✓ A few generations behindTwo huge functions that it’s missing is the ability to just pay directly through Apple Pay or the card. It’s a pain to have to reload a balance and it’s not streamline. Also, they should enable the ability to order ahead. I would definitely utilize that feature as waiting can sometimes take 10-15 minutes.Version: 19.25.2019072901
✓ Integrate with Apple Pay, Order AheadThis app and its user interface are fine, but integration with Apple Pay or other online payment systems and the ability to order ahead of time would make this app worth having. ✓ Should include tip outs!I was introduced to juice generation by a friend and now I’m obsessed and I loved the idea of storing money to spend on a smoothie and vegan snack- except the app doesn’t let you tip the employees! In a time when cash is rarely carried, all apps used in the service industry should include he option to tip! Right now I remind myself to bring cash to tip when I know I’m headed there, but that kind of defeats the purpose of the app, doesn’t it?!.Version: 18.1.2018010501
✓ They don’t know what they are doingThis app isn’t good. Don’t want to reload their app with a bunch of money that gets charged as a gift card? ✓ Don't like the new updatesThe app was recently updated, and it looks cool, but I have a problem with the reloading and payment feature. Even though the items I purchase cost a specific price, the app rounds the value up to the next dollar, and takes all the remaining change I would have kept in my wallet. If I didn't shop at juice generation that often, this wouldn't bother me too much, but I do, and all that change adds up. ✓ Convenient but needs workOrdering ahead on the app is a great feature to save time waiting in line. One thing missing is the ability to remove stuff from an order. My boyfriend is allergic to nuts and there was only a way to add toppings not remove or customize. Once they fix that then the app will be much better..Version: 20.15.2020032004
✓ App closes out when trying to reload cardCan’t get to the reload card feature of the app. When I tap on “Reload Card” the app closes out. This just started a few weeks ago. ✓ Great Juice - Terrible AppYou have to put money onto the app in order to collect points. Why can’t I simply receive points for each purchase, regardless of how I pay? It just seems to me that they want upfront payments to improve their cash flow. Customer centricity is something else. App is also not optimized for iPhone X. ✓ Let me start by saying...I absolutely love Juice Generation. I love their product and their staff. They are the very best-in-class when it comes to fresh-pressed, organic juice. I happily spend my money at their locations on a daily basis. However, this app is dreadful. I wish they’d invested in engaging a first-rate developer to make it. The interface is clunky and non-intuitive. It quits unexpectedly when trying to change payment options (iPhone X running iOS 11.4). ✓ Happy you have an app! Let's make it better.So happy that you finally have a customer rewards program. However after using the app a while I have some suggestions to make it better. 1. Integrate with Apple Wallet to make accessing the card easier. Make it location aware so it's on the lock screen and ready to go. 2. Auto-reload of cards. I often get stuck in line trying to reload -- and it isn't easy to find in the app either. 3. ✓ Buggy always. Haven’t had it work right yet.Incredibly buggy for something doesn’t need to do a lot. Before it would crash when I wanted to reload my card. Now it won’t let me reload the card and keeps asking me to add new ones. Also this card system is a weird decision. Why not just charge the cc on file? ✓ IOS 13 reload issuesI upgraded to iOS 13 with the new iPhone 11 pro and when I touch the reload card option it crashes my app. I frequent Juice Gen 5 days a week and the loyalty program matters to me. Can you please let me know what can be done to correct this? I want to stay loyal to your brand but this will keep me away until it is fixed. ✓ App is terribleI have been trying to submit my first order through the app after creating an account and still unsuccessful. i select what i want from the menu, select the store for pickup, enter my credit card information and then pops up the horrific cell phone number screen. i key in my number and there is no continue button. i cannot go back or go forward and its just stuck. there is no way to minimize the keypad even to see if the continue button is behind the keypad. terrible development!.Version: 21.54.2021092401

✓ Bad experience in storeI ordered from the app while in store because the line was ridiculously long. I ordered the same immunity asap as I did the day before. The app stated my order would be ready at 106pm. I waited til 110. As I was approaching the counter the person who was handing out the orders slowly turned around and started making conversation. At this time I’m trying to make eye contact with any of the workers since I now see my drink on the counter. 2 more açaí bowls are placed by my drink. The same guy who walked away picks up the bowls and starts giving them out to the people who ordered them and completely disregards me standing there. I wait for him to finish and he turns away again. Enough about him. My drink tastes like a gingershot only!!! No elderberry, pineapple or any other flavors.
