✓ App No Longer Allows Accurate CustomizationFood is great but the app was updated a few months back and customization of protein bowls is no longer accurate. Each protein bowl includes several core ingredients that can be removed/modified. The app doesn’t tell you these ingredients are included, nor does it let you remove them. This used to be possible in the app, but this functionality was removed. Please fix this oversight..Version: 23.18.2023082301
✓ I love ChopShop but the App is horribleThe app is difficult to use. There is no purchase history, so if you order something new and like it, good luck remembering it. You can save an order for future use, but can’t make a change to that saved order. Also during checkout they add a tip without telling you and without making it very clear - seems like this was more of a priority than basic order history. The tip is ridiculous because their employees literally just pack the order and hand it to you when you go to pick it up - they don’t even have to take the order, what do they need a tip for? ✓ So complicated I ended up ordering elsewhereAll I wanted was to order two sandwiches for pickup. The ordering system on their website and app are horrible and require a full registration with email, address and phone number. I just wanted two sandwiches, pay for them and part our ways. ✓ Irritating appWhat a nightmare of an app just to order food. Stop asking for my gender and personal information just to sign up. AUTOMATICALLY ADDING A TIP???? I’m so fatigued from everyone asking for a tip. I’m picking up my own food and you automatically charged me for a tip to the crew, not even asking anymore. ✓ Tip automatically addedI love the food and app is fine except that a 15% tip on carry out is added every time automatically. I have to go out of my way to remove tip or change the tip. An option should be given to add tip, it shouldn’t be expected. ✓ Not user friendlyThis app is not user friendly at all. Please update it. The sign in process is not easy. The homepage has photos for things that should be buttons (User experience 101). ✓ Food is great, app is the worstI order from here at least once a week, but the app and website make me want to scream. There is nothing user friendly about it with the exception of modifying the particular food item you’re about to add to your bag. You also can’t use both a gift card and credit/debit card, so you have to reload to be able to use the remainder of a card. And using rewards is a pain. ✓ Love the food, when they get it right.I love the healthier options at CS but the last 5 times I’ve ordered something has gone wrong. They usually leave something out or take super long to prepare it. This last time I ordered through the app for curb pick up and called when I got there to have it brought out, they said it would be right out and 20 min later I still hadn’t seen my order so I went in and it was just sitting on the counter. ✓ Money charged without orderingWhy was my card charged for 50 cents just for adding the card on the account. I want that refund. I want to delete my stored card on account since I had to add my card details again so there's no point adding it. ✓ Don’t upload a gift card to the appThis app is flawed so that when you upload a gift card to your account, you can’t use your account balance to pay for an order you want to place. ✓ Like the Food, not the appA colleague of mine gave me a gift card that I loaded onto this app. I was able to use most of the money. I have approximately $9.50ish of the gift card left on my app but unable to use towards orders greater then the balance. I keep getting an error making me remove the gift card so I can place my order. I tried to use the balance on the website as well but same issue. I did contact the company but they stated there is nothing they can do. Seems like something that should be figured out instead of just leaving it..Version: 21.53.2021092002

✓ Overall great experience just oneMuch cheaper and faster than Postmates for delivery! Seems to have most everything on the app, but there are a few glaring updates that need to be made. There is no way to customize an order on the app. For example, I don’t like salad dressing. When I click “remove salad dressing” it forces you to pick a substitute dressing and there is no button for “no dressing.” Another example is in the store if I want to swap the the base of a salad from arugula to kale I can do it easily. But on the app there is no option to swap. Overall a decent app but hope they make some updates this year.Version: 20.33.2020070804

✓ Way too many PII requestedWay too many sensitive Personal Identification Information requested into order to sign up for app. Identity theft waiting to happen for a not so secure app. Why do you need my name, do , address, gender to order a Sandwich? Plus app does not accept any payment app, you need to enter CC details. You dont need all that data to sell us a sandwich unless you are harvesting personal info to sell. ✓ Missing items in deliveryThis is my favorite place to order from when I’m busy and need delivery. The food is amazing. However, my order only comes complete half the time. The last two orders were missing half my delivery. They are good about refunding the missing items. However, I just paid delivery fees, tip, and service fees for a full meal and only received a salad. When I ask for the rest of my order I have been told to place another order, meaning I can pay delivery fees twice to get my meal. I have tried two different locations and both have had issues with delivery. If you want people to use your app to order, the delivery should come complete for all the added fees we are paying..Version: 23.18.2023082301
