✓ Out of OrderToo many times including today this Jupiter store is out of too many bagels. I came in for a sesame bagel and went out with a distant second choice! You should not be running out. Make more bagels!.Version: 1.2.0

✓ Lady lake storeSince new management/owner has gone downhill. Not as clean. Muffins are hard. Cinnamon raisin bagels have no raisins. Coffees are not made-2 empty pots of medium or dark. We went 4 times a week but now we go only to see if they are going back to the store they were but they aren’t. we know others who are not going back. Can you please help..Version: 1.2.0
✓ They do not apply your rewardThis app has a great purpose, but watch your receipts. They will apply your reward in store and your receipt will say so, but the app will charge you the full amount. Tried speaking with customer service and got absolutely no where. If you are still being charged even when you have a reward there is no point in using this app for rewards. Customer service did not seem concerned at all with this issue. Who knows how many people they have done this to..Version: 1.2.0
✓ Cost saving changesThey clearly made the app worse to save money. Lost ability to add to apple wallet. No longer can link a credit card for charges (must prepay). Payment pages then redirect outside of app (less secure). Constantly receive bug errors and app crashes..Version: 24.1.2024012202

✓ Bad Sandwich UIThis is a review of the app, not the store. When selecting a bagel sandwich, the first ask is “Bread Options”, followed by the first two options: White bread and Rye bread. I ordered the wrong bread on my sandwich because of it. This is bad design and can easily be fixed. Change “Bread Options” to “Bagel Options”. Move “white bread” and “rye bread” down to the bottom. Who orders from Brooklyn Bagel and wants WHITE BREAD as their “bread”. Most people want bagels from a bagel shop. Also, default your sandwiches to options if someone would normally buy a breakfast sandwich at location. Too many “options” and boxes to check when you just want a standard “Brooklyn” bagel sandwich. Whomever manages this app via LevelUp needs to re-review their menu settings and terminology to fit the restaurant experience better, which is 5*.Version: 1.2.0
✓ $5 birthday creditI went today to buy a dozen bagels wanting to use my $5 birthday credit. The store was having issues with their paying app. One of the managers there took money off of my purchase however it wasn’t a total of the $5 In which I was entitled to. ✓ Absolutely garbageThe app developer created the tax as a credit rather than a charge so the app will not let you complete a transaction. Wasted time creating an account, completing an order uploading my cc info for nothing. Wasted time. If the ft. Lauderdale location ever picked up the phone so you could place an order in advance you wouldn’t need a order in advance app. Too much trouble for bagels, I’m going to another bagel shop!.Version: 1.2.0
