Sleep Tracker - Sleep Pulse 3 for Positive User Reviews

Amazing appThis app was worth the wait!.Version: 3.03

Brilliant app! This was exactly what I wanted! The first night it didn't register anything but it was a user error, not a fault of the app. If syncing with you Apple Watch then you need to use the force touch when setting it to start. The stats are great in the morning and I'm fascinated by the figures. I also have a Fitbit that records sleep patterns but this app is much more accurate and displays more detail. Excellent app!.Version: 2.02

Better than auto track apps, Updated FinallyBest sleep tracker, have tried all of them for Apple Watch. The auto track ones are a fail and only use your heart rate. I have different sleep times too and auto sleep kept failing and I'd have to adjust the times anyways, nothing was automatic about them. I'd rather just have a better app track with motion. Then lame thing track with estimates of when I sleep or wake..Version: 3.02

InaccurateI thought this had great potential to achieve my goal of tracking everything via the Apple Health app. Unfortunately, despite setting the app on its most sensitive setting, it failed to detect that I actually got up 3 times during what the app erroneously reported as 7 and a half hours of uninterrupted sleep. Also despite having all the settings correct and showing the app as a data source for that day, Apple Health shows no data. Hugely disappointed especially after paying for the app..Version: 2.01

Best sleep app out thereVery nice app. Takes a little getting used to. For people having trouble syncing watch the video, Instructions are clear. Also a fairly new app so there are going to be bumps in the road just like the Apple Watch. Overall I am very happy with it..Version: 1.03

Don't let the reviews scare you awayThere are lots of negative reviews for this app, but I took a chance and downloaded it anyways. It works great and is really the only Apple Watch app that tracks sleep with multiple items. Definitely work the purchase..Version: 2.02

Great appUsing this app over 2 month, I find it very easy and show all date I want to see..Version: 2.02

Great!!!Works great, would recommend it to anyone..Version: 3.03

Love this app!!I just got an Apple Watch and wanted to monitor my sleeping patterns. This was is the best and I tried a few!.Version: 3.11

Works As AdvertisedHad no problems installing app onto watch, and no problems starting/ending sleep, and syncing to phone. I like how it incorporates HR and also tries to guess what stage of sleep I'm in. Battery usage not much higher than when I would just wear my watch to bed. It uses around 15% usage for a 6 hour sleep. Would definitely recommend this app!.Version: 2.01

Awesome for the most partThis app has crashed on me twice after tracking all night. When it happens, it doesn’t record the sleep. For a paid app, I expect more. Please update and repair. Otherwise I love this app and the data it provides!.Version: 3.11

Great appThe app gives great insight into how you sleep but it does have a tendency to crash once a week, which loses your sleep data. After spending so much on the bundle it’s annoying that it crashes so much..Version: 3.07

Wish there were more than 5 starsThis app is brilliant. Well designed and easy to use. I got an Apple Watch mostly for sleep tracking and this is the first app I came across. It's great and this is coming from someone who seldom pays for apps. Top marks!.Version: 2.0

GoodLast week it wouldn’t track my sleep for 4 days in a row every morning when I hit analyze it crashed, when it works I love it, I only wish I didn’t have to tell it when I was going to bed and when I woke up. Sometimes I forget.Version: 3.11

GlancesWorks fine, but new version doesn't show in glances on watch.Version: 2.03

Many Apps Good Movement Results Live heart bestTried a bunch of sleep apps for Apple Watch. Ehhh they all so so. I like this one the most as it's the best looking / most simple and actually provides real quantitative results. Just make sure you don’t leave the app while it analyzes for a couple of seconds each morning. One thing no other sleep tracker has is live use of the heart rate sensor. It actually takes your real live resting heart rate when you wake up. Which is great because I have been wanting to get a better heart rate and my doctor already said measuring it when I wake up was the best way. Thanks!.Version: 3.03

Good with a few issuesI've had no sync or crashing issues with this app so far (1 week use). It tries to be a bit cleverer than some other sleep apps and detect light/deep sleep along with when awake and how long you took to fall asleep and some of those measurements aren't always 100% accurate. Often close, but not perfect. I changing the sensitivity level to 2 and that improved things but more than 3 levels, for fine tuning, would be nice. HealthKit sync can also sometimes be a bit hit or miss but I've seen that with many similar apps so I'm not sure if it's an Apple software issue. Given that this uses my watch and is not a dedicated sleep tracker I'm happy with it so far..Version: 2.01

Watch ⌚️ Features GoodI really like how I can see graphs right from my watch. Provides good data on par with other sleep trackers I’ve used. Trends view is nice. Would be good addition if I could add my mood to the list of sleep data. So then I can track my sleep quality with how I feel maybe correlate something down the road...Version: 3.02

No Snake Oil, Minor InconveniencesTo begin I’ve used the apps that automatically “track” your sleep. And I couldn’t agree more with this developers claim that those apps are essentially snake oil lies. I’ve actually done minor research with sleep and though there is no perfect wearable sleep tracker this one is most on par with like a Fitbit. Yes you must start and stop your sleep with this app, though I believe the developers claims this is mandatory of watchOS and not the app missing out. Yes you must wait a few seconds for the app to process the data each morning. However you can rotate/lower your wrist while doing so and it’s over being you know it. What the results provide are better than all other options and best part is THEY ARE CLEAR TO READ. The iOS app is phenomenal compared to all the other apps in the design department. Also looking at the real motion data is great too. In conclusion I wrote a review as usually I don’t because PSA. Any app that doesn’t use motion to track your sleep is more of a lie from an app that does. The best sleep tracking uses brain waves. But motion and heart rate makes for a great combo too. Autosleep is just an autolie. Give this a try if you want detailed info on your sleep..Version: 3.03

GREAT APP!I LOVE THIS APP SO MUCH IT WORKS SO WELL!! Highly recommend this app. It is super reliable and easy to use! Also get to track my sleep which is super cool.💙👍🏻.Version: 3.02

Perfect App for measuring sleepI was unsure as it had previously had bad reviews but it said to read and follow the instructions, which I did to the letter and it worked perfectly! (Kept my watch awake during sync) Amazing analysis of my sleep. Noticed as well that if you press n hold on the graph on the phone it tells you at what time these events occurred..Version: 2.02

Bring back oldLast two nights I’ve got up and gone downstairs for an hour or more came back to bed read my book as I’ve a bad neck pain and can’t sleep. I know I had around 3 hours sleep according to this app I had over 8 hours. Rubbish now the old app was brilliant. They need to get their act together on this app. I don’t intend using it anymore it’s now a waste of money..Version: 3.07

Excellent Customer ServiceI had an issue with installing the app. I emailed the company and within minutes someone got back to me and fixed my problem. Very impressed with the customer service. Thanks.Version: 2.01

Why have you made all the sleep bars all the same size!!!!!!!Before you changed the bar graphs, with just one glance I could see how long or short each sleep interval was because the bars were all different thicknesses depending on how long or short each waking/sleeping interval was - I then took a photo of each nights summary to get a weekly/monthly overview of those sleep patterns that were useful for me. That's why this app was different from all the other sleep apps. Now that the bar graphs are all the same size I have to individually press on each bar to see how long/short each sleep/waking interval was. I no longer use this app because as someone who suffers extreme difficulty in getting to sleep and staying asleep, ALL I ever wanted to know was the length of sleeping/waking cycles & now you have made finding this information very time consuming & frustrating - I would have to tap each bar separately to see this which means I have a LOT of bars to go through. The only reason I bought my Apple Watch was to use a sleep app to record my sleep, so now my Apple Watch is redundant... I can't find any information for your contact details which is very frustrating as well. Another app fee down the drain....Version: 2.14

Most Data on your Sleep of current appsI’m going to give it 5 stars, although I’d like to select 4.5, because I can’t use the phone app to edit my start and stop times. There had been a LOT of time put in this app. I had used the previous versions on my old Gen1 Apple Watch, and they worked fairly well, but this version on Series 4 is *smooth*! I only wish there was a function to auto-STOP the tracking if it senses I’m up moving around for a length of time, or al me to edit my start and stop time via the phone app, or at least the stop time. There are many times that I’ve gotten up and been too tired or distracted to stop the tracker right as I wake, so I may get an extra 30-60 minutes that I can’t edit out. I’ve run this in conjunction with Sleep ++ and Sleepmatic, and they are decent, but THIS app is the most accurate and allows for modifying the sensitivity (most nights I move a lot when I sleep, so I can change that after the fact and reanalyze the night’s data). If it ever includes an auto-stop or an post-edit to select a wake time, this will get my full 5 star review..Version: 3.11

Tracking sleepIt’s a great app and works amazing and it’s helping to get my sleep back on track. I do wish that the app would track my sleep without having to open the app on my watch. Sometimes I get tired and fall asleep and forget to turn on the app. Other than that it’s great!.Version: 3.07

Pretty Good with patienceAt first my app kept crashing however after redoing the troubleshooting several times I was able to get reliable usage out of the app. When it works it producing great sleep data however I think that this app definitely needs fine tuning to allow it to be more stable. To add to this, I believe the iPhone app could do with a rethink. All in all, patience is key with this application..Version: 2.02

Rocky start but stable nowWhen first began using was fairly buggy. But now especially with latest version 3.0. It's working stellar. I'll update review if anything changes. Seems to be flawless working each morning and provides good data comparable to my old Fitbit and better than the auto sleep apps that just say when I sleep and finish sleeping..Version: 3.02

Follow the instructions...And all will be fine!! Cannot fault this app at all. I see a lot of negative reviews but I have nothing negative to say here. Follow the instructions properly and it all works as it should. I highly recommend this and would say this is well worth the money! I say again...follow the instructions and enjoy!.Version: 2.06

Works exactly as it says...excellentThis is the best sleep app using the iWatch out there: I looked into sleep apps which allowed the use of the iWatch to gather data. I found a few articles on the subject and in the end found only TWO that actually enable the watch gathering the data! This one, and a free app. Naturally trying the free so first, it doesn't work with iOS 9, some glitch doesn't allow the watch to gather movement and heart rate data. This app however does exactly as it says on the tin. READ the instructions and it works perfectly. Highly recommended..Version: 2.02

Great app for tracking ur sleepFor those who say it doesn't work maybe troubleshoot before you complain I had issues when changing phones but followed the directions provided and worked flawlessly.Version: 2.04

Read the INSTRUCTIONS people!I downloaded this app even though most of the reviews were suggesting the sync between the watch and the phone did not work.... Once I downloaded the app, I read the instructions and then charged my watch for a bit before bed. The app worked perfectly and the info has synced to my phone, albeit I had a terrible sleep but still! The app worked. Now whilst I eat my breakfast, my watch is on charge again and will be ready for my day. Finally a sleep tracking app. I look forward to its future development. ******UPDATED REVIEW****** This app still works for me...even better now that I can pick sensitivity....always followed the instructions and never had a problem with this app. Never had a problem with syncing...Developer if you are reading this, keep developing this app further and don't let the negative ratings/comments stop you, there is very little like this for the Apple Watch and you could go a long way..Version: 2.01

SleepingWorked after a while turn off and on sync and sleep screen great app.Version: 2.06

Best sleep tracking appAfter trying alternatives, this is the only one I can get to work reliably. Well worth the few quid.Version: 2.02

Update 3.10The apple watch 4 update to the app has changed the graphics. Now all I see are bars for my sleep graph, all of which are the exact same size. Previously you’d be shown thinner bars for small amounts of time and fatter bars for large amounts of time... now the graph shows one minute and one hour with the exact same sized bars. I’m not a fan of this graphic update, because now I can’t just glance at the graph and estimate in my head how long I spent in what phases and when. Now I have to run my finger over each and every bar just to see the differences I mentioned above. Overall, I love the app, and it’s worked perfectly for me other than one or two hiccups where it didn’t save my sleep data for one day or another. My only complaint is the loss of the varying-in-sizes bar graph. It’d be great to get that back again..Version: 3.10

It does work !As many others have mentioned already, I downloaded the app in spite of the reviews saying that the app doesn't work. That night I tried the app out to only discover the next morning that the watch wouldn't sync to the phone app . Needless to say, I wasn't very pleased. I then gave their trouble shooting guide a read and followed their instructions and the problem was fixed. The app is working great for me . If you have had issues with the app I strongly recommend going through the trouble shooting guide and follow the listed steps, it will correct any issue, at least it did for me. The only reason I am giving this app 4 starts rather than 5 is because it would have been nice to include some info within the app on how to interpolate the various charts..Version: 2.02

Easy yet complicatedEasy to use app. Works well for me on my devices. Clearly displays heart rate, light sleep, deep sleep and how long it took me to sleep. Easy to set up and writes onto health app just right. Some of the data kinda over laps other data but this is just a beautification issue. It functions well just need to remember to set watch to sleep and awake in order for the monitoring process to initiate. I love how it doesn't drain my watch battery.Version: 2.0

Great app!Don't read older versions reviews, people seemingly can't read instructions! Really good app. I've switched from charging my watch at night to when I get up, getting ready for work etc.. This app gives detailed information about your sleep and works seamlessly and really well with the Health app. Worth the money!.Version: 2.02

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOUI knew that once motion was able to be recorded with heart rate that this app would be PERFECT!! I have absolutely no use for my Fitbit flex now. With this app and multiple others on the Apple Watch, flexbit is a has been. I used it for the first time last night and it was perfect, no glitches like every other sleep app out there. And the layout and design is great and simple to read your data. I love it. Thank you to the creators for adding the motion aspect!!!!!!.Version: 2.0

Great appAwesome app, waaaaay better than my fitbit or any other tech piece, this app is a taste of the future! Thank you developer for having the best customer service of all time!! Sleeping like a baby~.Version: 3.02

Much better!Working fine for me after major update - syncing far quicker & more reliable...although display does rotate from time to time if I put my wrist down during sync. Just downloaded sleep talk app & looking forward to having a go with it tonight..Version: 3.03

Not quite perfect yet, but pretty good once set upI rarely write reviews, but was compelled to for this app. The mixed reviews kept me deliberating for a while, but in the end I thought "it's only 3 quid, get on with it". So glad I did. This is much better than the other limited apps I've tried, and I've finally stopped hankering after Misfit on my Pebble, or even the Jawbone I had before that. Didn't sync straight away, but magically sorted itself out as soon as I deleted Sleep ++. No problems since then, great charting, love the heart rate monitoring which is new to my sleep tracking regime, and now I once again know just how badly I'm sleeping!.Version: 2.02

Waste of moneyAbsolutely waste of time. Faulty app, doesn't synch, doesn't open properly, doesn't work. Don't waste your time or money..Version: 2.04

Buggy but worksSo first things first. It does work. (iOS 9.2 iPhone 6 and watch is 2.1.) Can crash occasionally which is annoying, but in general it's quite good. Hoping you keep improving this app. I'm not a great fan of the HUGE text in settings, or the chunky style of the charts that display day/week/month..Version: 2.02

Update brings much needed improvementsAlmost feels like a native app! All the Apple Watch sleep trackers looks uggggly. This one is ok but wayyy better than the other ones. I really like the white for the day and how it get dark at night too. 👍.Version: 3.01

Great app, but missing smart alarmThe app works as advertised, no problem so far. I'll give it big 5 stars if it includes a smart alarm. Scary alarm will be really a good addition to that app..Version: 2.0

Useful trackerWhat sets this app apart from other sleep trackers is I think the watch app app. It only shows your latest sleep however in doing that it shows it most similar to how the Activity app works but with even better graphics. I like the sleep ring and the sleep type ratio ring. How you can tap them and see more. Nonetheless great app. Yes you have start and stop but I think provides better results. Have no issues with syncing in the morning. If my Watch is not in range of iPhone it just lets me know And when it comes in range it seems To sync with the iPhone app in the background..Version: 3.02

BrianBrilliant app, don't get why so many negative reviews. Fitbit was great for the sleep tracking and this app makes the Apple Watch even better. No problems syncing with health app..Version: 2.02
