✓ Great product… could improveI use Skip on a regular basis. I find the app interface easy, and the choices are really good. My one issue is delivery times. I’ve had quite a few deliveries take 2x as long as predicted. It can take 60-90 minutes to get food ordered from just a few blocks away. However, I will keep using Skip! ✓ Making me phatYou guys are rockstars. Having said that, I’m not “cut” like I had envisioned to be. My goal was for June but I’m still rocking a 12 pound baby. Not to say I don’t appreciate the convenience, it’s just my impulse takes over and I feel shame. ✗ Extremely unsatisfyingSo one of my order went missing, like the whole order and i had already paid for it through my card. When I contacted them 1st time they said they are going to refund me but didn’t. Again when i knocked them, they said they are going to do it soon but then after 1 whole day, i got nothing. Then i emailed them, they said “ looks like we have consistently unmet your expectations so we can’t refund you.” I am like what? It’s only because you guys are not responding so i have to actively knock you guys. I still didn’t got my refund. Bad service. Very disappointed..Version: 4.8.1
