✓ Great 👍Gonna be honest i don’t usually use many food apps but the lines for Blaze usually are pretty long where I live so it’s nice sometimes to be able to order ahead and have things ready to go. ✓ Incorrect notification badge numberEvery few days the app starts showing a badge on the app icon where sometimes the number is as high as 12. However, when I open the app, there are no notifications. Earlier, the badge used to go away after just opening and closing the app. Now, however, the badge remains. No amount of clicking around in the app to see what notifications if any are there shows any notes, and the badge remains when I just quite or force-quit the app. It’s unnecessarily distracting..Milin-di-AnVersion: 4.4.0

If you manually search for your location the app zooms in suddenly and you aren’t able to zoom out. App also suddenly zooms in when trying to enter in awards and won’t zoom out. ✗ Potential disaster if using App for deliveryHave eaten in-person in the store without issue. And have used their app for delivery several times without incident. But tonight ordered two pizzas from them using their own app, the app said it was delivered yet my pizza was not here. That’s when I realized what bad customer service they had if using delivery via their app. Actually bad customer service doesn’t describe it because it’s actually no customer service. There is no way to reach the local restaurant because it goes straight to voicemail, and when you call the corporate number they tell you you have to go on the website to the help section. When you go there your only option is to send them a message of why your experience was bad. There is no way to actually get ahold of anyone and ask if they can re-deliver your order or give you a refund. So you would sit hungry wondering what’s going on trying to contact the store for an hour before finally just giving up. Their app has no option to click if a problem with your order or your delivery. If I had ordered through Uber eats (or doordash) I could’ve messaged someone through the app and gotten it re-delivered, but using the blaze app there is no way for anyone to help you, and no way to reach the store. This was such a bad experience, I’ll never patronize Blaze again. Hopefully I’ll somehow get my $30 refunded.DanS272727Version: 4.2.1
