✗ Worst user experience for a mobile CRM productI have the latest version of the app and log in successfully to my organization but I get error messages every time I try to use the app. The app also drains my phone battery and takes for forever to load (and when it does load, it gives me error messages, so it’s completely useless). No surprise honestly, as Microsoft Dynamics is a sub-par product to begin with and dealing with their technical support team is always a horrendous experience. There’s a reason Salesforce and Sugar CRM are market leaders in CRM & Marketing Automation platforms and Microsoft isn’t....Tealeaf123Version: 13.19022.10
