✓ Pretty, but poor online order experienceI had high hopes for your online ordering, but was disappointed twice. I ordered from the Crystal City location mid-afternoon, and they didn't start until I walked in to claim it. Today I tried to order from Potomac while en route (from the Potomac page), and it ordered it from...Crystal City (they told me they cancelled it--they'd better). ✓ Poor work flowPicking out the food was simple enough but when it came to finalizing order problems occurred. After setting up credit card payment I was made to choose pick up time. No time was available. I tried to choose a later time but after several attempts at later and later times it finally allowed me to place the order BUT it made me reenter the credit card info again even though I had saved it earlier. ✓ Curbside delivery locationIf the CalTort has more than one entrance please indicate by directional sign to your curbside location. That would be most helpful. ✓ This App gets ZERO stars.Since you can't give 0 stars I give it 1 (We'll give one star for at least attempting to create a convenient app... The app itself, however... 🤔 💩💩💩💩 5of5 poo's) This app is useless. Can't even log in... I've entered my card number ten times. Restarted the app, restarted my phone, nothing. So forget the cardholder part, checking points is not going to work. Let's try the online order... Oh, doesn't even find the location I enter. Lol, guess that's not going to work either. ✓ Another disappointment for a mobile OrderI have had ordered twice since October through the mobile order. Both times, I did NOT select “no silverware” as I would be eating in my car. Both times I ordered the Screaming California Burrito as a bowl. Today, the second time, I ordered it and received no fajita vegetables. So I was lucky enough to have rice, chicken and cheese. SMH. When you order online or through the app, you have an inherent trust that the employee(s) would complete the order as specified, let alone the basic ingredients in a dish to be included. I don’t order take out a lot but when I do, I expect it to be correct. Not just from California Tortilla, but from every restaurant. I received the order through curbside and the bag was stapled shut. As a side note, I still had to call for the employee to come out to the car, which is a nuisance rather than going through the app like most pick up orders are done these days..Version: 21.57.2021101904

✓ Food poisoningI ordered a burrito bowl and noticed the pork had a weird taste and a slight pink color, i disposed after a few bites.
