✓ Did not receive two items orderedMy first time using app and ever visiting Boudin. Did not receive two of the items that I ordered. I called the store and left a VM and also wrote them through their app. I have never heard from them to rectify the situation. ✓ You call this a sandwich?I ordered the family meal with two full sandwiches and two soups with bread and cookies on a Wednesday afternoon using the app. It wasn’t ready at the pick up time and the girl was very slow packing it up – I wasn’t sure if she was waiting for something but it turns out she wasn’t. What I got was a chicken salad sandwich that took about three bites to eat half of it because there was no filling in it but lots of lettuce – very disappointed. The soup was good, the cookies were good, the other turkey cranberry sandwich was OK but again lotsa lettuce and hardly any filling. ✓ Dinner on a cold nightI love the food and almost never get to have it. I ordered special and my husband drove to get it. It’s cold and rainy so we ordered soup and salad. My tomato soup did not come with the croutons and cheese which really makes it perfect. There was also no bread for my monthly reward which meant our sourdough dreams were a little crushed. ✓ UselessAs others have written, this is a useless terrible app and over time, nothing is done to improve it. Staff dont know much about due to poor training. Mine does not allow checking in and I've deleted and reinstalled it. Multiple times staff have told me on in house orders and pick up orders, that they can't add in my member number. ✓ Weak SauceThe only thing this app really does is "check you in". Why doesn't it do more? For example, it should have a menu, allow you to place your order, and then walk in and pick it up at the store. It also says you can pay with your device, but it's not linked to Passbook in any way. However anytime I have rewards it always tells me that they’re not valid so I have multiple rewards listed but when I add them to my order and try to check out I have to remove them to be able to check out which is pretty frustrating.
