Like how do you view tickets you’ve bought? It’s by clicking on the event page, (that appears like you’ve never bought a ticket!). ✓ Easy to buy tickets for events, but always crashes!The app is the most convenient way of buying to tickets for most clubs around the world, with apply pay integrated and QR tickets. Always use it for buying tickets instead of the website! However… the App is always crashing and often stuck on dates in the past! This is very frustrating since I use RA guide several times a week to find shows but am unable to benefit from early release ticket prices. I thought that the engineers would eventually discover the issue and fix it but they still haven’t. (Perhaps they need more observability and bug monitoring hint hint) So I’m hoping that they will see this review and get it fixed 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Other than that, it’s a fantastic app and it’s a shame such a key feature is broken and the experience so badly affected..Version: 2.7.0

✓ Add to Apple wallet too obscureI’m sure the app is fine. I just loaded it because I wanted to add the tickets I had already bought to my Apple wallet. The process to do that was a bit of a pain. I would much prefer an option in the confirmation email as provided by Eventbrite, Universe and others. ✓ Buggy and unnecessary.Was forced to download this app to access my ticket. If you’re going to force someone to download an app at least make sure it works properly. I misspelled my password and when I clicked “try again” it made my password the username for the entire population of Canada to see. (Aka just who was next to me) so maybe fix that , and maybe don’t force people who’ve already paid for a ticket to download an app they don’t want and will never use again. ✓ Can’t change name on ticketBought 2 event tickets and opted to use the resale option when I could no longer attend. RA resold one ticket, leaving me with one which I hoped to either give away or sell on myself. To do so you need to edit the name on the ticket. It wouldn’t let me edit the name on the ticket as the ticket was in the resale queue. It also wouldn’t allow me to remove the ticket from the resale queue. Total con artists. The ticket that was sold on would be refunded to me minus the price of an admin fee. Rat scum..Version: 2.3.19

✓ Awful app and serviceAwful company, paid for tickets for an event and even paid for tickets to be sent special delivery, tickets didn’t even turn up till after the event and where posted out normal post. When I asked for a refund they basically said no so I went through my credit card company got my money back. The cheek of the company contested it and the credit card company with held my complaint as I sent in all the proof and emails. ✓ Very poor customer serviceI have been a loyal customer of resident advisor for a couple of years, buying in total over 40 tickets on the platform. Never have I asked for a refund and for assistance until last week, when I was refused entry into a club because they sold at overcapacity. All resident advisor was able to tell me was that they could not help me and that they could not give a refund. This speaks to how much they “care” for loyal customers. Disappointed to say the least.
