The order process needs to be revamped or just put the menu on GrubHub. I just ordered and again they did not receive the order because the fax was down. Who has a fax machine anymore. Once I went and had points expiring at two different times. I asked to use one set and when I received my bill the server had used all. I was told that I couldn’t separate them. I knew that wasn’t true but choose not to argue. The last week I had two sets expiring within days of each other. I asked to use both and was told I couldn’t and had to pay for the order that should have been covered by points. I tried correcting the issue with the Uno’s restaurant, but they said I have to cancel the order through the app. Unfortunately, there was no way to cancel the order, so the restaurant’s solution was to process one order and not the order and they asked me to dispute the second charge with my bank if it appears on my bank statement. Both charges appear to be posting soon.
