AtrociousREPOST....3rd time a charm eh Kodak!! Again delivers photos to assumed address after updating 3 times and numerous calls!! Absolutely atrocious and baffoons!! User friendly...ha yeah ok! Not only that...when I type my address and postcode I expect it to be saved not for Kodak to assume my postcode and save that after I order!! Now my personal photos and memories are with someone else and I’m heartbroken and out of pocket...and top it all off nobody to contact except for a generic bloody email...I’m mortified and gutted that a photo company could be so inadequate and so careless with things!!.Version: 6.4

Hard to useAfter attempting several times to select photos for the magnets (including searching through photos for hours) and being unable to select multiple photos at once the app decided to refresh itself. Does the job but a bit clunkyThe app feels like something developed by a company that just doesn’t know how to innovate or keep up with - let alone get ahead of its competition. Clunky and annoying with a pretty mediocre user experience. Also not a fan of when I click “ok” after entering my final credit card cvv number, it then processes the order. Usually there is a final “submit order” required with any online order. Kodak really needs to look at this, and the overall app experience..Version: 7.0.3

PhotoTried to use in store to print and it wouldn’t allow the connection, I then tried to send to store from home and it wouldn’t show my local store in shawlands. On the third attempt I managed to get through the order without any problems and will collect when ready.Version: 7.8

Very disappointed with this appThe app crashed several times. I was not able to select multiple pictures under the same puck and collect order. App is laggy and almost unusable on 10.5 iPad ProI can’t think of any app that makes my iPad Pro feel clunky and slow and laggy. This app is the slowest loading and painful to swipe and use. Prices are double to 4x as much as Costco prints locally, but I’ll try a couple if I can get the app to run after deleting it, reinstalling it and rebooting the iPad. Two stars since the app support link in the iTunes Store is 404 / no functioning. Apple should quality check all apps that are in the store and make sure users can get actual support from the published support link. Bad on Apple here too for not checking on this developer and looking out for customers..Version: 7.2

Bad app, previous version worked fineThis app which was brought up by Kodak KioskConnect when I tried to print new pictures. The app is garbage. It wouldn’t connect via the enabled WiFi of the kiosk. Finally had to print it via cable, which is not a real problem, just aggravating. The real problem is the quality of the prints. None of them came out good, color was off in about every one. The clarity was wretched. I paid for them but wish I could send every one back. I will not be using this system again, which is a shame since I’ve always had really good luck with the previous app..Version: 7.3.1

App makes it hard to create multi-photo projectsIf you have more than a handful of photos and albums on your IOS device, this app makes it super painful to create multi -photo projects such as magnets. Because the app attempts to read all the photos and all the albums, it leads to lots of waiting time when selecting photos. To make it worse, there is no way to select multiple photos in one go when selecting photos for a project so you have to go through this pain...every...single...photo...in...your...project....Version: 7.3.1

Horrible quality of prints and customer serviceThe quality of prints I received from Kodak were embarrassing to say the least. They were dark and blurry. I sent the same pictures to photobox for prints and got an amazing quality. Don’t waste your time with this app..Version: 6.4.4

Hit or missHard to find a place that prints same-day photos any more so I have to use this Kodak Memories app that goes to CVS and it’s been hit or miss so far. I even just updated the app on my iPhone X. But it wouldn’t let me add new photos, then the next day it did, locked up and wouldn’t go to page I needed to order, etc etc. Even in person at the kiosk couldn’t get it to work right. A tad confusing and illogical but hopefully good serviceI found the app sends you round in circles and was hard to navigate. I used to use the Kodak kiosk app and print the photos at the local pharmacy which had a photo dispenser- I found this fun, exciting to see the results immediately and more user friendly... I will continue to try various options with this new app. I'm sure the service will be good but I was prompted to review the app immediately after making my first purchase so obviously I haven't actually seen any results..Version: 5.1.2

Upgrade not workingOur local (6 miles) kiosk is in a well respected photographic shop and they accepted an upgrade to their kiosk which now means that the app no longer ‘speaks’ to the kiosk. It is possible to go in with your own cable And I will do that next time but this 6 miles are Devon miles and a trip to Totnes is a bit of a mission. The shop keepers are clearly upset about it - perhaps a bit more support from Kodak would be nice? Up until now it was a brilliant app - choose your pics and collect them when in town- I ended up using the photo kiosk in local supermarket - not a great experience and not such a sophisticated method of sorting and choosing photos once connected. CalendarThe app needs to give directions on the page that you’re working on. Tell us to drag photos to the area you want to add them. Tell us not to press the back arrow if you don’t want lose all photos you’ve marked. Include the date of the pictures to make it easier to scan through 100’s of pictures. Tell us to tap (not press) the picture you want erased so the pop up window comes up to remove the photo. Tell us that some of the photo layout is in squares and may not fit your rectangular photo so please move on to a space that more adequately fits your photo instead of discarding the photo. Never again!I was at Target because there wasn’t a nearby Walgreens to use a printing kiosk. I had to download this app to use it, when I placed my order it started printing, but only printed three out of the five I ordered. So I went to customer service, he was helpful, opened up the machine to see if they just didn’t fall through and found nothing... so they just didn’t print! He gave me a discount and didn’t charge for what didn’t print, so I thank Target for that. But never again will I use the Kodak kiosk. Walgreens is so much more user friendly!.Version: 6.4

Buggy and unreliableMaybe it’s not been tested on iOS 11, but I gave up trying to use this. It’s not especially user friendly or intuitive to use, but it also fails to upload images (even on WiFi) and then rather than gracefully remember your selections and try again later, you’re forced to remove the failed ones altogether and then hunt for them again. I could go on but I’ve wasted enough time on this app as it is..Version: 6.0.1

With a name like Kodak........I expected this app to be a major improvement over the previous, useless Kiosk app. Sadly, it is not. I couldn’t find a way to delete a selected photo without completely cancelling the session - no “remove” option. And I also could not find a way to edit the photo as you can do at the kiosk. I had to edit the original on my camera roll, and then hope that the updates were transferred to the photo, which was the reason that I wanted to delete the photo. I would like to edit in the app so I don’t have to go back and forth..Version: 10.4.1

My (unsuccessful) ExperienceThis is actually my second unsuccessful attempt at printing pictures! Here’s what happened: When I initially plugged my phone into the kiosk, it automatically tried to download every single photo on my phone. For like 15 minutes the screen on the kiosk said it was loading, then just gave up and I was forced to start over. Who doesn’t have hundreds—if not thousands—of pictures on their phone? This is a very poor feature. (developer tip— don’t try to download every single photo from the beginning, maybe start with the first 25-50, and download a thumb nail, not the whole photo. Then, download more thumb nails when the user is scrolling through their pictures). After that, I downloaded the app. and tried to transfer my pictures via Wi-Fi. About 25 minutes into the process—after editing pictures, selecting print sizes, etc.—the kiosk said my connection was lost and kicked me out (developer tip: if the connection is lost, temporarily save the project and allow the user to re-establish the connection, so they can start back off where they left). At that point I just gave up and left. Has anyone at Kodak who’s not affiliated with this App. actually tried to print pictures? I guarantee you they wouldn’t be able to do it. After everyone went digital, this is my only experience using something from Kodak. It’s slow, difficult to use, and extremely frustrating..Version: 8.5.2

UnreliableI had a miserable time using this app to create Christmas cards. If I saved anything, it would only save the card selection and photo - any edits or formatting done would be lost. The app also closed countless time and I lost everything, even things that were in my cart. When I finally succeeded in ordering, my cards arrived with a formatting error in the text, and the design shown on the back of the card wasn't there. The only good thing I can say is that Kodak was responsive to my complaint and gave me a refund..Version: 6.4.1

Kiosk Connect was betterI like using the app to print pictures in store, however I had to upgrade to this app from kiosk connect and had a very disappointing experience. After picking my pictures to send to the kiosk (less than 5 minute process) the app disconnected me and reconnected me— which meant I had to pick my photos again. I chose to print pictures immediately but it chose 1 hour photo for me. Connection issues and convenience issues are lacking where kiosk connect was better from Kodak. I haven’t used this app to order prints yet, so I cannot comment on that aspect..Version: 6.9.2

Always an ErrorIn the past I’ve used this app with no problems, but since the past few updates every time I try to print pictures it says “Z000 There was a problem. Try again.” How many times do I have to try again? I just want to send my pictures to my store so I can pick them up. The ONLY way to get the app to work is go to the store and connect to an outdated, junky kiosk. I work at Target and the kiosk that I service literally never works and I have to reboot it at least 3 times a day. I really wish the app worked like it did in the past for me but now it’s just too frustrating. It’s embarrassing trying to figure out how to work the machine because it’s so old. No notification if printer is brokenI placed an order for pickup and received notification that my order was ready. Upon arrival at the store I was told their printer was broken and I had to print at the kiosk. I’m not sure why I got the email notification the order was ready? A notice that there printer is broken at a chosen location would be helpful so you can choose another location or plan accordingly. Generally this is a terrific app and works well!.Version: 6.9.2

Cannot edit texts, it just gets stuckI find the app is very good for making a collage or printing any kind of project that does not require flipping screens. BUT when trying to make a card, I cannot edit text and hit “Done” because it simply will not move & freezes- nothing helps. VERY frustrating after spending 20 min making the perfect card. Constant Issues and CrashingI’ve barely been able to get through basic transactions because the app crashes all the time. You’ll select a bunch of pictures and go to check out, but then the app crashes and you lose all of your pics and edits and have to start from scratch. WorthlessI downloaded this app so I could print photos instantly at Target. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER, I was still standing at the kiosk and still had no photos as this $@!?$ app is worthless. Don’t use this appIf I could give this app zero starts I would. It’s SO aggravating to use. First of all, if you’re in the middle of an order and choose to go back (like to change something) it doesn’t save your order! Second of all, under ordered projects, you’d think this is where your...ordered items would be.. think again! You have to go somewhere else. Third of all, it’s so stupid that you can’t change how you’d like your order at the end.. whether you want it shipped or pick it up from a local store. Naturally, when I go to the app I select prints and continue on. After going through and picking hundreds of photos, I find out that I HAVE to have them delivered unless I want to undo everything I just did. Lastly, I ordered my photos a week ago and got an email 2 days ago saying the orders had shipped. Today, I went to track the order and it says it can’t because the order number is wrong.. Not user friendly!!This app won’t let you save your cart and add any more photos other than the ones you selected when you first open the app. It also won’t let you edit your email address in contact info. If you try to save your cart on the website to make it a lot easier than on your phone, it won’t show up on the app so you need to do it entirely from your phone and have every single picture selected correctly the first time within the app or you have to delete your cart and start over OR just create multiple orders. Nothing but aggravationAfter hours spent on a Photo Book, the App crashed and my whole work disappeared. Not to mention that the App didn’t allow me to upload all the photos I want. It selected only some of them. Second attempt, I finished the project (40 pages done to perfection) and I wasn’t allowed to click on ‘Save’ or ‘Add to cart’. I had to click on ‘X’ (the only option). It saved my project but said “Some of your photos couldn’t be saved”. What?? Now, I have the photo book saved in ‘active projects’ and guess what, I click on it and is not responding. I can’t open it, I can’t edit it, I can’t add it to cart. If this is not idiotic, that what it is? There is no number you can call either. The only reason why I used the App is for the quality of the photos, opposed to going to the kiosk, where the quality lacks..Version: 10.1

Used to work well, not anymoreMy 6 kids and I used this App all the time at one stage - dozens of orders a month! Now the app won’t let us select a ‘local store pick up’ option at all! 3 photos will cost me 45cents to print but I’m forced to pay $6.95 for delivery when we live 15 mins from the place it’s being printed!!!? I went into the store to print the other day in order to finally get some photos, the employees had no idea how to use the kiosks so now this App and the whole service is 100% useless. Terrible! Bring back the functionality of the old app!Most people use this app to pre-select photos we want to print AS WE GO ALONG. This saves us the time scrolling through hundreds of photos while standing at the kiosk, while others wait for their turn. We can no longer pre-select photos! Who is the genius who removed that function!? This app does virtually nothing. It is just an interface for the kiosk. It wants to connect with my social media (to data mine) which is ridiculous because photos from instagram and facebook are low resolution. The printer quality photos are in the photo stream. It says you can easily print your favourite photos from your photo stream, so I favourited 60 photos. These photos do not appear in the app, and the favourites list does not appear at the kiosk! I am not going to sift through thousands of thumbnails at the kiosk to print them. The app also says you can order larger prints, or have your prints delivered - this would be great, I would LOVE to order prints without having to go to a kiosk. But there is no functionality in the app to place orders! You have to go to a kiosk, I guess, to order your prints and ask them to be delivered. Overall, this app is not intuitive to use and does not seem to be useful. The old version was better because you could at least pre-select your photos..Version: 6.4.3

Haven’t tried to print pics and it already pisses me offDo you have to be connected to a kiosk to do anything with this app? Seems like I can’t pick any pictures to set up an order. In my profile there is a selection for my selected store but no way to pick a store. I go to find a kiosk and find the one closest to me but have no option to choose it as my store. I live in small town and the Kodak kiosk is the only way to print pictures without having to drive an hour, so that is the only reason this app isn’t getting deleted immediately. WorthlessI tried connecting my iPhone to a kiosk in a drug store. It wouldn’t let me access my folders and just would access the same(seemingly random picked) 683 photos from my main folder over and over. Waste of time. So I went home, downloaded the app, and tried to order some to be delivered. The border options I wanted were not available through the app. More time wasted. Finally, I took the phone with the pics and the app back to the kiosk. The kiosk put up a temporary hot spot for me to connect to. Great. It said to go to the app while I waited for the kiosk to connect to my phone. Great. I went to the app, selected my four photos, and waited. And waited. And waited. The kiosk still said the same message. The Next button on the app did nothing. So I closed the app and started over. Still nothing. You have a kiosk in my favorite local drug store chain so I really wanted this to work but obviously I need to go elsewhere..Version: 9.0.2

Terrible App - project crashed 8 timesThis was a horrible experience trying to create a photo book for Mother’s Day. I can honestly say I am tech savvy, so I know my way around an app. I tried over two days and different networks to build a photo book for my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day and it crashed on me over 8 times. I continuously saved the project to keep my progress and it never saved even after naming the project. Finally I just picked som random pictures, 1/10 of what I wanted to feature and upon checkout the coupons never applied. Quite frustrating experience and likely the LAST time I use this horrible app. I will be reaching out to customer support to notify them of this poor experience. Good luck!!.Version: 7.6.1

Strictly a review of the app user experience. Will update when pictures arrive.So far it has been a terrible experience. I had to force close the app if I wanted to add more pictures from my phone. Every time. Selecting sizes is cumbersome, and they pop an ad at you when you’re just trying to get to the checkout. All the Address input stuff doesn’t seem to sync with my phone’s memory, nothing suggested an auto fill. Even the credit card expiration date selection is cumbersome and different from what everybody else does, making it an anti-intuitive experience the whole way through..Version: 10.0

Very frustrating!After spending 3 hours with numerous attempts at creating a photo book the app would continually shutdown on me and loose everything I was working on. App is slow and inefficientApp is extremely difficult because it’s slow and sometimes In the middle of uploading pictures, it’ll state that one picture can’t be uploaded and when you hit ‘ok’ it restarts the entire process instead of just proceeding forward. Needs improvementsBeing able to pay with Apple Pay and order photos through my phone is great. However once you have made your order (took me 3 hours to create about 20 collages) I was unable to change the way in which I wanted delivery, it delivered to my home for an extra $7, rather then being able to change delivery to my nearest Kmart for free. JunkWho knows if this is any good it’s impossible to use. Yes I do have a lot of photos and then of course albums but why can’t Kodak handle it like other apps can ?? Trying to select an Album to load images from is near impossible. There is no logical sorting mechanism and having to scroll to the bottom of a modest album list is a) so slooooow and b) the slightest touch whilst trying to scroll will select the wrong album and then it steps you out and you have to start again. It said it can add a 150 pages but it chucks a wobbly at 30 and wouldn’t load the whole album of 68 images. Just Junk. I was trying to compare it to SnapFish but I can’t even complete the book. My SnapFish books are already being delivered. And no Text !! No wonder Kodak is not the giant it once was, so sad. Does it all for you.If you don’t care what order or even which pictures goes into a book this app is for you. It is very difficult to place pictures where you want them. If you don’t mind having minimal control over your pictures this app is for you. It does not work well if you have specific in mind. For example Sequential imaging or dates younger to older.... virtually impossible. Collages and other products are much more user friendly..Version: 9.2

Good app, needs improvementGood app, easy to use but why doesn’t it give you the option to resize the photos in the various print sizes as you need? I have so many photos that have edges cut off and I can’t do anything about it..Version: 7.5.2

Stuck at uploadingI really wanted it to work and gave plenty of time and patience to load photos. But every time I have tried to add the uploaded images to prints it stuck on the next level and I couldn’t proceed through or get out of it. I had to delete the app. It’s not user friendly. These days of technology you’d think a developer can come up with something to sort out problems what was already mentioned multiple times..Version: 11.3.1

Can’t save anything in cartI’ve had to stop when putting pics in my shopping cart and, even though I have an account and am signed in, everything is gone when I try to resume adding pictures. Very frustrating! Also, if I don’t start with store pickup I can’t change it to store pickup before checking out so I’m forced to pay shipping and wait for a week for my pics because I forgot the step to choose store pickup at the very beginning. Great site horrible refresh ratesIf you have a large order it can take a horribly long time to upload and edit your photos. Nothing to do with my internet connection , I have a large band with account. Pricing is great. Options are too although I could not find a wallets option. I wont stop using the app/company, but I have to have a lot of patience to get though it!.Version: 8.5.2

Spammy notificationsWhen you install this app it will tell you that you should turn notifications on so that it can tell you useful things like when photos are ready. But actually it will send you occasional notifications about how they have some new useless promotion you don’t care about. Then you will have to go into settings and turn notifications off because you are sick of being interrupted by ads. After that, you might even be tempted to waste more time posting a negative review of the app, due to its annoying notifications. I know I was. Otherwise, the app is forgettably mediocre..Version: 6.1

Time wasting slow appHopeless App development, it lets you preselect how you would like to receive the goods (delivery or pick up) but won’t allow any changes to that once that original selection has been made. Very frustrating when you have spent 45 minutes selecting 100 photos and decide to pick up instead of delivery. The only option if you want to change receiving method is to start all over again after exiting the app completely. The app help section and settings function is so basic and useless..Version: 11.3

Those delivery times..App not bad, a bit buggy but nothing that can’t be circumvented. I’m giving this such a rating due to the overall service being pretty dire. The prints come from Germany, and are shipped by the cheapest and slowest possible delivery method. Waited 3 and a half weeks for a few 6x4s. In the age of consumers demanding near-instant gratification, that just seems to me to be well, a bit crap..Version: 6.2
