✓ SIMPLY OUTSTANDING!!!I have visited this location twice in the past four weeks and have placed large to go orders which have been a nicely put together with good taste and presentation when eaten. I take food from Michigan to New York and enjoy it where we don’t have Olga’s. Megan and Veronica coordinated my huge order today, cheerfully and competently. They are very service oriented! I think them for taking such good care of me! I also note that the restaurant is very clean, the ladies room was also very clean and stocked. The GM is on site, and actually seated me and checked on me during my visit. As a 30-year patron of Olga’s, I am very impressed with this Olga’s location and will return when my travels put me in the area..Fairport nancyVersion: 22.7.2022051105

✗ LoginI went to the app to do a takeout and it prompted me to update the app, which I did. I forgot my password and I reset it, but when I went to login afterwards, it wouldn’t let me sign in. I tried several times and it didn’t work. I had to go to the website and sign in, which I had no problem doing, and do an order that way. I couldn’t do an order on the app as a guest, it kept wanting me to sign in. Hoping when I try again at a later time it’ll work..Memily28Version: 2.0.2

✗ Another Big Fail Update, Olga’s!This latest update says no account with my email exists. When I try to create a new account, it says an account already exists and I should log in! Not possible to reset password, because no account exists with my email address. I emailed Olga’s support, and I got an automated response saying I’d hear from a person soon. I can’t log in, can’t use my many reward points, and Olga’s doesn’t respond. Look at all the reviews with similar issues, and no response (nor a new update from Olga’s).
