✓ Last update is ruining the game for everyoneSo today I try to go to the Community Forum that you could access through the settings in the game, only to find out that it is no longer there. Is this a glitch or did you just decide to remove it without forewarning everyone? The wait times for cures is ridiculous. Not to mention the fact that once you get above like level 40, the amount of XP required to get to the next level is ridiculous AND once you finally do get the 333,100 XP points (yes, three hundred THOUSAND) that are required to get to level 67, you get nothing but 336 coins. I have absolutely nothing to spend the coins that I earn on anymore and have over 1.1 M coins (the pharmacy sales are a joke. There’s never anything good, and on the rare occasion that there is something decent, it’s sold out even if i just blew a diamond to refresh the pharmacy). ✓ Unplayable - greedy developersThis has potential to be a great game. Unfortunately the blatant greed from the developers has made it unplayable and not fun. This is clearly why not many people continue to use the game after downloading it. To make it playable and to make people start using the game, it needs a lot of tweaks - a few less cures and more coins for treating patients amongst other things and this game could be really popular. However, at the moment it is clearly trying to make you purchase coins/ tokens in order to be able to play the game. Without paying between £5-£10 per day, progression is near impossible and this game is just not fun - remember this is a game! Im sure that more people would be inclined to purchase coins IF the game was more playable. There will not be many people out there who are stupid enough to be paying £5-£10 per day on in app purchases. Very disappointed as this could be a really great game, I would not recommend this game to anyone unless changes are made. Some of the 5* reviews appear very odd and make little sense, it has crossed my mind if these are all genuine reviews..Version: 1.2.12
✓ Long waitsI really like this game, you need patience which I'm fine with but the time it takes to make cures later in the game is a bit ridiculous. I know it's all ready been mentioned. Only way to increase your ques is to use gems which is fine if your happy to pay the developers some cash but I'd rather not. I get my gems through the cinema so I watch an advert and that should be enough but it's not. I do everything I'm supposed to do but the gems are still too rare. You should be able to used the coins to expand or finish ques. I get to the point now where all ques are full and I'm never able to cure VIPs or the Medivac tent because their finished before I can get the relevant cure! The pharmacy is rubbish I'm afraid, when even I select other people's pharmacy it's all ready sold out, within seconds!! What's the point of that? I could start a new selection with gems but that gives the same result. The game could be great but I doubt it will as people will move on to other things, it's a fast paced world..Version: 1.1.17

✓ Great concept - Poor executionI love the concept of this game, but this isn’t a game you can put down and pick back up. From my experience it needs constant attention to complete anything, from making cures, allocating / making medicine to collecting coins or gems, which when you have a baby isn’t ideal. The time everything takes is ridiculous even with notifications turned on, if you’re at work or otherwise engaged you’ll miss the VIP. If you have LOADS of free time then get this game as it’s great, but if you have a baby or work then I don’t think it’s going to work out. Game = Deleted.Version: 1.1.29

✓ Addictive then disappointingThis game is so much fun at first, completely addictive until you realise that as soon as you’ve built a machine your patients only want cures from the next machine that’s coming and each pill takes hours to create so essentially the reward and feel good high from succeeding isn’t there, you’re always in a grind so the games wearing off without the feeling of reward that would come from curing a decent amount of patients. It’s clearly designed to make you addicted and then put you in a position where in order to move forward you either wait for days to play or spend money on it fast forwarding production. ✓ Too long to cure, positive energyI enjoy this game BUT why do some cures take 6 and 7 hours to make (the jellies)... like that’s ridiculous! And I would discard one patient and then the next patient that comes needs that same cure. It gets frustrating. Most of the patient would need at least 2 jellies and when one jellie takes 7 hours to make. That’s 14 hours of the day just to make 2 cures. And 9/10 more than one patient need a jellie. Yawl really should reduce the wait time for the cures. Pleaseeee! ALSO., could you all give us more opportunities to win / collect positive energy. It’s sorta hard to diagnose patients when every single patient needs some sorta of diagnostic that requires positive energy. ✓ You must be really well of to play this gameIv spent around £100 on this game in less than a week. The fact is the more you sped the more they charge you to buy the cure for the patient. Also you need to keep buying more ground to make the hospital bigger and you need to keep buying the diamonds as that as well as the money is what you use both to expand the hospital and the machines Tharp hold the medicines also need to be expanded so that you can buy more medicine where they are all held as it only holds a certain amount of medicine. I would certainly say that this game is a start to gambling as your constantly paying out haundreds of pounds which are spent in a fe hoists. If like me you have an addictive personality then please do not plat this greedy greedy game. ✓ Where did the store go?I used to play this game a while ago. And you used to be able to go into the store and see random players of varying levels who were selling things. It was a great way to find good players to add to you friends list. Now I go in and half the time I don’t get anyone at all (or one MAYBE two people). It’s rare I get a full slate of people selling random things. I mean extremely rare. This makes the whole idea of being able to get help or buy things impossible because nobody can find your hospital. It’s a decent game overall. But the cures start to stack where you need cures to build cures so you can’t use cures because you need them for bigger cures. If that sounds convoluted, it’s because it is. It’s actually why I quit playing the game for the longest time. Also, get rid of the stupid Facebook car. I’m tired of it honking at me and driving by the hospital. I don’t care about the 5 gems. ✓ 3 major flaws1. Positive Energy: There is absolutely zero incentive to use up positive energy on patients to be sent to the scanning/testing stations. Positive energy takes too long to harvest, and it is also needed to upgrade the vitamin maker. We’re talking about thousands of units required to upgrade each vitamin. Those patients that require positive energy should give some back in return. Otherwise, it’s wasted on them. Very counterproductive. 2. Jellies take too long to make: When the anti-pandemic center requests 8 jellies, and it takes 6+ hours for each jelly to make, the deadline cannot be met. Overall, there’s no reason for something to take this long to make for a single unit. Just terrible. 3. There’s hardly anything available for purchase at the pharmacy. Ever. Seems the pharmacy is stocked by real players only which makes it extra challenging to obtain anything. Seems like another money grab attempt by limiting what’s available. This could be a fun game, but unfortunately, it makes it very difficult to enjoy it when devs refuse to fix these major issues..Version: 2.3.0

✓ Great concept, but way to slowThe concept of the game is great and the first 4 days I loved it. however, I have completely run out of patience. I get when you start any new game it starts off slow as you build up money etc, but this game is way to slow!! Cures take forever to make and you need certain ingredients to make them and when you have 8 people waiting for the same cure it just becomes boring and a bit tedious, Also, I think the amount of money you get from each patient when cured is extremely low, which became annoying as everything is so expensive to buy. The refresh for the offers is so slow it makes me want to quit, by the time I see the offers in the shop everything is sold. Also, the game does not refresh the properly, I often see ads for products that were sold long ago/ see help wanted when it is not. Adding as many friends as you want is great, but what is the point if I can't see whether they have things for sale? I have to visit each friend to find out. ✓ HelpSo i’ve been waiting for the maternity center to be released and i was so excited when i saw it was in the new update. but the problem is if you’re on the hospital map, the maternity center’s time on everything stops and vise versa. that is a major problem. the entire game is about waiting for the amount of time to get cures or to cure patients. but if i’m at the hospital doing whatever then the wait time for the moms ‘bonding’ with the babies stops. that one alone is more than 10 hours. if i’m at maternity then all of the timers on my cures at the lab stop. it makes it really frustrating to play like that. i’d be so much easier if no matter where you went all the timers would just count down like normal..Version: 1.1.26

✓ Vitamins what a let down.At one time I really enjoyed this game. However when you introduced the vitamins I got fed up because there is no way I will have enough to cure all of my patients. It is now about five months since I last played and as I am on holiday again I thought I would give it another try to see if things had improved. ✓ To inpatient for thisThis game is a really good game if you have the patience of a saint to which I do not it's a really well thought out game and enjoyable and a a little addictive it. As you start to level up the time it takes to get the cure is a long time some cures you need 3 of a certain cure which takes an hour and half to make so you sit there waiting 4.5 hours to cure a patient for 150 coins the effort/ reward is well off and frankly it's boring, I think there should be an option where you can use your coins to level up the cure making machines so the cures are made quicker however I'm a little bored of waiting now which is a shame as I was really enjoying this game so to sum up it's a great game if you have the patience for it and it is enjoyable but as you level up it becomes to strung out and becomes boring as all you seem o be doing is waiting..Version: 1.1.14

In most games there might be like 1-2 things you can't afford and you save up for, in this game I have like 5-6 different things I can't afford. I dread levelling up: suddenly you need a new bit of kit that will take hours to build, but all your patients want it so you have to turf them out. ✓ I really enjoy game however.....I have been enjoying this game very much for the last 2-3 months and at times I don’t even mind doing some in-app purchases because it does take a lot of time to earn money however one thing I think totally bites about your game is the amount of time for the Vitamin Maker to ....well make vitamins ....it becomes at times to exasperating to even play if I need a lot of vitamins to cure patients. However, as soon as you get to higher levels there are no new machines, and only occasionally a new kind of medicine when you level up. If there are no new machines or rooms to buy what is there to spend money on?! All you can do is expand your hospital to the max and decorate it and once that's done that's it! The new medicines tend to be annoying ones that take 6/7/8 hours. There are some serious issues especially after the update with the baby centre. I bought the development however lost all the progress and resources. ✓ Frustrated hospital player!I like the concept of this game, and some aspects are great - I agree with other reviews that it’s good to gain the diamonds to progress the game and using energies or coins to build on your hospital. However - most of the cures take some time, which is fine, I play a couple of times a day, but the ‘jelly’ machine is so infuriating, you can get up to 4 jellies produced a day, and then patients come in needing 3! I’ve just gone through and discharged patients needing jelly and I’m down to only 3 remaining - I’m on level 40+!! ✓ Accidental ProductionsThis game is good but there is 1 major downside. You often produce the wrong medicine and you cannot take it off the production line. ✓ Great potential wastedThis game amzed me at first it was very adictive and i supported the devs and purchased the starter pack. The pace of the game felt great for the first 4 days i was able to play for long 1-2 hour sessions a time which is what i want as a gamer. But by the time i reached day 5 and level 20 all the drugs take so long to make i found myself playing for only 5 minutes every few hours. That is not what i want out of a game. There are plenty of casual games already on the market for the play for 5 minute market i truely hoped at first glance this game would allow me to keep playing for 1-2 hours at a time but the longer and longer timers has once again killed another great game. ✓ Update bugsI’ve been addicted to this game for about a month now. Playing it literally every minute I’m awake. Everything was perfect until the last update. With the last update, the video that gives 20% off the waiting time of the medicine preparation disappeared! Now I literally have to wait 7 and 8 hours to have one jar of medicine prepared! Also for some reason the xp and coins for treatments are 90% of the time very low. The cinema for the diamonds disappear after a few diamonds. Unlike before when it used to reach 30 in a raw. However, the main issue I’m facing here is the medicines video. I tried contacting the support, but still no response. Just a couple of days ago I was wondering why this game isn’t getting 5 stars rating. It really does deserve it. But after the update, I’m not even sure I’ll keep playing it. They play against themselves. In order to get anywhere you need to use other players to get help in lots of areas. They don’t help! They may click on your ‘friend’ request but only to get your help! ✓ Could be made betterFun and addicting. Love these build your city, village, hospital, etc type of games. But with this you’re unlocking so much so fast. And then you start getting overwhelmed with so much to buy, so much to make, so much to get done. Like you can’t get enough vials to make elixirs. It takes less time to go through the elixirs than it does to make them. And then it takes way too long to make the other medicines. Like itchy throat medicine, pills, etc. takes way too long. And then you have to use some of that stuff you waited hours for instead of using it on patients you have to use it to make other stuff and then use that to make other stuff. This is too much. It’s overwhelming and you don’t have enough to make it all happen in the first place. Sure you can just go buy the stuff in the pharmacy but nobody wants to sell it cause they need it so badly too. And half the time in the pharmacy the stuff is sold out anyway. And you don’t have enough coins to buy stuff cause you have machines, building expansions, etc to buy anyway. And the doctors that need elixirs for their patients never get them because those same elixirs are used to make syrups & other cures. It is virtually impossible to fulfill the CDC tent quests. And when you check other hospitals for help they need, especially the garden, when you get to their screen they don’t need help after all. ✓ Someone was ripping me offI was enjoying the game until a bug caused someone else to play my hospital, spending coins and diamonds, expanding in areas I did not want expansion at that time and changing hospital name. Reported it to customer services. After several messages, pictures etc i deleted the game and got a new id when I reinstalled. I was able to select progress from previous game without the id changing and customer services located and rectified the bug. They gave me some compensation for the problems encountered and now the game is playing well. Only ‘fault’ now is the big jump in cost of machines for laboratory. Since coins gained from curing patients is quite low it takes a long time to get the amount needed to buy new machines. I don’t usually mind paying for some diamonds but after encountering that bug I have decided that I will not be doing that again with this game, so I just keep changing my strategy to build up coins, watch as many videos as possible to get diamonds etc. progress has slowed but at least its now my game..Version: 2.3.0
✓ Recent Changes and SuggestionsI love this game. This is the longest I’ve consistently played an app game and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. However, I noticed with the recent update (I think it was updated today, actually), watching ads in exchange for coins used to give 400 coins; now it only gives 150 coins. With how expensive it is to upgrade the hospital’s size, buy plants for the natural cures, expand the laboratory, etc. 150 coins hardly seems worth watching an ad. Additionally, I’ve noticed that when it comes to upgrading storage for the cures in the lab, I have an abundance of most of the tools needed, except for two components: the blue screwdriver and the green circular washer. It’s frustrating because, due to the lack of these two components, I cannot upgrade my two storages so I have to consider selling my other components simply so that I have enough room for the cures to run my hospital. Lately, it seems like my gameplay consists more of trying to sell medicine or free up space in the storage for new cures compared to actually playing the game. If these issues could be addressed, this game would be amazing. It’s already an awesome app and I do enjoy playing it still, but these two factors make the experience frustrating. The number of items to collect to expand is too high in ratio of the amount of storage gained in the expansion.
