel the maternity ward should have its own vitamin maker which we would have to pay for and it could even produce less at a time than the regular hospital one. I just continue needing to discharge patients in my hospital because I cannot facilitate to care for them and my maternity patients. It’s actually just making me want to ignore my maternity ward and continue treating my normal hospital patients. It would be awesome if this could be put into action. Plus, maybe even some cooler things to do in the maternity ward. I was so excited for it to open and I even used hearts to open it early. It was kinda a let down ultimately. ✓ Love it! I’m obsessed but still has a couple flaws-1. The game has said I have an update for two days now but every time I go to the store I don’t have an update. And I can’t play my favorite game until it’s updated. Can someone please explain? 2. The diamonds. I know there have been several rants on this before, but I wish we were given more than just one diamond every time we open a gift box or there wasn’t a limit to how many videos you can watch to get free diamonds. Instead we have to pay out of pocket for diamonds. I’m guessing you just want our money? 😂😐 But overall I really do love your game I’m totally obsessed with it ❤️.Version: 1.1.22
✓ Good but...This game is fun and quite addictive, I like that I can leave it for a good few hours but I know waiting for cures can annoy some people as the wait times can build up. The main issue I have so far is that I seem to level up quite quickly but the coins gained and cost ratio doesn't add up! I seem to level up and unlock new things (mainly new cure equipment and diagnostic equipment) before I've had time to buy the previous levels unlocked wears meaning you have an array of patients just waiting and waiting and waiting... I would advise increasing the coins gained or slowing down the levels to allow for more time to build up your coins..Version: 1.1.16
✓ Good game, butThe game is great. The only thing I’m not happy about is the Vitamin maker. The capacity is very small and it takes too long to refill. To upgrade the machine you need to collect tools and positive energy (which is constantly used in the the diagnostic stations). The amount of required vitamins for each patient is huge, also vitamins is a main requirement for the maturity centre... and if the vitamins are required to complete the order in the anti-epidemic centre, then you are stuck or fail :(.Version: 1.2.11

Since last update though it has crashed multiple times, the marketplace needs improving it seldom has anything you need on the market, would be better if you could search for a product and leave player to decide if the cost is worth it. Also the star reward for find treasure chests in another players hospital is very hard, usually they are never there so always skip this task. The one for your own hospital is much easier. I dont really see point in maternity ward, vitamin costs are high but rewards arent worth it. ✓ I really like the gameI really like that you build an hospital, but you also have to create the medecine to heal people. I like that there are tests to find what’s wrong with the patients (radio, irm, scan, etc) and that there are different kinds of patients. There are goals, vip patients, daily stuff to do, it’s all great! The only thing that bothers me is: in the daily goals, there is one that says we have to go the the cherrypick movie Theater but I can never do it since it says it’s unavailable. ✓ Game is amazing but...I’ve had this game for quite a while now I’m on level 38 and trust me when I say that this game is very addictive and fun! My only concern is how slow production is. Producing vitamin D takes forever and every patient seems to need it... I think that should be produced way faster. Another thing is the daily quest cannot always be done because some of the things we have to do isn’t even capable of doing like curing V.I.Ps sometimes I have to wait just to get the medicine for them and then by the time another V.I.P patients comes the quest is over I find that very unfair. ✓ Love This Game!This game is really addicting. It’s not too difficult or too stressful. It’s easy to play, easy to achieve things - with some light-work on the player’s part - and quite customizable. All the unique medicine and ailments to cure are interesting to say the least. The art style and coloring makes it clear to see and so much to do and unlock! Only suggestion I have is maybe making it possible for players to either sell, trade or exchange decorations? Some decorations I get from special boxes or something and don’t really want, like or desire the item I get and would wish to exchange or sell to buy different decor. maybe the camping tent could come in handy to make it that a NPC (Non Player character) would sometimes make an offer to buy or trade a decoration item? That would be interesting! This is just a small complaint/comment compared to the overall awesomeness to the game. Highly recommend it to new players. :).Version: 1.1.47

✓ Love itFarmVille in hospital format. My only suggestion/complaint is that it would be nice to have a way to scroll through hospital departments without individually clicking on them. Other than that, love it! Edit- need a way to flip through lab machines to make it easier to check on cures or add cures to queues. Same suggestion for doctors rooms. Also, really need to be able to sell back decorations. I keep accidentally purchasing things I don't want for my patio while scrolling through, and it's a waste of coins because all you can do is store it- you can't sell it back. You need to make sure the bonus chests don't populate somewhere on your map that you can't reach. I've had a couple pop up that have been impossible to grab due to being located behind some of the play icons- such as the coin and heart tracker etc. Also- I love the happy minute, but it's not an actual minute. Mine only lasts about 40 seconds or so. Fix all of these things and I would be more than happy to pay to play!!.Version: 1.1.14

✓ AddictingI play this game probably too much because it is addicting. I agree with a lot of others that the jellies take way too long and almost every patient needs 2-3 of them. I think making them 2-4 hours to be made and allowing a 2nd maker would help a lot. 1 problem though. When I go through my likes hospitals and see a green ? I go to help with their medicinal garden and all of a sudden the help signs disappear, but if I reload my hospital and go to my list of liked hospitals they have the green ? As Jellies maker does, especially taking in account that almost all new patients comes with issue that needs hand jelly, so you finishing up collecting them, even after multiple discharged and discards. ✓ Addictive but needs improvementI started the game about a week ago and I'm already addicted. Its a simple game similar to farmville. I love the concept however a few improvements need to be made. 1) The XP-Coins ratio is off. I find myself getting a ton of XP and leveling up rapidly but they do not reward enough money to go with the goals. For example, when you level up, new machines are available to you. A common task is to purchase the new machine but it takes FOREVER to accumulate enough coins to complete the task. By the time you do collect enough money, you've also gained enough XP for the next level. So its easily to fall behind because you're constantly going broke just to keep up. 2) The wait times on some machines are WAAAY too long. It doesn't help that you can only make one item at a time as oppose to other, similar games that allow you to make items in bunches. If this continues to be the case, they should change their arithmetic for the treatment room patients because they often require the same items at the same time. Overall, I'd still recommend the game. However if the progress continues to be a problem, I'll probably delete it..Version: 1.1.23
✓ Fun, but...I really enjoy this game. I have a couple issues though. Every time I buy the last space in the lab, my game freaks out and I have to reboot. I still can’t purchase that spot. Selling back patio items would be good. We need another jelly maker. They take so much time and are always required. Either shorten the time or let us buy another machine. It would be nice to be able to move around the hospital layout, the tiles purchased. In the beginning I wasn’t sure what I was doing but having the option to move the tiles would be as much fun as decorating. Love the game. I do find it a little confusing that I have patients needing cures that I haven’t got the facilities to make the cures as yet? I love that there are lots of hearts to be earned and found and no penalties for not curing VIPs. I’m wondering what will happen when I’ve bought all I need and expanded fully? I’m sure you guys are working on that? Would it be possible to have a chat area, so we could connect on a real level as well? I really enjoy being able to help others and find treasure chests. ✓ Amazing game but just one issueSo, this game is INCREDIBLE. All of the different doctors and patients, medicines, and the problem that they solve are pretty creative. BUUUUUUT there’s just one problem, you can only have one of each medicine maker thing. I don’t know if this is part of the fun or if this changes in the higher levels since I’m only on like level six. It’s very stressful when your waiting for a pill (or something like that) that takes 23 minutes to make, and your VIP leaves in 23 and like 30 seconds. I just think that more than one machine will make it less stressful. Also, what’s up with the price increase in each buy you make of one certain item like a bush? And one last thing, I think getting tools and other materials needed for upgrading tanks and storage should be A LOT easier to get than just hoping that clicking on a patients will get you some. (It’s worked for me, but it’s very rare) Also, I think that the “gift” that VIP’s give you, should be more rewarding since I always stress out over the VIP’s..Version: 1.2.03
✓ Very addicting game but could be betterMy hospital is a very addicting game. i play it all the time for hours. i just wish that when you make medicine that it didn’t make them one by one. other games like this when you send something to be made, everything gets made together and then you just pick it up. like how the exilirs are made. also i wish it didn’t only make one at a time. it’s kind of annoying having to wait 2 hours for 1 pill, especially when multiple patients need the same pill. i wish we at least got three at a time or even two. it also makes it hard to treat VIPs. i have yet to treat a VIP because i don’t have enough time to make what they need. VIPs only stay for about 2 hrs and if one pill takes two hours then they won’t be served. it makes it kind of hard to make money so you can expand your hospital to grow. i also don’t get why decorations get more expensive the more you buy. i can understand expanding doing that but why can’t there be a set price for decorations? also i don’t think we should be sent patients that we don’t have the equipment for yet. it’s just a waste of space in the ER and you have to send them home because you don’t have the coins at the time to buy the machine they need..Version: 1.1.14

✓ Notifications are inconvenientIt’s a fun game, very cute premise and graphics. However, the notifications are driving me crazy! I just got woken up at 8 in the morning because one of my buildings finished and this app was sending me the same notification over and over, like ‘activate your building! activate your building!’ Why did it not stop after one notification?? Also, i really hate those “come back, we miss you!” notifications. It would be one thing if they appeared after a couple of days, but they literally appear every few hours and it’s pretty irritating. I’m turning off notifications, but other than that, game is fun..Version: 1.1.15

You have the option to speed things up by purchasing gems, but it’s completely doable without purchase if you are patient. THERE IS ONE LITTLE THING that I don’t get... I have gotten far enough to open the maternity wing and I have three “maternity” suites, and I noticed that the costs there are higher than the rewards (e.g., I pay 450 coins to get a blood test, provide 25+ vitamins, and put in ten hours and all I get in return is 80 coins and 6 bonus items (like shovels, hammers, wrenches, etc). I’m not sure why I would want to do that... plus its a little depressing watching the mothers do everything themselves, where the staff never come out of the breakroom and the fathers don’t even show up! I guess if it’s a DIY maternity hospital that explains why they don’t pay very much..Version: 1.2.11
✓ I love this game, except one small thing.This game is very addictive and I absolutely love it. There’s one thing that has been bothering me though. I’ve updated my game to the most recent update available (the maternity ward) and ever since then I can’t buy things off the pharmacy from other players that cost more than $103. Although I have enough money to buy the items it says I can’t, and asks me to pay the rest in diamonds. I’ve tried to pay the offering total in diamonds, but it only took some of my diamonds, and it didn’t even give me the item that was for sale (even though I used diamonds to pay for it). I’ve tried this a few times and every time it does the same thing. I really do love this game but if this small bug could be fixed it would be great because I need to upgrade my storage and tank frequently..Version: 1.1.24

If I had to pay to play in this game I would most likely uninstall it like I have others in the past. My ONLY complaint is that u can’t socialize with ur friends in the game. I play other games (Ex. Castle Story, Bakery Story, etc.) where u have a WALL where neighbors can leave messages for u. It gives u a feel for the kind of ppl ur playing with plus u get to know one another. I believe the game would be a bigger hit if u were able to communicate with one another. It could tell u which friends r active when they leave messages so u don’t have to go on a purging spree deleting friends or accidentally deleting some that r active instead of the ones that have quit. ✓ Amazing game!I love this game and I have only had it for 2 days! But there is a slight problem...when I bought the kids waiting room it came up with a lady saying ‘tap on the kids waiting room’ so I pressed it and it takes about 3 hours to build it or you can pay Dimonds. ✓ So addictingThis game is great! I love games that involve characters/people. And that require planning things out a little. I can lose myself in it for an hour and completely lose track of time! There is a lot of variety and the actions are not monotonous, like other games that require matching shapes and such. The detail to what hospitals are really like is amazing! I find myself laughing at the characters, I just wish it was slightly more like Sims where you can ask the characters to do certain things. It would be fun to be able to read the thought bubble, then respond accordingly, i.e. drop the character in the lab to walk around. ✓ Great gameThis game is great, very addictive, the more friends you have linked up the better! I have some constructive criticism: once you reach level 50 that’s pretty much it, levelling up isn’t fun anymore as there is no new pill maker or medicine, the developer needs to keep adding new things to unlock to keep the game fun. Also the maternity centre, don’t even bother after you hit level 10 in there as all that’s needed after that is a ridiculous amount of vitamins to help pregnant mothers progress. So to sum up, great game and addictive for a while but sadly once you hit level 50 the game has ran its course.Version: 1.1.35

✓ Vitamins have destroyed the game - UPDATEDThis was a great game to play for a few hours here and there. I didn’t mind it took a while to progress as there were still at least things going on. Since you introduced vitamins however all this has changed as on top of the previous challenges 99% of patients now require vitamins and not one of two but 20-30 in a machine that only produces 2-4 an hour. It’s impossible for casual players to get anywhere anymore. I could be a week of logging in-out to be able to cure one patient. I’ll stick around to see if it changes, but if not I’ll sadly be deleting the game as I imagine many others will. UPDATE: Huge difference! Awesome to see a developer that listens ☺️👍🏼.Version: 1.1.22

✓ Grouse GameThis app is really great and it’s a unique way to express the sicknesses with funny icons! There is a couple things that I hope could be considered for future updates. When treating my patients, it’s difficult to heal a lot of them when altogether, I require to have 103 B vitamins at once. That’s not even including the other vitamins, that’s just one of them. ✓ Absolutely LOVE this game!This game is super fun and addicting! Spending real money is an option with this game but not a requirement. It’s very easy to obtain hearts through watching brief ads, gift boxes and other specialties. If I were to complain about anything, it would be that as you get higher in level (I’m level 48), you’ve pretty much built up your entire hospital, maxed out with decorations, garden doesn’t have any room for future customization. It’s kinda like hitting the end of the game where you rack up a lot of coins and hearts but don’t have anything to spend them on to keep going. ✓ Best game everThis game amazed me. You get to design your hospital, there is a good amount of difficulty and all in all it’s really fun ! It does glitch sometimes but at the same time, it’s really funny watching the people in the anti epidemic centre walk outside headless 😂 Yes, it does take a while to create the cures but that’s because (like most games) things get harder as you progress and I understand why the developers have done that. One teeny tiny thing that annoys me though is that if you unlock a new cure maker, you still have to pay for it and the patients - especially the vips who are only there for a limited amount of time- can still get the illnesses that you can’t make cures for. ✓ Solid gameThis is a really great game. Fun to play, easy to pick up, and diverse enough to stay interesting. I haven’t had any complaints and have actually been surprised by that. The game’s pace introduces new cures and concepts at just the right time, making it very easy to progress and stay enjoyable. The new vitamin introduction is poorly balanced though. Many patients require 15-25 vitamins for cure. That is very high for just one patient, let alone 3 patients needing the same vitamin. In some case you would have to log in every 2 hours for a 24 period, just to obtain 24 of a vitamin. We know that’s absurd, so it could take 2 or 3 days to cure one patient; make that patient a VIP and they just aren’t getting cured. Plus the vitamins take space in the tank, which is already overloaded with the volume of cures needed. Perhaps there should be a new storage structure. Like a cold storage?.Version: 1.1.21

✓ Very addictive game!!!Good game and very addictive…. Graphs are really cute!!! It does worth a try, however there are some bugs entailing the game reload for returning to the previous normal. For example, a patient has been waiting for a doctor that I didn’t have at that moment in my hospital. When I reloaded the game, that patient was located inside a doctor room and that room got stuck, not allowing me to deliver elixir at that room (it was automatically fixed when I reloaded the game). Another example: Inside lab, I was not able to reallocate shelves for a moment, then I was able to do it when I reloaded the game… In other words, it’s an excellent game but small bugs should be fixed by its developers… I played Theme Hospital for a long time on PC and I believe that new features in the old game could be implemented to improve this game: for example, you should hire nurses and physicians to visit patient’s room. As well you were supposed to hire housekeepers to clean the hospital floor and rooms… I believe that developers should also work on new lab machines, diseases and medications. Why not have a surgery room in the hospital? It was supposed to have surgeries going on… Some medical procedures (like delivering in maternity) take a long time (3 hours) and the same occurs for equipments (around 2 days). Three hours for giving birth is far away from reality… Overall is a very good game. Graphics are great and I do recommend!.Version: 2.1.5

I used to play everyday but found myself playing less and less because there isn’t enough to do after you’ve built all you can, purchased all the equipment and just have a bunch of coins you can’t spend. Why can’t you buy shovels with your coins??? It’s so hard to find a shovel to grow more things and I’ve got all this money I can’t spend!!! You should also be able to see what other hospitals are selling in one place instead of having to jump from place to place just to see what they have. ✓ Fun gamePositives Firstly I enjoy playing the game. I find I get addicted for 1/2 weeks then leave it for a bit and come back and I love that there is always that option there. I like the way the games looks and the ability to design and customise the hospital. I like the little details (e.g. information about staff/patients, the cars near the maternity ward, the design of cures/medicinal plants etc. Negatives There aren’t any big negatives, just a few improvements I would like to see in the game: - I love the ability to design the hospital but would love more design options (e.g. more outdoor/indoor furniture) I know there is a lot in the game already but I like to have a lot of choice. It would be good to be able to hang things on walls maybe or have carpets/rugs? - I’d like a “try before you buy” type thing on wall/floor colours as you can barely tell what colour it is until you’ve bought it! - I’d like to be able to visit my friends (and Dr Wise’s) maternity wards as I like gathering style tips from them. - Vitamin D takes far too long to make and there are far too many patients that require it! I find myself dismissing 70% do patients because the require vitamin D and I have none. With it being so difficult to collect I find people don’t donate it either. ✓ Waste of timeThe first few levels of this game are really good and it’s so fun treating all the different patients. My favourite feature is that you can change the colour of the floor in the hospital and the lab, there are so many pretty colours. I also love the pharmacy where you can buy and sell cures and elixirs with other player, it just bugs me that they seem to show the hospitals selling every cure and elixir except the ones you really need which is very annoying. The one thing I don’t like about this game is that Its really complex e.g. to cure a patient with tummy butterflies you have to mix blue and yellow elixirs together which takes 2 mins each (you have to do this twice), then you have to mix red and white elixirs together which takes 10 mins. You then mix the mixtures together which takes another HOUR. So all in all you are waiting 1 hour and 14 mins for only a few virtual coins. All in all don’t download this game if you don’t want to waste your time..Version: 1.1.32

Patients I had previously cured were back in their beds when I logged in, my lab wasn’t updated with the cures I was previously developing. It’s very frustrating having to redo everything repeatedly and coming back to check the progress and having none because it didn’t save what you put into motion. Also, the friends store , it spins and rarely loads... and when you finally do click to go over to a friend’s it just brings you back to your own hospital after the load screen. ✓ Add theseI like the game but I have a few a adjustments. For the maternity center the mothers should come in a wheel chair with a doctor, and same when they are going into labor. The blood test should be automatically free after 1 hour. There also needs to be more things. Like there could be a surgery room that gets covered up just like the maternity center labor section. Or it could just be a room with a bed and the person is laying on the bed and the doctor is sitting in a chair. There can be a cancer station. You should make it to where the people come off the ambulance in normal clothes walk past the first room and have there grown on. The vips should stay longer. You should be able to look through like a whole newspaper for what hospitals are selling. Every er patient should have to go through the mri scanner and the cat scan before being diagnosed with all there problems and things that they need treated. Pregnant moms should be in the er too. Same with the kids they need to all be patients in the er. You need to come up with more things outside of the hospital like how the maternity center is. ✓ ThanksAfter playing this game for more than 2 years I put up with going through 15 ads twice a day. Fine, because I could play them back to back until I was done with them. So waste about 10 minutes getting rid of them and get back to playing the game. But wait! I guess they want to make the game even worse by not allowing you to get rid of the ads. ✓ Love it!! There’s just one thing.I downloaded this game over the weekend and I haven’t been wanting to put it down since. This game is very addictive and I enjoy it a lot. The only thing that I don’t like is when you open the gift boxes they give you however many coins, however many building equipment or elixirs/medicine, but always always ALWAYS just ONE diamond. You can watch videos for the diamonds but it’s always ONE diamond that you get and there’s a limit to how many videos you can watch. The only way I can actually get more than just one diamond at one time I have to actually pay out of pocket. I don’t think that’s right. If I can only get one diamond out of everything and have to pay for more diamonds then there shouldn’t be a limit on how many videos I can watch especially when each level, so far from playing, requires you to build a doctors office or another lab machine, etc. I want to speed up the process of a 15 hour build but can’t when I don’t have enough diamonds. Then the patients already need what they need even when what I need to build (lab machine/doctor) I haven’t even built yet. I’ve had the same amount of diamonds since I downloaded the game (between 26 and 50). I can’t get at least 3 diamonds from opening a gift box but I can get as many of everything else? 🤔🤔 Something should definitely change, I’m just saying. 🤷♀️.Version: 1.1.20
