✓ Card Number Required, Really!Just echoing previous bad reviews. No one keeps their Sharkeys cards anymore and the app developers need to realize that. They don’t even ask for this information when you’re in the restaurant. They ask for a phone number and the app shouldn’t ask for anything different. ✓ Tonight was disappointing!We love a Sharky’s power plate - my husband and I often share a full w/steak! Very generous portions. Tonight, we barely had enough for 1 person let alone 2! ✓ Worst rewards experienceFound out when in the store they changed the app. Downloaded new app, tried to sign in, it asked for a card # which I do not have. Tried to email help within the app and it came back undeliverable. Tried to create a new account and it threw an error because I already have an account with that email. ✓ Disappointed VegetarianI am a vegetarian and a picky one at that. I don’t like tofu. Sharky’s had an amazing mushroom tacos plate and this summer they removed it from their menu. Sooooo disappointing… I can get a bean and cheese burrito from anywhere. But the mushroom tacos from Sharky’s were only available at Sharky’s. I don’t have a reason to go back there anymore. ✓ BugsI just ended up using the website now since every time I use the app to order it crashes on me. I go to Sharky’s almost everyday and the app is the worst part of it. The website works a lot faster and better. Sharky’s is awesome. This rating doesn’t mean the restaurant is bad. It has great organic food. The people there are completely awesome and respectful as well. Best lunch place ever. A little expensive but worth having because the people there are great. Also needs a recent ordered or favorites option to make ordering faster and easier. Way too many clicks to do something that should be simple. ✓ Can not reset my passwordSo apparently I cannot reset my password because my email doesn’t exist in the system but surprise it does! Because I get emails from you guys and every time I go to a sharky’s and give them phone number it recognizes me in the system as being part of the rewards program. ✓ I can't get my card registeredI have two cards I was told I could add them together on the app and now I can't register either of them. I type in my login info, it says there is not someone with my info so then I register and it says someone (me) has already used my phone number so I should just login. ✓ Only good for reading menuI would love to be able to order food and do curbside pickup, but the app doesn’t let you personalize your order the way someone on the phone does. For instance, I like my grilled fish tacos on flour, instead of corn, my daughter likes the Santa Fe burrito with no pico, my husband like black beans on his burrito, etc. The app does not let you specify any of those things. ✓ Great food...Awful appThis app used to be great, but now it is one of the worst. Compared to Panera or Chick-Fil-A’s apps, this one seems to have taken major steps backward. The app defaults to delivery service and not pick up. Ordering is difficult because the app hangs and does not complete its tasks, making ordering a sporadic, painful experience. Sometimes you just give up and order somewhere else, which should not be the experience of the app. Would rather there be less bells and whistles in exchange for a more smoothly running app. Bring back the old app please!!.Version: 17.32.2017091501
