✓ Update to my previous postI am a faddy eater and I don't like some foods. This app has informed me of what foods I can eat, and I just create my own recipes. I'm coming to the end of week 3 on the low carb diet, and I've lost 9lbs so far, and I still have 3 days to my 3rd week weigh in ( at home); so that won't be the final weight at week 3 I suspect.
