✓ Works as it shouldIn wondering if all of the low stars are due to the SCHOOL or the BUS COMPANY not configuring this app correctly. I've used this app for just over 3 years now. I have three kids in three schools and I just switch at the top of the screen with a drop down option. One login, multiple kids, multiple busses. If this isn't the case, contact your bus company. Something isn't setup right. This app isn't always perfect, but it's a far cry from waiting in the MN winter while the bus is an hour late. Sub busses cause problems and sometimes a sub driver doesn't turn on the tracking. Overall, this is nice..RMo6969Version: 2.4.4307

✓ Works as it should but very basicThis app serves it’s purpose for me. My biggest complaint or wish is that you could choose a default child from the drop down to start at. I have 4 kids and only one of them is eligible for the bus. I have to select and change to the kid I want to see every time I open the app. If I could choose a default start child, change order of the kids or hide the kids I don’t need to see that would be great.KappySaysVersion: 2.4.4307

✗ App crashes, has yet to provide info in 3 monthsIf I could give zero stars, I would. It’s November 29th. School started Sept 7th. I have yet to have this app tell me anything other than “Bus 407 is not active” and that routes are running according to schedule. Nevermind that neither of my kids are on a bus 407. I don’t know if this issue is the school district’s implementation, an issue at the bus company, or something from the technology provider - but it is a COLOSSAL WASTE OF MONEY. Also, today the app crashes constantly and I can’t even get into it. It’s a snowy day here and it would be tremendously helpful if this tech worked. But Im setting my expectations accordingly that it won’t and I’ll just be waiting at the stop for my kid at an approximate time in this snow storm..Meesa31Version: 2.4.4307

✗ Important updates?It’s been about a year and I the app has NO WAY of tracking different schedules. I’m a divorced parent and have to track the drop off every other week but can only see route to ex wife’s house. I’ve talked to the IT of the transportation company in my area and the app has no plans on fixing this. After taking to the school and transportation company they said this is a huge issue with no resolution in sight. Come on! Can we fix this???.Punknavy777Version: 2.4.4307
