Productive - Habit Tracker for Positive User Reviews

Good appLove this app. But I think it need to have times you can set not just morning, arvo, night and notifications at that time.Version: 1.5

Great app w/room for improvementI’ve had this app for years and have used it on and off, it helps me get on track and I recommend it. I really like the app for keeping track of all the daily things I want to get done, and especially things I’d like to do only once a week or month, like calling my grandmother and taking the time to plan my month out at the beginning of each month. I can check them off and then won’t be reminded again until the next week or month. It’s easy enough to use. I just have one rather large problem with it. It can be really discouraging the way it only gives you credit for “perfect days.” I just started the habit of drinking 8 glasses of water each day, I’ve achieved 5 glasses, 7 glasses etc, but in my stats, it’s like I drank no water at all. It’s really dissatisfying. A big motivation for me is feeling accomplished when I can see what I’ve done. This app would be perfect if it notified me “you’ve completed 50% of your morning habits today! Keep it up!” Or if I could see I’ve almost reached my 8 full glasses of water almost every day this week. With how I use the app, it’s almost impossible to achieve a perfect day, but it’d be nice to see that I keep up with over 70% of my daily habits each week. Or I do 100% of my nighttime habits. That’s something I would change, along with how sensitive the buttons are, I’m always accidentally swiping habits left or right when I’m just scrolling through them. It’s annoying..Version: 2.19.0

Love this app - but pls bring back the original monthly schedulerI had the original balanced and productive apps back in 2014. one thing I missed about the way we could schedule monthly habits is when it didn’t ask you to do it on a specific day. can you guys bring back the old way, where we could just select “once/twice/3x (etc) every month” and select “at the beginning of the month,” “middle of the month,” “end of the month,” and “anytime in the month.” I would then rate this app 5/5 if that feature came back. other than that, it’s a great app. I’ve tried other habit trackers, but always find myself circling back to productive..Version: 3.4.1

Update: Still Using the App Daily!UPDATE:: Still using the app daily to track my habits, I know I’m going to do things like walk my dog, drink water, brush teeth, but it is easy to check it off my “did today” list and the little push to keep up with things like tidying my bedroom or dishes is pretty motivating!! So 2-weeks later I’m still on a roll! Yay! First day of downloading:: “I just downloaded this app and got it started today, but so far it’s easy enough. The layout of using the app is kind of confusing, I thought I could add things for specific dates, but that’s okay that I can’t. I’ve started adding simple things like drinking water, walking the dog, etc... it does already feel good when I can mark things “done”. I just know personally I get bored easily with apps I have to use daily but since this doesn’t require writing things down or jotting anything in the app I might actually have a reason to want to keep using it!! 🙂”.Version: 1.40

Love ❤️ it!!!!!! But . . .I totally loooooove this app!!!! I would highly recommend it!!!!!! However, my family is in a bit of a pickle as far as money goes and unfortunately I am unable to pay so I can’t have many habits. This is the reason I have given only four stars. However it was an excellent idea to give metals for streaks I love ❤️ that!!! I understand that the price of thirty five dollars a year is very little to ask, and perhaps one day I will be able to give it until then is there ANY possible way for me to have more habits without paying? I understand if there is not but it is still highly recommended for those who are willing to pay!!! I will continue with the small amount I have however but it does often keep me on my feet and up off the couch while still caring for myself and giving my body what it needs like no other app has!!!!😍😍😍🥰😍🥰😍😍😍😍.Version: 3.2.0

Great app. Want ability to manually label Missed habitsOverall a great app but an idea for improvement: Ability to label a habit as missed without having to wait for the end of the day to do it automatically. Especially useful for “Negative Habits” where it will let you input that you did the bad habit which is more purposeful and engaging than just waiting for the end of the day to do it automatically..Version: 2.37.1

Great app but one idea for improvementI love this app it’s good to help plan your day and stay productive, it holds you accountable and having the notifications makes you want to complete your task. However I feel like you should be able to say how long you’ve done a task for e.g one of my tasks is studying and I set it for 3h but I was only able to complete 2h. I should be able to say I’ve done 2h but the habit isn’t crossed out because I haven’t fully completed it but you can see the minutes I’ve done. If you’re able to add this in an update I would love this app even more but overall this is a great app..Version: 2.6.0

I like this app but there’s one thing…I enjoy that you can set a habit for “every two weeks” but there’s no habit to set it for “every month”. It has to be on a specific date in the month, like for example the 5th. There are some things I only want to do once a month but not on a specific date. If I could either specify: -“once a month on any day” and/or: -“the [first/second/third/fourth/last] week of every month” (so for example “any day during the third week of each month) and/or -“the [first, second, third, fourth, last] [insert day of the week] of every month” (so for example “the second Friday of every month) that would make this app even better! I hope you’ll consider for a future update..Version: 3.23.0

Great Habit AppI didn’t expect it to help, but it really encourages me tick things off and actually get them done. I love the look and feel of the app. My only issue is the stats of how well you’ve done. I’d like a percentage to show how well I did that day. There’s a big difference between 1 habit done and 1 habit missed, yet it looks the same on the calendar. There are some habits where I can do the bare minimum to tick off, but on some days I can go the extra mile and do them really well. I’d like to be able to track this. This app is great for habits, I’d love a to-do list addition for one off tasks!.Version: 1.14

No SyncI wanted to give 5 stars, but without sync between iPhone and iPad I can only give it 4. I believe once upon a time there was a sync feature, but it was removed..Version: 3.16.0

Wow. That’s it. Wow.What a great app to set goals for yourself and to track your productivity..Version: 2.18.0

Latest update has terrible UXEdit: Updating back to 5 stars because the UX has been improved, I’m sure many people enjoy the fancy UI but there is now an option to have a no frills. I have had some issues with habit data not saving properly for the current day, though, when checking habits off sometimes Old review: I agree with some other reviews I’ve seen: this was an update for the sake of updating. It has “fixed” things that were not broken to begin with. The UI used to be minimal and easy to use day to day, but now forces its paradigm of time-of-day habits. Sure, I have some habits for the evening, but a lot of anyone’s habits aren’t strictly for one time of day. It is more difficult now to just get this app to show me what I want—a simple list of my habits for the day. All day habits are now all the way to the left, the app has unneeded animations for what it is (essentially just a simple to do list style app), and the bottom bar UI now centers on adding a new habit, which is one of the actions I’ve used the least. This is making me regret subscribing to this. Maybe I can find a different app that is just simple and elegant, and doesn’t get in my way..Version: 2.10.0

Pretty goodThis app is pretty good, it has helped me become more on top of my day, especially during quarantine. However I do have some issues, every time I access it a ad comes up for their premium program, this also happens when I am on the app for a certain amount of time, I know it is marketing but honestly it has made me not want to get the premium, it also doesn’t give you much guidance on what reminders you can set yourself other than the icons. Overall the positives do outway the negitves, would recommend..Version: 2.11.0

It’s good but a little to hard on the habitsI’m enjoying using the app to set my day up and build up my systems. The heavy handness of the “paid” version was annoying and now 2 months along whenever I change up / down my habits from a time of day or frequency the stats reset, very very annoying. I enjoy vacation mode for when we go away but then I’d still like to be able to track a few habits that I could still do, might be best to have a few “plans” so there is full vacation and light vacation..Version: 2.8.0

Great App!I have to say that when I first obtained this app on a trial basis, then I was sceptical. Apps of this kind have never lived up to my expectations, either falling short, or too complex and fiddly, having the adverse effect of what I was trying to achieve in the first place, i.e. Alleviate stress of 21st Century life. I was surprised how easy it was to use, with nothing overly complex, and ensuring that one’s “habits” were controllable and thus having a positive effect. I was so pleased at the way I easily adapted to this app, that I simply had to ‘promote’ to the upgraded version. I think this would be beneficial for anyone who wants to think seriously about their “habits” because sticking to the few that the free version provide certainly wasn’t enough, well not for me anyway. I am loving this app, using it diligently, and intelligently, and my “habits” are no longer the “drudge” that many undoubtedly were!.Version: 1.40

Great, but...Great, however, as I am using the free version, I only have a limit of 5 habits. Weird, huh? The main purpose of the app is the keep your life organised. I know that the only way to get money from apps is too have some sort of payment, but if we could have unlimited habits and still have the choice to buy premium, I would give this app five stars. Otherwise, I would recommend this app to anyone of all ages!.Version: 1.8

IN LOVEI LOVE this app. Definitely worth giving the trial a go!.Version: 1.23

Guess who’s more productive now?My life is a mess, depression hits me like a train but this app actually helps my existence to be much more organised and less stressed. Sometimes I would get carried away and forget this app exists, but that’s okay because I comeback to it and get stuff on the right track again. I wish it had a task list with non-repeatable things as well..Version: 1.36

RecommendedNice app, It helps me complete tasks.Version: 1.31

Developers please read! After testing extensively over several hours other habit tracking apps I found this one to be the most fully featured in terms of statistics and things like an in app timer. The widgets are clean and good enough, there is a more section, and the ability to pause habits. However there are some major shortcomings of this app that has been available for so long that I think would make it much better. 1. overflow timer - would be very appreciated. It’s very difficult to edit entries to show the time that was spent versus the time that was scheduled in the habit. also, it doesn’t show the edited time in the statistics after the fact. I would love to be able to set the timer to start for example minutes read and if my time exceeds what was scheduled it would automatically update and show in statistics. 2. bad habits -there is no proprietary bad habit set up in the app as of now. It’s easy enough to mark don’t smoke as completed if you don’t smoke for that day. But what if it is some thing like cut back smoking and you want to mark every time you have a cigarette so that that data is available in statistics and so that if you are trying to cut down from 10 cigarettes a day you can see when you only had nine and passed your habit but also when you only had three and did even better-even so when you failed the habit and had 11 but when you also failed the habit and had 20. thanks guys!.Version: 3.6.1

Simple and very helpfulFor years this app has stuck to its design without over complicating it unnecessarily diversifying. As a result, since I first got an iPhone five years ago, it’s been my go-to tool for developing new good habits and reminding me to stay on top of things. Recently it’s been brilliant at reminding me of my baby’s nap times and when to give him his vitamins. Also with all this lockdown happening with COVID19 it’s a great tool to make sure I still exercise and pull myself away from the computer while I’m working at home. Very straightforward to use, aesthetically pleasing and consistently thoroughly useful..Version: 2.4.0

Great habit trackerEverything I need to start, work through and cement in new habits. I bought the yearly subscription and I can honestly say in the past I’ve spent more on paper diaries and stationary in a year and those don’t give you reminders! A little bit of feedback for the developers: I’ve seen in another habit tracker app that the level of difficulty to complete each task can be adjusted and with the adjustment it gives you more or less repetitions to create that new neural pathway. Eg. a very difficult habit takes more days of completing the habit for it to stick than a simple task does..Version: 2.1.0

Mostly Good - 1 major feature missingI really love this app in general and have used it a lot to great benefit. It does have a few bugs here and there, but nothing major. One thing I REALLY WISH I could do with this app is record entries that go beyond my target/goal. So say my habit requires me to do 5 mins of meditation a day. I would like to track that some days I am doing 30 mins or 1 hour of meditation per day. Then I can look back at my stats and see what I have achieved, and hence how much to increase my goals. This would be a MASSIVE value add. Please add this feature! I would upgrade to 5 stars with this feature..Version: 3.6.1

Skip Justification Option? So far I am enjoying it and it is helping me with my various tasks. I would like to see though, a feature where I can make a task as ‘optional’ or something to where if I don’t do it/skip it, it wouldn’t count as a negative strike for it. Or maybe have a justification block come up to explain why I can’t do a task. For example: I have a task to hit the gym in the morning but sometimes I can’t because I have to go into the office instead to get some work done which makes me then ‘skip’ it. But for those days I have another hit the gym task set in the afternoon just in case I can’t make the morning one. So at some point, one of those hit the gym tasks is going to be ‘skipped’ since I’ll do the other one. Unless I’m missing a setting or setting these up completely wrong I would like to see this feature added so it doesn’t seem like I’m always skipping something..Version: 1.16

Great app!!Enjoying using this app.Version: 1.16

AwesomeThis app is definitely not gonna waste your time. Takes some time to kinda understand the work around, but once you do then it’s a no sweat situation 💪🏽 Highly recommended 🙌🏽✨.Version: 2.7.0

Great stuffEasy to use once set up... easy to set up once you get the hang of it!.Version: 1.8

CommentThe best app ever but I would appreciate it if it didn’t cost any money.Version: 2.36.1

Gucci’s MumI have only begun using this app but I am finding it very helpful. It is easy to use, very functional and an attractive application. Thank you so much for the thought that you have put into it. I’m loving 🥰 it..Version: 2.2.0

Great improvements but still 1 feature missingNoticed great improvements in the app in this last download since i last used it last year. But I’m still missing a major feature which is to have the app sync its data across to my iPad. I use it on my iPhone but would love to see my habits in my iPad as i tend to use it more during the day than my phone..Version: 2.14.1

Great appBeen using it on and off for some time now. Very simple and straightforward, helps eliminate clutter..Version: 1.5

Keeps me consistentLove this app, after reading atomic habits as well as miracle morning. I’ve set this app to help me, keep up with my new habits and reminders to help my day run smoothly. Definitely a winner. Only thing I found was I wasn’t able to set a particular day for a fortnightly reminder. Other then that 10/10.Version: 2.1.0

IM DELETING THIS APP...Because I’ve decided personally that I prefer notebooks. However! This is; in my opinion, the best app on the App Store. The layout and the endless personalisation is just incredible, I had a good look through and I was just astounded. Writing this I’m realising I sound a little like a bot, well I’m not I’m a real life human and I’m telling you. If you struggle with planning your life or even the most basic every day tasks, DOWNLOAD THIS APP. If you don’t struggle at all but you’re using a different app for the same function, DOWNLOAD THIS APP. It’s worth the subscription price and for the short time I was using it that was my only subscription as I resent paying for apps, that should speak for itself. In conclusion if you’ve read this far hurry up and download this app!.Version: 2.23.0

This is what I’ve been looking forSo far I tried a lot of different habit tracker apps, even notion and excel habit trackers. But they were a little bit complicated for me. Then I found out this app and it is so easy to use. They even have recommended habits. Loved it! Highly recommended!.Version: 3.23.0

Productive & ElegantIt's like a stop light. It tells you went to stop, wait, and go. 🚦.Version: 1.5

Love this appGot the premium version and it’s awesome! If you want something which reminds you but isn’t super intrusive then this app is for you. Quite customisable as well pick your own symbols are colours. Choose from their goals and habits or create your own. Makes turning things into a habit rewarding to track.Version: 1.8

Great App.Set reminders for activities in three daily time slots- morning, afternoon and evening. Can then select frequency daily, weekly monthly. Also for which particular days of the week. I would like more choice of icons. Maybe emojis?.Version: 1.9

Fantastic app! Please don’t use if you don’t like the priceThis app is working great for me. I needed an app to remind me of my daily supplements intake, at different times of a day, and some other various habits like what time to go to bed, doing some stretches in the middle of a working days. This app did just that but in a really convenient way, much better than just the free reminder app. I especially love the Siri shortcut to signal completion of the task. Please stop complaining if you’re not happy about the pricing structure. The free reminder is there on your phone to do a decent job if you’re not willing to pay. I understand not everyone is willing to pay a certain prices for certain things but you simply don’t buy something if it’s out of your budget or you wait for a sale, not giving it bad review based on their prices you’re not willing to pay.Version: 1.41

It’s amazing but one suggestionI have found this app really helpful for trying to pick up habits, as the ticking it off gives a sense of achievement. The programs are amazing too and really helpful. The only thing is the challenges, there are barely any that are available without paying premium and I’ve seen some amazing ones that I would really love to take part in. It would be good to have the option to do them for free every once in a while, and /or being able to do premium ones in exchange for watching some ads. Otherwise this is a great app and I would recommend it..Version: 3.4.1

Amazingly helpful app!I have a chronic illness which results in short term memory loss, depression and anxiety. This app is a life saver. Whilst learning to live with the changes to my physical and mental wellbeing Self care has really gone out the window. I use this to help remind me to look after myself because I concentrate so hard on looking after the house and my children and partner. It’s giving my inner self an active voice that I can’t ignore. I would highly recommend the premium version if you can afford it as you can set multiple reminders. A life saver in my case 😀.Version: 1.8

I recommend! So I normally NEVER write reviews for anything, but I figured I’d make an exception. I have trouble staying focused, procrastinating, and keeping up with important habits. I have tried several methods of to-do lists but nothing has kept me motivated. I downloaded the app because it looked aesthetically pleasing and easy to use. It only took me a few minutes to figure it out because it is SUPER easy to use. Productive keeps your tasks and habits super easily organized without overwhelming you. You can set times, durations, and goals on all your tasks. It is easily customizable and honestly makes me excited to get my tasks done for the day! If you are looking for an easy app to organize your life and boost productivity I highly recommend Productive! Btw, I use the free version and it works perfectly fine! Honestly, the makers of Productive, thank y’all so much!.Version: 2.21.0

NiceVery useful app, good for keeping track of habits, or even as a to-do list that gives regular reminders as personally scheduled. However, the in-app notifications are very annoying, patronising and unnecessary. We know that we have broken our streak already, thanks. And we don’t need a cheer every time we check another 50 items off, honestly. Anyone that does like those popping up for motivation, all fine and good. But please have an option for turning them off for those who don’t want them and find them a tad condescending. Otherwise, great app!!!.Version: 2.12.0

Very Helpful and EncouragingI don't often take time to write reviews, but I am sincerely enjoying this help! It has been so helpful and easy to use. I love how easy to customize this, and if you miss or skip a goal for whatever reason its not degrading. Rather it encourages you to keep going, and do what you can to succeed with whatever size goal/task/daily chore/project/new habit you recorded. I have tried other apps similar before and have been very disappointed, and then ended up losing interest and feeling more defeated by not getting something done. If you are a personality where you need to record your tasks or enjoy the satisfaction of crossing something else off from your day this is for you! I will admit that in the free version I only had the ability to record 2 goals/habits, which was not close to what I was hoping for. The company offered a timed promotion that Im not sure if it was only over the holiday or just as a new user I got a chance to upgrade too. However, I decided to give it a shot as it was only $12 for the full year which was easily affordable and I am really loving the fact I did. I highly recommend!.Version: 1.15

ExcellentTried it out for a bit then got the yearly subscription. This app is perfect for me. Thank you so much. The app is worth the price ($28 AUD for a year). And there’s nothing wrong with the free version in my opinion. Although id suggest to give the option to free users when they download the app to choose between “unlimited for free for a limited time” or “limited features for free for an unlimited time” as no one seems to agree which is best..Version: 1.9

Great app, super clean and polishedMuch better than any other habit tracker I've used. Very modern, slick, and has great features and design!.Version: 1.23

Very helpful but does not have one off to do listThis app is an amazing tool to keep you focus but the fact that it does not have the ability to create a one off to do list makes it a 4 star and the reason why I stopped using it and paying for it. I probably would have only used this app and paid for the full plan every year if it had that option but since I have to use other apps to create a one off to do list for every day it becomes a little less efficient. From my understanding the developers have been told about this for over 5 years now and it’s one of the main requests from most people but there is still no update on such feature..Version: 3.23.0

Cool app, could use some more featuresI literally just downloaded this app, and will probably revise my number of stars once I get better acquainted with it, but I wanted to share this thought before I forget... I think it would be cool if you added the feature to tap certain goals each time you do them. Like for example: posture. I need to check/correct my posture more than 3 times per day, but that’s the most frequent option the app allows. I’d like to be able to tap my posture goal each time I check/correct my posture, and for the app to keep a count of how many times I did that throughout the morning/afternoon/evening/day/week. And that tap count option would be something you could toggle on/off for any task. Then I can see how engaged I am with that task, since good posture ultimately and ideally needs to be done 100% of the time that I’m awake. This feature could help me track how my engagement with this task improves/declines day to day and week to week..Version: 1.31

Worth it!So glad this app was featured on the story..Version: 1.35

Great appGreat app that I’ve used on and off for a number of years. I’m not sure I like the new subscriptions etc and the new features are more than I need. At its core is a very useful app that integrates well with Apple Watch. The only issue (hence the 4 stars) is that the app often crashes when opening and I have to properly close the app and restart it. Easy when you know how but it might stop others using it. Review edit as the issue seems to have been fixed on the latest update. Many thanks 👍.Version: 2.22.0

Amaziiiing!Wow! This app has changed my life! I feel much better nowadays! Keep up the great work!🥰😇.Version: 3.21.0

Amazing App!Been using it since the beginning of the year. I like that it allows you to choose the frequency of the habit you want to accomplish, daily/weekly/monthly/etc. I also like the calendar streak feature to track your progress. Easy to use and great layout. I finally found a productivity app I can stick to..Version: 1.5

Best productivity app I’ve foundSpent ages trying to find a productivity app that really worked for the ‘personal’ to dos and this is so far working great for me! you can choose to do something a few times a week or everyday without having to mark which specific days it’s way easier and faster and I actually find i’m doing the things I’d like to that i usually ignore off the list! Great app! Keeps it simple and doesn’t over complicate and actually works!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼.Version: 1.8

Quite a good appI especially appreciate this app, since the calendar it has tracks when you do things and when you don’t do things. This gives you a satisfying cross-off of the days of the week you do the things you planned, making you feel compelled to keep up the task instead of putting it off another day. That being said, all of the features (in the free version at least) besides reminders can be done using a regular calendar, which would give you an even more satisfying cross-off since it is being done physically. However, I would still recommend this app, for people who are still struggling with procrastination, since it isn’t the laziness but rather the will, and personally the will has kept me going with this app. The only downside is that I think the not free version is quite a bit expensive, especially for a mere habit tracking app, and especially considering that all of the features it has and offers in the paid version could be done with other apps that are free (like apps that come with an iPhone). Nevertheless, this is still an amazing app and it has helped me with habit tracking..Version: 1.9

ExcellentThis app is definately a ‘Must get’ if you want to turn your life around. It’s done more than help me mentally and physically which no other app has done. It’s efficient, well designed and easy to use but the only downfall is the subscription fee! If this app had a fixed price of say £3-5 I’d easily dig into my wallet to purchase. But because of the subscription fee, you only have me as a happy customer for 7 days my friend. And I don’t think you as a developer would want to be known as a ‘7 day life-span app’ do you ?.Version: 1.8

The LimitWow whoever created this app deserves a high five. This app is exactly what I needed my entire life. I always can get distracted so this was perfect. Any app can get a five star rating from a satisfied costumer but, there’s always one flaw. This app is amazing but my one complaint is the limit. You are only allowed a certain amount of habits and that makes sense but it’s too low for me. I only had like 5 things on my list but then it said I reached the limit? It makes sense to me that if you want unlimited habits you have to pay for premium but if you guys are going to set a limit on habits don’t make it 5. If you could change it to like maybe 10 that would be amazing 😉. I get it if you don’t have premium on this app you won’t make 💰 but can you just boost up the habit limit that would be phenomenal! I love this app so much and I’m not talking bad about the creator. Thank you so much to who ever made this app! Thank you! - very satisfied customer (except for the limit part).Version: 2.11.0

OutstandingProductive is more then just a friendly reminder. This app encourages you to do more in your day. Setting up goals takes a few seconds and as you finish your goals it’s easy to realize how little time ever task you didn’t want to (and want to) do takes. You’ll spend maybe an hour on small tasks and free up your day in a beautiful way. The best way to think of Productive is a life manager. People usually just do what their told and Productive helps with that, because once you’ve setup everything you don’t really need to think. You just do what it reminds you..Version: 1.9

Love it !!I downloaded this app as a way to encourage myself to get my life in track. i wanted to study more, wake up earlier, remember to take my meds, drink water etc etc. these are all very basic things, but i genuinely do struggle with them, given my crippling ADHD and other mental health issues. i didn’t expect it to help, but it completely turned my world right side up, much to my surprise. obviously, no, this app will not fix your whole life and solve all your problems for you, but it will encourage you to remember what you need to do. plus, swiping right to mark the task as done, kind of gives you a little “i did it!” type of feeling, leaving you a little more satisfied with your day. anyways, if you are willing to put in the work— yes, this app works perfectly well and worth at least a try..Version: 3.11.2

Life SaverReally helps me stay focused when life gets a bit overwhelming.Version: 1.8

Great app!I'm 16 and I got this app to keep track of chores and other daily habits I often forget. It's exactly what I needed. I'm not trying to schedule my day down to the minute or even the hour. And I needed an app flexible enough that as long as I complete my habit that day, it doesn't break my streak, but still keeping certain habits to certain times of day. I like that you can schedule an individual habit for multiple times a day instead of having to create the same habit 3 times, each time scheduling a different time. I also enjoy how customizable it is, how you can choose the icon, color and order of the habits. My favorite thing about the app is the general scheduling. There are 3 times to schedule a habit to; morning, afternoon and evening. And you can choose between which times each of these apply. Even if I miss a habit during its schedules time, it isn't counted as missed until the day is over, which keeps my motivation for the streaks up. It's the perfect level of simplicity for me. My only complaint is that I have to pay a subscription for more habits! I don't really care about whatever else comes with premium. I love this app and it's exactly what I need but I can't pay a subscription. If it was a one-time fee for premium forever then I could do that. Even if it was $20 as long as it was just once. Otherwise, this app is just about perfect for me..Version: 1.8

My Main AppI have paranoid schizophrenia, and having a stable routine along with medication and therapy is essential to my recovery. This is hands down the best app for creating and maintaining a daily self care routine. Being schizophrenic it is hard to stick with a routine. I am always forgetting what I need to be doing. Not anymore with this app. I use this app to remind me of the things I need to do each day. For projects I use Things 3, for one time reminders I use the standard reminders app, and for appointments I use the basic calendar. I keep these four apps in a folder called Daily. If I see a number over the folder, I know that something needs to be done. What I like most about this app is nothing has a time that is set in stone. There are three periods: morning, afternoon, and evening. This gives me needed flexibility, in case I am having a bad day. Also these periods keep me from becoming overwhelmed by looking at a whole days worth of tasks. (Although you can look at the full day if you need to). There is also a satisfying sound when you swipe a task complete. This app has worked wonders in my day to day life living with schizophrenia. If you don’t have a serious mental illness this app will still be extremely handy. If you do have a serious mental illness it is a necessity..Version: 1.8

Have no skepticismCostly for its simplicity, worth it for its brilliance. The UI is flawless, the tools are intuitive and the support (as far as I can tell through the in app support and developer’s response to reviews), is magnificent. In my 10 years on the app store I’ve written less than five reviews, these guys deserve it. The subscription model still irks me slightly; if only there was an outright price option available as well as a trial mode. However; if the devs are able to continually support the application, add more features and make use of their monthly source of income, they will continue to upheave my support financially and critically..Version: 1.7

Love itThis app is amazing! Not only does it help me get motivated but it helps me feel good about myself. I love how if you can’t pay for the annual fees (even though it is very cheap) you can still use the app. The little celebration once I have completed all my tasks is so cute and gets me excited to start a new day. I also love the fact that it has 7 day challenges that are more like fun activities rather than chores. 10/10 would recommend..Version: 2.11.0

Great app I’ve used for a long timeThis app is fantastic, as it helped me through a very rocky period in my life, by giving me some stability. I have gone on the suggest it to a lot of friends in hopes they have the same experience. I’ve been using this app for over 4 years and even though I may not get everything done or be the most “productive” person going around, it’s still a huge help in maintaining some pretty essential parts of my life..Version: 1.46.1

Latest Update a Total MessLatest update has put 1/2 of my habits on pause and will not let me resume them..Version: 2.5.0

5* is not enough!I honestly love this app and the creator behind it. I randomly round it and thought I’d give it a go, I first used the free options to see if I liked it and everything was super easy to use! I decided this app is an app for me and took the step to buy the premium, and I’ve loved it since. I even made a suggestion via feedback option in setting and literally days later, they released an updated with that suggestion! Amazing app, amazing team, deffo recommend to everyone I speak to (obviously if appropriate). It has helped me before much more organised and I’m so much happier for it..Version: 3.1.0

Getting ImpatientPurchased this app over a month ago and a very obvious and necessary feature remains unsolved. The days of week quick buttons at the bottom of the app are still not registering correctly. Tapping T for Tuesday gives Wednesday/ M for Monday gives Tuesday and even a day of the week can go missing - so I need W today to add some info I missed and it’s not showing up. Other commenters have flagged this too and the developers say they are aware of it. App‘s not cheap so I would expect a faster turnaround on this - What‘s the hold up folks? I‘d give this 4/5 stars but as it stands now, sold as it is, it‘s a klunker. 2/5 stars. Nov 20th 2017 UPDATE Version released today fixed issue I raised above. ABSOLUTELY PURRS now so well done gang for the fix. They got under the hood and made it a working machine. Uprated to 5/5!.Version: 1.7

AmeliaIt is so organized.Version: 3.23.0

Great appQuick and simple to use.Version: 1.8

Loving so far!More time will be needed for a proper evaluation but I’m seriously considering the $32/yr subscription. Quite cheap for what could be a very helpful tool.Version: 1.8

Great but could be betterLove it app because I am always making lists just to tick things off. I get great pleasure in checking off my tasks for the day and it is a great way to keep track of my busy life. I even include seeing my grandparents once a week. However, ways to improve would be adding more options for scheduling a task. For example my contraceptive pill is 3 weeks on 1 week off. Also, I’d like to add get hair done which is every 6 weeks but I can’t. And dentist which is every 6 months. When my yearly subscription is up I am going to look around and see if any competitors offer this level of personalisation. Would make the app perfect. I haven’t seen any noticeable development since starting my subscription 6 months ago..Version: 1.9

The First Steps are Simple With the AppHey all, After thinking for a little bit of time of when I would start my habits and good motivation to do it, it was not until this app that I really started doing much. I see this app as a rehabilitations skill builder in habits in a way that moves my inspiration to want to do habits a lot simpler. I find myself adding goals every day and it’s consistently interesting to see how much I want to accomplish vs how much I would accomplish. It’s peaceful to know I use this as a guide and I realized it also clears my mind to write it all down. Didn’t realized how much in a day there is to do, but how much you can do within a given time (I.e thirty minutes blocks can get so much done. Anyway I won’t over express myself here. But I think all should give this a try, I found an objective benefit to using it and I do have a subjective view on it since I used it. But if you want to move forward with organization with your habits and decrease Brian focus on your habits and build more accountability for yourself, I recommend this app! Thanks all, All the best!.Version: 2.11.0

Great StuffThis is day three. I subscribed so I could get right into it. Love the interface and the approach. For example, dividing the day’s targets into groups of morning, afternoon and evening keeps the list small and enhances focus. Very important for habit forming. You still get configurable reminders so great idea. I had to spend a good 10 minutes setting things up and learning how it worked so that I was confident I was using it to its best. I’d suggest this is important if tracking multiple things from the start is important to you as there appears no way to retrospectively create entries earlier than the create date. That’s one feature I’d like to see in a future release. I also wish it could also track the count of things within a task, like pushups for example. One thing it has that other products I looked at was an elegant way of tracking things that you want to happen in periods other than daily, and it not feel like you miss days. For example, a goal of swimming 3 times a week can be tracked and hitting it is great because you don’t have to “miss” the days in between. It’s easy to use, looks good, is well designed and after three days, I’m 100% on everything. Wonder how long I can keep that up :).Version: 1.15

Great UI but buggy (updated: might be iOS issue)It’s pretty intuitive at first, but when you get deeper into customization, you run into oddities and bugs. For example, it seems to be pretty aggressive about resetting streaks when you make edits to habits (understandable, but the rules around this could be more clear). You edit a habit name, and it reorders it. Sometimes things don’t get saved. Sometimes they get reordered at seemingly unpredictable times. And worse, I’ve only just fully set up a bunch of habits, and all of a sudden my Today shows up blank, rendering the app useless because I can’t actually see or complete the habits I spent so much time setting up. It worked well when it was working, but I am less than a month into using Productive and now it’s broken. Update: Rebooting my iOS device seemed to fix the issue so I just raised my original rating to 4. I also had noticed another app having issues (Alarmy wasn’t showing an alarm going off), so I’m tentatively chalking at least the major issue above to an iOS problem and not a Productive one. Will report back if other issues persist or not..Version: 2.9.1

Loving the app. Very unobtrusiveEasy to use. Helps me stay in track without needing to write it in my diary which I don’t look at on the weekend so means I often miss things I want to have done. Very positive and I love the black background. Brilliant app for tracking what’s important to you..Version: 1.9

This is a killer appI am beginning to love Productive. It is a customizable app that makes it easier for you to build and stick to habits. I started trying this out for a week and didn’t use it very much, because the app is really valuable if you dedicate time to customizing it and using it. When my free week expired, it auto-bought the year membership, so I thought, fine, let me give it a second try. Boy am I glad I did. I use Productive between 1-3 times a day, which makes sense: the app has 3 built in reminders to do tasks (morning, afternoon, and evening). It has been a tool I’ve used to put into action the morning and evening routines I want to do on a daily basis. It has also helped me figure out what habits I am building effectively and which ones I am not, because I see how many days in a row I’ve done something and it’s a signal to me that my system is broken if I lapse more than a day in a row. It also helped me to realize that being specific and actionable is super important because there is nothing to “do” on an item that is general and vague. All in all, I’ve started to recommend this app to my clients and think if someone is a self-starter, they will appreciate this and might even love it! The one thing I hope Productive improves is adding more images to assign to habits. They have a large list, but to boost it further would be great. Bottom line: worth the $20!.Version: 1.8

Good organisation!Loving the layout of the app so far, I can add so many things now that I've also bought it and the customisation is worth it. For future update I would love if I could turn this into a widget so I can see it on my lock screen like the reminder app/timetable app and also a calendar screen where I can see everything laid out for each month, being able to click each week and see how many things I can plan ahead for..Version: 1.3.4

Really helpful appMy morning has gone from waking up and aimlessly checking social media, to going for a walk with my dog and reviewing what the day looks like on this app. Productive has made me excited about my day!.Version: 2.6.0

Great app - love the flexibility, icons, suggestions, focus on wellness, and all the coloursThis app is fabulous!!!! It allows you the user to customise it around your wants and needs. Loads of flexibility and ability to personalise to suit your days, weeks or month. Awesome selection of icons and colourful choices for fonts etc. easy to pick out and see what you want each of your categories to look like - would be fabulous if it could sinc with your calendar but honestly that is perhaps a good thing as this makes you think harder about things that are not ALL about your work day....for example I put in that I need to stretch and stand up every 30mins that I am working at the computer- this reminds me to do that and much more like drink 8 glasses of water, limit my caffeine, eat a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eat fruit and go for a walk through the day....as well as putting regular appointments or things like calling family a few times a eeek etc....really great app - can’t recommend enough (& no I haven’t been paid....although I wouldn’t mind, considering how many people I have told about it !!!!) 😉 go on do it.....Version: 2.12.0

Awesome!I love this app for tracking habits. The premium version is well worth the price, especially if you consider the cost per month of the annual option. I’ve been trying to start a bullet journal, but have struggled with motivating myself to go through and physically set up the format myself to track each habit, with this app it does all the work for me and has a nice design. I wish there was a little bit more flexibility with scheduling monthly habits, like if you could pick an exact day of the month when something needs to be done, or the number of times per month you’d want to do something, similar to the layout when setting weekly goals. Another feature I’d like to see is the ability to “overachieve” on a goal. Like if I set my gym goal as a minimum of 3 times a week, it would be nice to be able to mark it done if I go a fourth time in order to track progress and help reevaluate goals later on. I’d especially like it if this was a feature able to be turned on or off depending on each habit. Overall this is a great and easy to use app that helps me stay motivated and productive..Version: 1.15

Great tool if you’re willing to be consistentStarted using it about a year ago and it’s a very solid tool for tracking and reminding. Only thing I’d say is you can’t set a reminder for say every second Monday, it has to be do within two weeks but hopefully they add that soon..Version: 3.9.2

One SuggestionI like the timer feature but would prefer if it were possible to pause the timer and exit the habit/task etc and the app keep track of how much time I’ve spent on the habit already. For example, I have a project I try to work on for three hours a day... but not always three hours straight. It would be handy if the app could remember that I spent X amount of time on it and have Y amount to go until the habit is complete for the day..Version: 1.30

Overall good, one thing missingI like the app and recommend it..Version: 3.20.0

Solid app (with caveat)This is a great tracking app with clean interface and encouraging layout/wording. The reminders and settings are good and provide sufficient customisation with it being bogged down with too many details. (A tip for those looking to build good habits using this app: when you start using the app, don’t create all the habits at at once. It will play with your mind and make you feel as if you’ve already mastered all of them. There’s a psychology term for this but I forget what it’s called. Create new habits as you actually start to do them.) My caveat is that I get premium features without paying for a subscription; I bought the app way back when it was a one-time purchase and the developer is awesome enough not to make me pay again..Version: 1.24

No such thing as free lunch...Which is why for $3 a month eq you can get yourself some easy to read, well designed and useful tool like this to change your life! Like most people I am busy, time poor and tend to forget the little things that can make a big difference. It’s got a great widget and syncs across all my devices no drama, there’s no account or sign up so ZERO spam! It just works.Version: 1.9

Game changer ‘HABIT’ App. I rate it a 10/10This app. has been a massive positive ‘game’ changer in my daily life. Within a day of trialling the app. I subscribed to it for the year. Already I see it being with me for years to come. Thank you App. Developers for not pricing the app. out of reach for those on a very limited income. I need a lot of reminders throughout my day and having them in my calendar was clogging up an already full calendar. I searched for a suitable app. for ages but I couldn’t find anything. Then this app. was recommended to me. WOW, it is the perfect app. in every way. 1. Easy to download & set up, even for a non techie person like myself. 2. I love that I can create my own habits, I use this a lot. 3. SO EASY TO USE, yes I am being honest. 4. You can see all your progress and goals achieved. 5. Many many many more features that are incredibly useful. At least trial the app., however, I am sure you will end up subscribing to the app. because you will find out how great it is..Version: 2.28

It is what I’ve been looking for!Love this app! Has really helped me to stay on track and get things done! Love the Apple Watch app to easily touch the “complication” on the watch face that brings me to my list of activities for the morning/afternoon/ evening. Super helpful! Plus I love that you have the option to a start a timer right there for a selected activity (like reading for 30 mins). I used to tell myself I’ll sit and read for a large chunk of time, but wouldn’t get to it, so now I have it scheduled to read every morning and evening for 30 mins. The functionality and options within the app are well thought out and effective with minimization of tedious scheduling. The app is super encouraging as well! Just very well thought out. I’m glad I sprung for the membership deal when I signed up! Five stars. ————- One suggestion or request I would make to the developers is the ability to add a Task (versus a habit) so that it is added easily to my “to do’s” (One thing I would like to understand is how things are sorted within the time of day. Sometimes I have to play with the details of the habit to make it appear in the order I want it to, so I’d like to know if there’s a trick to this - but usually it is intuitive!) Thank you so much for creating this app!.Version: 2.37.1

Really good app but…This is a really good app and I’m only here because it said want a warm fuzzy feeling from making someone’s day so I press sure and it took me here to rate the app this is a great app with no ads and great features but do you know what would make my day “productivity” GIVING ME A FREE SUBSCRIPTION FOR CHRISTMAS lol but yeah I highly recommend this app..Version: 3.10.0

It’s great!I’ve been using this app for a few days (free trial) and it feels like it was made for me. I’m a very visual person but bullet journals; post it notes or calendars stopped working a long time ago ago. Recently, due to depression , I felt the need to be more organized and productive and unfortunately Ive not been able to stay focused on the most simple things .. other apps can have all these reminder options or visual aids and etc however what I like about this one particularly is the fact we can: - allocate a certain amount of time for each habit - still tick it off as complete even without setting the timer (sometimes i forget to start a timer and by the time I’m done with a task I can just tick it off) - having a timer on while you’re doing specific things allows you to understand the amount of time you spend on that activity and makes you focus more on it than if you just had a reminder And after a few days you start planing what tasks to do first based on the time you need for them so you’ll get into routines without forcing yourself into stuff as it happens with planners. - the fact you can have sounds on and off while the timer is on is cute. I don’t feel the need to get sounds for meditation so far as there’s some sounds in the app already. Unfortunately I’m on the free trial and can’t afford it yet but I can’t wait to see the graphs and all my activity laid out like that. Also be able to have multiple habits laid out. Thank you!.Version: 2.9.1

Amazing AppReally works well, allows me to schedule tasks further down the road as well. Only thing I wish it had was google calendar integration (like minimalist) where you could see your events pop up on your list if you wanted. Would be nice if I could mark off meetings as they come to get a better view of my day.Version: 2.11.0

I LOVE ITThis app is great! Unlike other apps all you have to do is set some goals and check them out once you do it! I thought it would take time out of my day but it makes it so easy to use on a daily basis, and it has challenges you can even do everyday of the week! And the app keeps me motivated to keep pushing those bad habits away. You can also choose if you want to try a pro version of the app which is where you have to pay but get more features on the app. But they also let you use it free which is awesome because some other apps like this only let you use it if you pay money, but this lets you both I would really recommend this app for helping you lose, gain, or just keep the same weight. There are some features that you can’t use unless you do premium but like I have already said it still works great😊 - Merry Christmas and a Happy New year 🥳 🎄.Version: 2.18.0

A truly awesome app! This is a fantastic tool for keeping on top of your goals and daily habits. The streaks element is a great feature in keeping you focused and driven, as when you are on a big streak the last thing you want is for it to end which helps in keeping you motivated (at least it does for me). Honestly, I can’t recommend this app enough, as it has done nothing but help me. My only small critique is when you have habits that are only to be done let’s say 3 times per week for example. On the days where I don’t need to do this particular habit and only the others, I can’t achieve the solid green circle which I find rather frustrating, as realistically, I have completed all my habits for that given day. If you are able to fix this, or there is already a solution to this that I am unaware of (if so I would appreciate you letting me know), then the app is faultless. 5/5 from me 👍.Version: 3.4.0

Amazing appIts very good, i dont know why but for some reason it really motivates me to get things done. just seeing the “12 day streak” under a task makes me not want to break that streak or seeing my productivity percentage makes me want to get higher the next day. only thing that i dislike is the restricted amount of tasks you can add without payment, i get it tho u gotta make ur money.Version: 3.23.0

BeadGreat.Version: 1.40

Extremely helpful! For a long time I had been aware of my habits, especially the bad ones. The same old habits that keep you stuck in the same old cycles and patterns in life. However the nature of habit is of course to do things on autopilot, and you only become aware of what you’ve been doing after it’s been done, and then get annoyed with yourself. I would always make strong intentions to create new habits and change old ones, but I would simply forget 5 minutes later after doing something routine, and therefore slipping into old habit patterns. I haven’t been using this app for long time as of yet, however already the reminders give me the nudge I need to take action and pull me out of my normal autopilot state. Each day once I have completed all of the habits I have set myself, I feel a great sense of accomplishment, and a renewed self-esteem. Big changes in life start with the first small step, and becoming more aware of self sabotaging habits is the first step. I really do love this app, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to start reprogramming their habits! Thank you!.Version: 1.46.1

Great!I do really love this app. It’s a great way of remembering things and making sure you do them! I wish there were more icons to choose from as sometimes I’m left unsure what to use and none really fit and I also wish time customisation was on there as well..Version: 1.8

Great appLove this app.Version: 2.2.0

The app is excellent but the customer support is roboticThis is honestly a great app. Well worth paying for. It works brilliantly 99% of the time. How when it doesn’t work customer support is not great. I’ve had a couple of problems with it and the first response is always to ask for screenshots, then when I provide them I get “this is a known issue”. To be fair these issues do usually get resolved in the frequent updates. But it’s not very supportive. Recently I noticed they’ve got two subscriptions for me, so I emailed to ask about that. First I got about 1000 word email saying they were sorry I was leaving and to always contact support in the first instance - which is what I did! Then when I emailed again I got the “this is a known issue” response. It feels as though they’ve contracted out to a robot, I’ve lost faith in my ability to actually raise a question and get it sorted. I still think the apps great and hope that I’ll remain subscribed (once only) but I wish they’d train their customer support robots to answer questions..Version: 1.42.1

Pretty goodIt’s a really good app and can be really useful but one thing is that you need to have premium to have more than 5 habits which are really annoying as five simply isn't enough. I was a bit gutted because I thought that this app was one of the best apps out there but it's sort of like all the other apps which are paying for a good app. I completely understand that they have got to make money but if you buy the app you get very restricted and limited to what's available. Personally, I chose not to buy the premium because I don't feel a need that it's worth it but that's truly up to me and my opinion..Version: 2.6.0

Best habit tracking app I’ve triedThis app has a very friendly interface, and pretty design. I like the flexibility of being able to set goals to renew daily, weekly or monthly. Ability to choose different icons and such is also very helpful. I feel like the only missing feature is to be able to “overload” a habit. You want to do minimum 4 times a week, but also be able to check it off more times than that. For example go to the gym 4 times a week minimum, but maybe you go all 7. Sad that you can’t track all that effort..Version: 1.7

Scheduling HabitOrganizational aids and visual tools are imperative to progress for my day. **I have already bought the Premium option. But, if there was anything that make the all-amazing app the ALL-IN-ONE for me it would be to be able to drag and drop tasks onto a daily schedule (dare I say like Time Finder app). It allows you to set up a full schedule, see at a glance where you are on a time line with your tasks- copy and repeat days to minimize fuss.... AND linking that to one’s calendar, including that content with all of your appointments?? That would be the biggest stress reliever for me EVER! Moving times that the task was completed, even just for that day, and being able to look back at the pattern of when certain tasks were better able to be executed than other times of the day. It would serve as a visual aid in my time management, instead of sort of feeling like I’m living aimlessly from one random chime to the next. Please consider. :).Version: 1.11

Happy and productiveI’ve only been using this for a couple of days but it’s actually working and pulling me out of a post-Christmas funk. As I get use to the new app just one technical thing I would recommend - when swiping left or right I’d prefer to click on the action I’d like to complete rather than it happening automatically as I keep skipping or completing accidentally as it happens automatically when you swipe. This is probably something that won’t be an issue when I get use to it but it’s not obvious how to undo at first either so a bit challenging as a new user. I’d also like to be able to categorise work or personal as well and focus on that. I also like how it told me I was maybe adding too much to my to do list - it knows 👌🏼 Other than that it’s easy to use and very straightforward and as I said so far it’s working..Version: 3.11.1

Updating to PremiumThere’s a lot that this app does do: it’s immaculate, easy to use & an absolutely great concept. I struggle with making myself keep ontop of routine because in my job, it’s constantly changing. However - I would recommend allowing a few more habits to be created without updating to premium. There’s no way I can try the app out properly with only three habits. I need more than that to get through the week! & because the ‘subscription continues until cancelled’ I do not trust myself to take a free trial - those of us with busy enough lives to warrant having a to-do app probably don’t remember trivial things like cancelling an app subscription! I might consider allowing a few more habits to be made on the free version OR setting up a cancellation feature. Also, this app would be absolutely fantastic if you had a simple to-do list feature also - somewhere to write one-off tasks as well as keep on top of things you repeat regularly. Just something to consider (would be absolutely unparalleled if this existed)..Version: 1.8

Best app I’ve downloadedWas not in a good way and had downloaded this app previously but never signed up. I did just today and it’s refreshed my thought pattern and way of thinking. Definitely recommend. If they could make any update, it would be to maybe add a journal so some tasks can be completed within the app..Version: 1.42.1

Great appThis is a great app. Its features are different from other planning apps. Only thing is I wish I could customise the time rather than just morning and afternoon..Version: 1.5

Excellent appThis app is apart of my daily life now. Awesome interface, simple yet effective!.Version: 1.8

Best habit/productivity app ever!I’ve used a ton of apps to be more organised and to develop good habits and none worked - until I started using this one. I don’t usually write a review but I want other people to benefit from this app and it is really helping me change my life for the better. It’s not just helping me to do things like drink more water but it’s helping me to feel better about myself and to give me permission to look after myself. I am terrible at self care as it makes me feel guilty but with the help of this app I am learning that I am allowed to dedicate time to myself x thank you so so much!.Version: 3.23.0

I think this will work for meI downloaded this app today, and I’m finding it easy to use, and flexible too. I’m not happy with the subscription, I’d rather buy it outright, but that said, I’m assuming that the subscription includes access to ongoing updates and improvements. Eventually I expect that most apps will be by subscription, because constant updates and monitoring costs the developer money, they need to be paid for their services, and it’s good to have an app that continues to improve. We users can’t expect to get updates for free forever. At first glance, and after selecting my habit ritual, I think this app will work for me. I’ve uploaded the app to my ipad, and I’ll be having a look to see if I can sync with my iPhone and iMac..Version: 1.9

So effective, beautiful and works very very well !!I looked at lots of trackers and habit builders, yours is by far the best. The most functional and efficient to use as well as genuinely aesthetically pleasing. Well done and thank you. As I said truely outstanding and the best app by far in the habit tracking area. I use it to time manage a large amount of personal tasks as well as my habit building across my Apple Watch and iPhone. Very stable, robust and clean and highly functional..Version: 1.7

Great app for habitsEasy to use and great user interface..Version: 1.8

Working so farI’ve only had this a day, but it’s doing exactly what I want it to — which is to help me stay on task with a fairly regimented routine. I’m a mother of two children not yet in school, and my older son is enjoying having a schedule to follow. So far, so good. UPDATE: After one week, I’m still really liking this app. The interface is appealing and easy to use once you figure out where all the features are. The notification flags are great for keeping me on task. My days have gone much more smoothly and my kids are getting really great at knowing what to expect during the day for the past week. We have far fewer struggles and see much better behavior from them. I’m Type B when it comes to schedules — even though I thrive with one, I have a hard time staying on task by myself. I’ve done yoga every morning for a week! I’ve even had enough time to go to the gym. By myself. With two kids at home with their dad. Seriously! So glad I found this app..Version: 1.35

Good. One-0ff tasks option neededGood app. The option to include things to be done less regularly than everyday while at the same time allowing the option to schedule things that are to be done multiple times on the same day is extremely useful. Would really appreciate a feature to include one-off tasks in the app. The tones available for reminder are also very limited. UPDATE: I purchased this app in early December 2016. I paid for all of the features. The monthly or annual subscription did not exist at that time. I simply paid a one-off fee. If I update the app, or the ios version, would I still have access to all the features or would I be switched to a subscription payment mode? If the latter is the case, I will cease using this..Version: 1.7

Just a few touchesI love the idea of the app and I immediately downloaded it. The app runs well, nothing wrong with it, just a few touches I would like to recommend. When I get the notification instead of it saying “you have a habit to complete” or whatever, maybe say “walk the dog” or “cook dinner” you know? And when I set a new habit, I would like to choose the time that I would like to be notified of the habit. For example, I can only walk my dog at 5-5:30pm, but I get notified of it at 3 or 6pm and eventually forget or say “oh I’ll do it tomorrow”. The app would be perfect for me if these were arranged. Thanks!.Version: 1.8

Useful app, but..The Japanese translation is disastrous. I am a fluent Japanese speaker and I have iOS set to Japanese. The Japanese text in this app is like Google Translate from a decade ago, and often borders on nonsensical..Version: 1.15

Pretty greatNice interface, very easy to use. I love it! Exactly what I need. I bought this app when it was a one-off purchase. I see now it’s moved to a subscription model (which doesn’t impact me at all) but I am not sure it’s worth that price. I mean, it’s a pretty great app but for that much a year? I wouldn’t be purchasing it. Feature request: For habits with a duration goal, there should be a way to tick off a block of time without having to use the timer. The other day I thought I had hit start on the timer, read for an hour and then discovered that I hadn’t hit start properly. So then I had to run the timer while I did other things to make up for the time that I actually did. I would be better if you could manually input a session..Version: 2.5.2

Generally great, need some improvementsI’ve been using your app and it is an amazing app to help me track my habits. Really keep me in good productive mode. There are a couple of suggestions I saw other users also suggested, would be super helpful if your team can work on it: 1. Can it keep previous checkin record after upgrading/updating the habit? I’ve been keeping good records for a few weeks and want to raise frequency and then all previous records have gone. This is very unhelpful that I lose all records. To keep previous record would be helpful when review periodically and analysis the behaviour. Perhaps if I keep habit paused but would that impact to avoid me get perfect day? Or could archive habit to keep records; then We’ll have to raise new habit with high frequency instead as interim. 2. Can the habit still be the option to check in after I completed the week goal? Eg: I set up “listen to radio” three times a week, I completed on Thus, but I also actually keep listening radio on FRI - Sun, would be good to leave check in option open so I can choose check in FRI-SUN..Version: 2.12.0

CoolUseful, but limited when premium not purchased..Version: 3.23.0

Good toolNice and simple, doesn't try to achieve too much but does what it does well..Version: 1.5

Pretty Great BUT could be SUPERThis is my first time ever writing a review for anything... so... that’s says something. This app is good but to blow every other app out the water there should be where you can set a location and then a timer to when to do a task when you arrive at the location. For example 30 minutes after I get home a remind would go off to tell me I need to do something. Also it would be really cool if there was where you can set a timer and in the timer it has breaks, for example you work for 30 minutes relax for 30 and then work for 30 that would be really great instead of making multiple timers or resetting it. Another idea would be if you can put reminders after one another, for example once you do one task another task would pop up for you to do next and would make it even better if it starts blank minutes after you get to a location..Version: 2.3.0

This review will helpIn my case I got premium straight away and wow was it worth it my teeth got cleaner in a few days because this app helped me improve my habit of teeth brushing because I used to hate it but now it’s not so bad because I am getting results it also helps me not be on my phone to much because I always have a new task to do. You don’t have to get premium for free you still have 3 daily or weekly or even monthly if you like task to do my ones I recommend are brush teeth make bed and drink 5 glasses of water you can also change you goal specifications if you like. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 👍.Version: 3.21.0

I would really recommend this app. Here’s why:I have adhd and often forget to do and stay on top of things, I use it to remind me to do those things I forget like watering my plants, exercising, work and a lot of other things. I also use it to become and feel healthier, it reminds me to meditate, read, eat healthier, and drink water. And within the three days I have been using it for I am really feeling the difference. Sorry for the short review but I can’t recommend this app enough and apart from the fact I can’t set certain reminders and amounts of them I do think it has a positive impact on my ability to focus and to get things done. Thank you, Productive. :) Oh, and, I hope you all have the best Christmas!!! I think mine just might be that little better now, even with the cost of living crisis..Version: 3.11.1

Great if you have the money for itI’ve looked far and wide for for scheduling and habit apps to help me keep on top of my everyday activities. I’d say that this was perfect for me because it dissects habits into time periods rather than a specific deadline. That said I can’t see the free version being useful with that 5 habit limit, and $30 a year is a hefty price. I’d encourage the developers to consider a monthly fee instead. It might encourage more users to try it rather than scaring them away with a $30 upfront cost. I know I would’ve tried it sooner if I knew I could cancel after a month if it wasn’t right for me.Version: 1.8

Good for getting on trackI love this app even tho I have only had it for a short period of time but this app is really. Good for knowing when to clean your room or any part of your house I definitely. Recommend bc this app to many people because I find it really easy to stay on track. And also really good if you stress a lot like me and need to meditate. And you can just go ahead and add it to your all the time habit or one time habit. Definitely recommend this to a lot of people..Version: 2.9.1

Confession of an AppaholicWhen I see a new and interesting app I can’t help myself- I download and try it. Every few weeks I find myself trying a new “productivity” app, whether it be a to-do or habit tracking or what have you. But this is the app I always find myself coming back to ever since I first downloaded it about six years ago. No other app has been as easy to set up, enjoyable to use, or useful. And every time I come back to it there are more features! Useful features, too, not ones that make things more difficult or overwhelming: they integrate smoothly into what is already there. The only reason I ever stop using this app is because I am so bad at sticking to a routine. But when I put forward the effort, this is the only app I have found that actively encourages me. Just the idea of using it is enough to help me recommit :) And I have never regretted buying the full version, which is not the case with so many other apps. Give it a try and you’ll understand why the ratings are so consistently good..Version: 1.25

Really good but could be betterI’ve been using this app over the Summer and even paid to unlock more habits and let me say it is very useful. The look of the app is perfect, the amount of icons are great, and it helps me get things done throughout the day. But the reason I give it a 3/5 is because I think there’s still plenty of room for improvement. One thing that I think would improve the app experience A LOT is the addition of a fourth option to repeat both a habit or one time task, WHENEVER. This would actually be amazing, to have the choice to not have to do a habit daily, weekly, or monthly, but just whenever you want. I’d like to be able to log some habits whenever I’d like to, without them affecting my streak, and still be able to track how often I do said habit. And I’d like to be able to do some tasks whenever I choose. Either way the app is still pretty good👍.Version: 2.12.0

Nice but adds are annoyingThe app is really cool, great for keeping track of things and managing habits, but the new adds that pop up all the time get in the way whenever I try to use the app.Version: 3.2.0

CUTE APP!!!I haven’t had it for too long but I love it so far the layout and everything from IPad to IPhone is really really smooth… I think the app could use a few more features especially for $50 something bucks a year but I don’t know what I would add so I can’t really complain,, I’ll be upgrading this Tuesday night to the updated version so hopefully all goes well… I’ll probably write another review about how the extended version is and if it’s worth it.. I think it should be good…. Love it <3.Version: 3.11.1

The best app I’ve ever downloaded (not sponsored)I have never reviewed an app before and I never thought I would see the day that I am. I downloaded this from seeing an advert for it on social media. It has changed my life. I have a really fast paced lifestyle with a very busy and demanding job and I can neglect myself outside of work sometimes. This app is keeping me accountable for the things I need to do for myself. I love the interface and the programs. Worth every penny!.Version: 3.11.2

Very useful!I had been using bullet journals and to-do lists, but the one thing that simple checklists don't accommodate for is a daily, or weekly habit - it would seem silly to rewrite the same thing every day, and ticking it off every day would not be very satisfying if it just came back again the next day. Productive allows for day-to-day, as well as weekly habits, and is easy to understand and use. Very good!.Version: 1.5

9/10Rly good but you have to pay if you want to add your own other than that 5 stars.Version: 3.21.0

Really love this appHave been using for a few weeks now at it has really got me thinking about my daily and weekly habits. The app is easy to use and the notifications keep me on track. One possible enhancement if possible please and that is to be able to add notes to the habit before I swipe them done. Like a weekly habit may require me remembering a little list of things to do with that habit, it would be good to document these. But otherwise good app.Version: 1.8

Very helpful and user friendlyI’m on day 2 of using the app and so far it’s proven a great tool. I’ve been able to set reminders for my habits and help me to reinforce behaviours I sometimes skip when I’m tired such as stretching before bed or remembering to take my vitamins. The interface is really user friendly and it’s very aesthetically pleasing. One note for the developers: maybe consider doing a monthly subscription rather than one annual payment. When I saw £24 payment flash up if I didn’t cancel after my free trial I initially panicked and uninstalled the app without starting my free trial as that’s quite a lot of money for an app I might not use after a few weeks. When I thought about it and realised that was only £2 or so a month I reinstalled and started my trial. The big initial payment may put off quite a few people from using what is otherwise a fantastically helpful app..Version: 1.25

It’s good but a few things I would changeI like this app. The interface is more visual and a lot cleaner and less cluttered than other similar apps. I have ADHD so this is helpful to me. There is one thing I can’t do in Productive that I would like to be able to do. I wish there was like a general task list area where I could dump all the tasks that are in my head but without setting a day or time on them yet. Like I know I need to create a dedicated area in my house for stretching but I don’t want to commit to doing that today for example or on a specific date. I just want it in a general list so I can free up space in my head but just have it in a general area until I’m ready to schedule it. I also wish I could create my own challenges rather than having to pick ones others are doing. With the challenges I also wish you could see what they actually entail before committing to them. Like with the bed time routine challenge - it turns out it’s just getting your clothes ready the night before. I don’t need that challenge as I wear the same thing every day. But I only found out that’s what the challenge entailed after I signed up. It’s easy enough to delete the challenge but that’s after I’ve wasted minutes signing up to it. Thats the opposite of productive. Other than that I really like the app. I wish it was more brightly coloured as I think it would help encourage me to access the app more (but that’s the dopamine junkie talking probably)..Version: 3.16.0

In LoveLiterally, I never knew being productive could be this easy. With the Productive app, I’m able to set reminders, daily goals, and form a routine much easier because of the format and fun to slide toggles..Version: 2.3.0

SUPERBE APPLIUne application dynamique, simple et très encourageante! Tout y est, que ce soit pour les listes, les projets ou pour prendre de bonnes habitudes! C’est coloré, visuel et elle me suit partout! Félicitations aux créateurs!! 😊👍🏼👍🏼.Version: 2.7.0

BrilliantThis app is a game changer. I have been looking for an app like this for a while. No more note pads for me. It combines a to do list app, a motivational app, a reminder app and a progression app all on one. I can track my progress with reading, working out and meditating, it has a timer on it so I can pause reading and continue the timer when I start again. And I can set reminders for financial things such as make a budget, or track my spending. I can even use it for a shopping list and tick them off as I go around the store. The only tiny thing I have to say is that it would be nice if it combined your total reading time or time of any other task for the day and the total week so I can try do beat it the following week. It’s not a big deal I can add it up myself, maybe it is on there somewhere in the app but I haven’t found it as I old been using it for a few days! Definitely recommend anyway I will be using it daily.Version: 3.14.0

It really makes me productiveI’ve just discovered this handy app and it helps me on my way to be more mindful and to make conscious decisions throughout my day. I was always thinking to develop an app myself to help myself and others out cause the others were way too more complicated and just didn’t feel like I could use them properly. When I first saw the design and how the structure is built up my first thought was someone made my idea a reality. So thank you for that really, I was more than happy to pay the yearly price. I would recommend it to everybody who already have productivity plans on mind but haven’t implemented them as real life habits. This is a good way to start.Version: 1.15
