Why not use an app label that actually fits on the screen like "CRM" or just "Dynamics" instead of whatever else is appended to that and is getting chopped off because it's too long? ✓ Effectively uselessThis app takes forever to download customisations, regularly logs me out, and in reality shows so little data on the opportunity screen as to make it pointless. Screen real estate management is poor, the menu locations and format bear no similarity to the desktop and if you have a lot of data you have to scroll, constantly, loading each page as it scrolls until you find what you are looking for. It genuinely looks as if someone wrote this app who had never used the desktop/web interface. If you want to visualise crm data on your mobile use power BI. For example, if a user wants to copy a phone number from a contact on their phone and paste it into a phone field in the dynamics 365 app user cannot tap and hold to display the “paste” function. Very frustrating if a long web address or other text needs to be copied and pasted. Not sure if this is an apple issue or a dynamics issue. I tested this issue on a google pixel 4 and the copy and paste function worked flawlessly. Please have this addressed..Version: 13.20072.9

Why the hell do I have to sign in multiple times to every app you have. It seems like after a day of not using this or any other of your apps like one drive I have to resign in. My god. I want to whip out the app. Sign in once when I install it and then not have to worry or at least use finger print. ✓ Worst user experience for a mobile CRM productI have the latest version of the app and log in successfully to my organization but I get error messages every time I try to use the app. The app also drains my phone battery and takes for forever to load (and when it does load, it gives me error messages, so it’s completely useless). No surprise honestly, as Microsoft Dynamics is a sub-par product to begin with and dealing with their technical support team is always a horrendous experience. ✓ ProblemsIt seems that every time I load the app it wants to download and install server updates for at least a minute, even when there have been no new server customizations in place. This prevents use while it is happening renders the app a painful experience and impossible to recommend to our customers, not befitting an expensive CRM product. You need to find a way of streaming these updates while the app is usable (even better - in the background via a periodic daily? check if possible) and a better compression/install method as they take far too long to download and install. For the avoidance of doubt, tested by an MSP on an iPhone 6S Plus with clear Cisco WiFi and a 70mbps internet connection..Version: 3.2.0.39
