✓ Great App and FoodThe app is fairly easy to use and you can customize your orders to an extent but not as much as if you ordered in the store (like, I can’t get my chicken salad sandwich on a croissant the way I can in the store). On occasion it’s allowed me to order something the store has run out of and in that case they have given me a call and ask about substitutes. ✓ App worked smoothly and easily5 stars for the app itself but their employee’s service left much to be desired. When we arrived at the requested time the next day for pick up, they could not find my order! After showing them my receipt, they said it was not ready and come back in 30 minutes! No apologies … NOTHING! ✓ Irvine Amazing!Boudin in Orange County kills it in my opinion. I order from the Irvine location at least once a week and always impressed with how fast they make my meal with quality ingredients.
