✓ App is okThere needs to be a way to submit a receipt for credit when the system at Andy’s is down. It’s now happened multiple times and the answer is basically there is nothing that can be done. When that happens, it has the opposite impact of the intent of a rewards program like this. ✓ Menu doesn’t work in the appLove going to Andy’s but don’t like the app. When I select the menu option, nothing comes up. It’s just a blank screen, no matter which location I choose. The app is pretty much useless without being able to view the menu. From reading other reviews on here, it seems like this has been an ongoing issue for over a year. ✓ Not satisfiedI have visited the Andy’s store in Bentonville, Arkansas and it was super delicious thanks to my cousin for showing this. Visited the store 3 times within a week due to hot summer and I’ll give 5/5 for this store. Unfortunately no proper way of recording rewards. With the same experience visited the Austin, Texas store after coming back to hometown and the experience was pathetic. Usually I prefer the strawberry concrete. ✓ Just fine. Only useful for frequent flyersApp works fine for checking in and getting points. There’s not much more to it though. ✓ No chocolate??I ordered a triple chocolate concrete. When I got up to the window the girl there said, so, I just turned my chocolate machine on and it will be about five minutes or we can make it with vanilla. I said, just make it with vanilla. I asked her why they just turned the chocolate machine on when they’ve been open all day and still had an hour and a half to go before they close. The girl looked at me and said, do you want to talk to my manager? The manager came over and said something about they ran out of chocolate and just got more and just turned it on. Neither girl that I talked to was the least bit friendly, the managers name was Candace. I don’t know what the other girls name was. ✓ No menu - website contact is a jokeWhy have a menu section without a menu, when you contact Andy’s via their website it says we will contact you back in 24 - 48 hours, that has yet to happen. Your employees try to memorize your order then input it into the register, after telling them your order for the third time it becomes irritating. ✓ Menu is blankThis app is impossible. I want to find a place to contact someone about the apps issues but there’s nowhere to do this that I’m aware of. If I open the app to look at the menu the menu is a blank white page. The website doesn’t have a good menu either nor does the Facebook™ page for my town. Come on people do a general bug fix update. ✓ Issue logging inI can’t seem to find who to contact about this there isn’t any app suppose constant info on their site. It won’t log me in at all and I have an active account that I just earned a reward on tonight via my phone number. I get emails frequently too. It says “no know guest when I try to login”. I tried forgot password and it says there an error. I tried deleting the app I tried making a new account for which it says my account already exists. ✓ Minor glitches but love Andy’sI work down the street from the Alpharetta location. After a few months of seeing a crowded parking lot, I decided to check them out. I called my mom to invite her when she stated that she saw this place called Andy’s on Atlanta Eats. Let’s try it! We did and we love, love love it! I signed her up for the app and she has no issues. I on the other hand, I’m constantly having to sign in and I don’t receive email notifications. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times as suggested by the customer support agent. Still not working. My mom recently received an email about an offer that I’ve yet to receive. I went in the app to click on “Stored Value”. You have to verify your email address. I did. Still haven’t received the verification email. That I would say along with having to sign every time is the most annoying part. I’m hooked so it doesn’t hinder my visits. ✓ Must preload money to your Andy's accountBasically, Andy's is taking your money without you buying you anything. They call it reloading your account. They then take the amount of your purchase from your Andy's account I wonder how much money they are making from this. It seems like a scam Rather than charging your credit card for your purchase, you have to give Andy's your money before your transaction. Which means they are taking your money without you buying anything. They have buttons for $10, $20, $25 or $50 You can also add a specified amount but you have no way of knowing how much your order is until after you have placed your order.
