✓ In the interest of balanceI to was using a previous version of this app and was also very annoyed that when updating to a new phone my data was not transferred. Although I still had access to all my data via my old phone and having read the previous reviews I was looking at the prospect of needing to transfer all my data manually from one phone to the other. I was able eventually to create a data backup from my old phone and restore it to the new phone. I tried both the dropbox and iCloud methods but they just kept loading blank files. Finally had success with the wifi method..Version: 7.0.6
✓ I don’t get itThis app appears to involve multiple app. When I click for support, I get taken to Facebook. I’m willing to pay the $5, but can I sync among my devices? Both iOS and Windows? I don’t see that the description adresses these important issues. I hope to hear back from the developer or another paid user. Now they ask for an update. I’ve been waiting to hear back from their “support” team if they have one. The app works fine, except I had to pay twice, and it’s unclear which version I have. I’m terribly frustrated, but I think the App Store will probably refund the double portion I paid. I wish I could give it 5 stars, but, for now, they’ve failed me. I rated this app long ago, but now it won’t allow me to log into the app i paid for without giving them a 5 star rating. That’s like extortion! no, not 5 star. they took my money twice, they fail to reply to emails asking their assistance. the sad part is that the app is pretty darn good. i use it. why must they be bad?.Version: 7.0.3
✓ Works goodThis app is very user friendly and I use it a lot. However it will not stop asking me to rate it. Every single time I log in, which is multiple times a day, I have to say no. I am now rating it in hopes that the rating pop up will go away. It would have gotten 5 stars other then that, and if it continues to ask me, the rating will keep going down. Update: Have rated this app 3 times and it keeps asking me to rate it. It’s irritating! Update: It’s looking like they won’t leave me alone until I give them a 5 star rating. I did pay for this app, so I am a little upset. If I don’t think you deserve 5 stars or just don’t want to rate you, that is my right. ✓ Brilliant for my many many passwordsLike most of us these days we all have so many different passwords. I for one struggle to remember them all and certainly don’t want to have them written down or kept where they could be easily found by anyone other than me. My friend suggested I download this app and I’m so pleased I did. I now can refer to the app when I need to refresh my memory it’s secure and I have no worries about anybody gaining access to the app in order to find any of my passwords..Version: 3.9

✓ Stop pop upHave been using the app for 12 maths or more and it works well. Lately every time I open there is a pop up to say rate me. It is a pain and the only reason I am writing this review is to get rid of the pop up ( hopefully) I am using the pod version so expect better. ✓ Needs updating for ios 14.5I have been using this App absolutely problem free since 2015….Through 4 iphones. Love the App. But following the most recent ios update I get a message that the developer needs to update the App. Now I have no access. My version was free…No ads or pop ups. I downloaded the paid version now but this doesn’t help…Now wondering if I should continue using….I will wait awhile but defoe will not be updating my ipad until this is resolved as I have most important passwords there or I transfer my passwords to another App….Version: 7.0.5
✓ Been using for yearsI used to use 1password. That didn’t transfer over to my new phone. Now I am using this which is exact same app and I had to pay for this one also. I won’t pay again. As a password manager I found it quite useful. My new phone does face recognition and this app supports it now. Guess I have to give it 5 stars now. This app does the trick and I never forget my passwords cause I have them right with me. I have a lot of passwords also. So I couldn’t do it quickly without it. Great app..Version: 7.3.8
✓ Good featuresI like that the app lets you customize the folders that you put your information in. You can customize it to what suits your need; or you can just use what they already have set up for you. The app is limited on how much info you can store. Have to upgrade for more space to ad more to your list. So far I completed about 7 entries to my list before I was prompted to write a review for more free space; or I had the option to upgrade to the pro version for unlimited space. Don't know what the cost is. Well...here's my review. LOL...I will continue to use the app to see how much more I can ad to my list before I am blocked from adding any more. Haven't decided yet if I'm gonna upgrade to pro or not. So far I like the app, I just wish there was a greater storage capacity. This is the first of this type of app I'm using..Version: 3.9

✓ Secure PasswordsIt’s great in principle and securely stores my passwords so I don’t have to worry about trying to remember the complex ones. ✓ Like the app when it works.All problems fixed!!! I’ve used this app for years and loved the flexibility and personalization. Every so often, after an upgrade, the app crashes every time I open it. It causes a panic. But after a few days or a week, there seems to be a fix. The only problem I have now is trying to see the print when I edit titles. Because I’m set up for the dark screen, the print is white. When I edit the title, so is the background and the notes. Looking forward to the next fit for this. Previous post: Once I upgraded to the XR, the app crashes each time I try to open it. If I delete the app and install it from backed up version on icloud it will run until I close it. I’ve seen many similar posts beginning with the upgrade to facial recognition. Sad because I really liked this app. Now I’ll have to find something else. Fortunately I was able to recover my old passwords by reinstalling them and then taking pictures of them or emailing myself. Not the picture of safety I envisioned..Version: 7.0.3

I was able to upload all previous password data into this new version saving all the hassle of reinputting all the passwords I use. ✓ ExcellentThe App updated to Ver 6.4 five days ago and since then I cannot open it. No access to my passwords. I have been trying to contact the developer since then and no response. I suppose it’s my fault as I attempted to contact him a number off years ago and also received no response. It’s a pity that Apple only allowed complaints on Apps that were purchased within the previous 3 months. There is no other way to contact Apple re this issue as the App a is still listed on their site. What a cop out Apple!! Allow sales of Apps, take your cut and run. ✓ Great .... but fix face-IDIt’s a great app for managing the multitude of passwords I have. It was working fine on my iPhone XS until I upgraded IOS to 13.4 and now face-ID no longer works. When I open the app and it attempts facial recognition then shuts down. I got around it by putting my finger over the camera and it then gives you the password verification option. ✓ Really nice appI would have given five stars but I had some trouble editing the templates as the instructions were not clear how to use the app and it has no import or export for cvs files. Also the free version only allows for 6 entries, and no auto sync to iCloud. However, once I figured it out the app has plenty of useful features including popular websites & email accounts, as well as templates for routers, networks and banks. Once you figure out what you are doing it is pretty easy to use. $5 is fair compared to the other password managers and their subscription based apps but it really does need an import/export feature..Version: 5.8

✓ Very upsettingSo while I think this app is a really good app. What is upsetting is that I have to give them a rating because if I don’t the rating box keeps showing up every time I open the app. I rated them at a 4 because of that. Then since I didn’t give them a 5 star, a new box pops up saying please rate us at a 5 and it doesn’t go away until you do that. I feel that if I hit the no button to rate an app it should not show back up. Then if I have rated them it should be ok if it’s not a 5, because if you were truly concerned on why you didn’t get a 5 you would contact the person. All the other apps I have don’t continually have there rate box show up every time you open it. That is what makes the app annoying. If you upgrade to the XR the app completely crashes and you can’t use it. Please fix this because after iPhone 8 or newer it shuts/crashes once you tap on the app... Your update from 22 hrs ago has done nothing it is still failing to open. It crashes every time you try to open it. I also wish there was a way to contact the developer other than what appears to be a shady Facebook page with nothing about the app on it.Version: 5.9
✓ Great appI’ve had this app for a couple of years now, and I find it super useful. I just upgraded from an iPhone 7 to the XS, and the only app that didn’t work was this one, and I was concerned as I had a load of passwords in it. All I had to do after I made sure I had backed up to iCloud on my 7, was remove it from my XS and re-download it from the App Store. Then (with the same master password) restore it from iCloud, it took less than a second! I had looked at all the other vaults & password managers etc. but they had either too much detail or cost too much (in my opinion). I don’t need the app to log me on to things, I just want a safe to put passwords in, and this does it. I’m very happy. Oh, just a quick issue. It didn’t work after I had shut it down and I have now worked out why, it doesn’t work with face recognition. My fix was to turn off touch recognition on my 7 and then back up, delete it on my XS and re-download it. It works fine now, maybe they will sort that out but for now my master password will suffice..Version: 6.0

✓ Using other version of this appI have been using a different app to this one that was developed by the same developer called ‘Password manager vault’ to store my passwords and I had a great time with it. However, I have just updated my iPhone to iOS 14.6, the latest iOS, and unfortunately it seems that that app is not compatible with the new iOS. This means that I cannot open the app, because when I press on the app icon to open it it says that I need to inform the developer that it needs to be updated to be compatible with iOS 14.6. As a consequence I cannot get any of my passwords at the moment. If the developer is reading this, please can you update that app so that I can get my passwords. I have been looking on the apple App Store and it seems that you have taken down the app ‘Password Manager vault’; before you did this you should have informed users that the app was going to be discontinued. I have tried to contact you through the email address given on this page but my emails keep bouncing back as it says the email address you’ve given is no longer in use. I have tried clicking on the app support buttons but you haven’t replied to my messages on that either. Please can you update the app so it’s compatible or respond to this review in some way. ✓ ReviewI'm fairly new to this app, but the more passwords I add in the less stressed I become. Without a doubt the danger of identity fraud is a reality and having a secure place to store all identity details and passwords safe is a huge benefit to me. Also because I keep forgetting my passwords, having them all in a 'safe place' helps me hugely. This app seems to surpass my previous passwords, which I'm happy with. ✓ UpdateI have been using an older app by the same developer, it is called passwords manager vault (iPassword). It is very similar to this app. I’ve been using it for eight years and I like it a lot. With the latest iOS update, the above app has stopped working, and apparently Apple will not do anything. There was no warning. The error is: “The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of iOS”. We had a few issues but after emailing Imazing for advice we managed to open the app- best £30 I’ve ever spent 👍 Download iMazing software, this will extract iPassword software/data, then you will need to install this on an old iPhone. Go into App store with the old iphone and download iPassword from there as it no longer shows up in the general app store list. iMazing will populate the password data from the backup. Download iMazing software from their website (they have tutorials.Version: 7.0.6

✓ This app WAS excellent at one pointThis app used to be the ULTIMATE BEST. It saved passwords and credit card information etc. Just about everything you could think of. I even paid for the PRO version. Unfortunately this app has stopped working a few weeks ago. I’ve tried everything from contacting there support email and deleting the app and reinstalling it. But the app just opens and immediately shuts down. I would definitely have given this app 5 stars. This app worked great for a few years that i had it. But now it is completely worthless. ✓ Excellent Passwords SolutionWith having so many usernames and passwords to remember (not to mention all of the sites who regularly make you update/change your passwords), my husband and I were getting so frustrated. (The worst is when you have sites you don't use very often and they have certain username/password specifications so you have to come up with a username/password you don't use for anything else.) ✓ ConflictedI’m conflicted about this app. I used to truly love it—I found it SO convenient to have all of my passwords stored locally on my device, with me needing to remember only one password. I even paid for the upgrade a while back. But out of nowhere, something went wrong. Several months ago, the icon for the app changed from silver and gold vault I knew to what seems like 3 white file folder cartoons (the first one with a key on it) placed on a blue background. I thought it was strange at first, but everything worked fine so I didn’t think much of it. But a couple months ago I experienced the strangest thing—my password for the app stopped working! And no, I never changed it. So now, I have all of my passwords saved locally on this app, but I can’t access any of them! I searched through forums, the developer page, all over the internet and I couldn’t find any answers. Now, I feel like I’m just SOL and have to reset all of my passwords....Version: 5.6

I think it’s because it doesn’t work with face recognition. I restored the app (unfortunately losing all my passwords). Worked fine again, but when I changed the settings to enable Touch ID ran into the same problem. If you are upgrading to a Face ID iPhone, switch off touch in settings before you upgrade and don’t switch it back on..Version: 5.8

✓ Fix for FaceID doesn’t workUpdated: FaceID still does not work but you can save your data. I know it works in the PRO version. Will update instructions soon There are several posts that say Face ID doesn’t work. Until this bug is fixed, you have to use the DOT password if you don’t want to type your PW for the app. 1) if the app crashes when you try to start it on an iPhone X- delete app (your data should be stored in iCloud 2) turn off Face ID on the phone 3) download app and create new PW (I used the same as my original) 4) turn on DOT (you enter your PW then create a dot PW twice) 5) turn Face ID back on on the phone and switch back to the app. Turn off Face ID in the app 6) restore data from iCloud In the app Note: if you upgrade to PRO version you have to do the same except restore from iTunes. The data is not interchangeable through cloud... but it works I’ve also seen several posts about the annoying ask about “do you like this app”. Just hit No and continue. Annoying yes but probably another bug.Version: 6.0
