✓ Thank god you updated your app!Just used the new and improved app and I must say, it is LIGHT years better then the old one! We order from Sharkeys weekly, and I would struggle with navigating the old app. It could take 15 mins just to figure out our order and where to find what we were looking for. ✓ Outdated and slowI love the concept, but compared to other food apps it’s extremely outdated. It’s not very pleasing to look at and the process of ordering isn’t very enjoyable. ✓ No place to leave note or customizeI order monthly for a group and it’s really inconvenient that there is no where to make any note or customize. I’d like to be able to say we’d like fajita veggies well done or no cheese on beans.
