✓ Cannot use the cameraHey I love what I am seeing. The only thing is that I cannot use the Camera on it. So when I first turn on the app, I tap on “Camera” and it goes to the options, but I don’t see the option to use Camera. It sometimes just goes to the main Settings menu, or to the Camera section but Annotate in it. Btw I am using an iPhone 7.PeniscupcakesVersion: 1.5

✓ No Option To Save To Camera RollAs others have stated, there is no longer a way to save annotations to camera roll. The only solution I have found is to copy and paste my annotations somewhere else, such as in a text message to myself, and then save the photo to my camera roll from the text message. This app hasn’t been updated in 3 years. My guess is that the developers abandoned the app. Will be looking for a more user friendly app and a developer who strives to keep their app updated..ShiningSunVersion: 1.5

✓ It's not Skitch - lacks featuresLike a lot of people, I'm looking for a way to quickly draw on photos/pdfs and email to people. This was easy in Skitch, but as Skitch has been abandoned, I tried this app. 1. You have to crop before you start - annoying 2. Limited colors - where is red? 3. Can't change the pen width 4. Can't do "highlighter" effect 5. Stickers are not very useful - they have a lobster, but nothing professional like a big approved checkbox. 6. ✓ Broken and useless nowWelcome to the giddy world of apps not updating with iOS. Using iOS 13.6 on iPhone6S, it’s still possible to use the primitive annotation tools, but impossible to save the annotated image. There are two options: Export (pop-up which doesn’t fully pop-up; then freezes nothing is now possible except pressing the Home Button and reloading Annotate, ad infinitum) Back (option pop-up: Discard or Cancel) which freezes and doesn’t respond to touching either option. This App was always extremely basic. It is now just a memory squatter. Actually should get no stars, since it actually is non-functional, unless you count pressing HOME+POWER to obtain a screenshot of the annotated image cropped to iPhone screen size and res, with the Annotate Toolbar obscuring part of the annotated image. ✓ Poor AccessibilityThe software is great, and it allows editing of photos -however there was either no eraser, or there was no obvious eraser. Sure, you could delete parts, but you couldn’t rub out a single section of a line. You also couldn’t undo or redo what you had done. ✓ Good up until iPhone 8I used this app for work on an iPhone 6 and it worked beautifully. Snap a pic and instantly annotate. But now that I’ve upgraded to iPhone 8 there is no way to allow camera access, so it will only pull from library. ✓ Has all the basic but practical toolsThis is quite simple to use, and has all the drawing, arrow, text and stickers functions. Quite sufficient. The only 2 issues is that if I choose drawing with my fingers, it is almost impossible to get draw a dot like the little dot of the exclamation point “!” or the dot for the letter “j” for example, since dotting will bring up the delete/eraser function.
