✓ Seems like a good app with great movies but...I have the iPhone X and this app will not work with my phone. It only shows half the screen, so I can’t scroll through the movies easily or see what they are about. I also can’t watch the movies due to the app staying vertical. ✓ Customization does not workThis app does not properly read and filter content ratings set at the website for the account. Even if I max out the ratings on the website the app is still remembering the original settings made at the time of signup requiring entry of the password every time I try to play a show. This pretty much makes the “customize your experience” a very bad experience. This is true for the iPad and the iPhone apps. The website reads it correctly, but a desktop computer is not a MOBILE device. Requests to fix this problem have been ignored..Version: 3.1.1

✓ Decent enough idea, but the app is lousyI am mean from the movies and shows are pretty mixed, but at least they’ve tried to select better material (morally speaking), and give you information about each one. And of course they don’t have really bad (again, morally) shows like on the mainstream services. but this app… Let me put it this way, I checked and I haven’t logged in for just over two years. I remember that this app was buggy and hard to use and that’s one of the biggest reasons I stopped using it or subscribing. And coming back now, it doesn’t seem to be any better. The interface is almost unusable. No landscape mode, it’s often not obvious where to tap or swipe to change screens or get back to where you were, sometimes there’s gobbledygook instead of text, and I got to one screen where I couldn’t get back out of it at all..Version: 3.1.1

✓ Can not cancel without contacting??Very frustrated as this is billed under apple monthly and there is no simple way that I can find to cancel my subscription. I have ended up paying a year more because I can’t cancel. We have six children, they do not use it. I can not get on the app with my current phone due to multiple devices. Logging in on the web site doesn’t even recognize my paid subscription but it knows my name and data and even here I can not cancel. Yet, every month on the apple bill is $4.99 Dove channel.
