✗ Beware bad ordersI ordered a pizza and added a salad/Buffalo bites. So 3 items. I was delivered 1 item. Because the app goes through Unos to door dash there was nothing I could do, so basically I was in limbo since the driver didn’t care, he had his money, the store blamed door dash. I have no real way to contact door dash because I didn’t put an order through them ! Awful..SavvyGroomerVersion: 21.26.2021042202

✗ App has ordering issues!I don’t like complaining unless it’s well-deserved and my most recent experience with this app has left me so frustrated. I tried placing an order with the app and upon submitting the order the app said to logout and log back in. I checked the Recent Orders and saw nothing there so I assumed it didn’t go through. I tried placing the order again and the app said to logout and log back in. I checked Recent Orders and then both orders showed up! I tried correcting the issue with the Uno’s restaurant, but they said I have to cancel the order through the app. Unfortunately, there was no way to cancel the order, so the restaurant’s solution was to process one order and not the order and they asked me to dispute the second charge with my bank if it appears on my bank statement. Both charges appear to be posting soon. This is clearly Uno’s fault and the frustrating thing is there was no contact info in the app to call Uno’s Corporate to correct the problem..Clare JasmineVersion: 23.9.2023052301
