✓ The Best RSS News Reader in the Apple universeDoes exactly what a news reader app should do. It checks my feeds, and synchronizes the articles along with read/unread status across all my Mac Laptop/Desktop/iPhone/iPad. The integrated RSS search function is very handy. The ability to use different site rendering engines makes it configurable to work with virtually any feed. For the life of me I cannot understand why this is not the #1 news reader on the app store. I've used all the other top rated readers and this one is hands down the best so far!.Version: 1.10

The UI is beautiful, easy to use, and takes advantage of Apple's native features. My favorite feature of News Reader is that all my data is stored and synced using my iCloud account. ✗ So awesome yet so awfulNews Explorer answers the question of why anyone would need a 3rd party RSS service (e.g. Feedly, Feedbin). News Explorer stepped in with iClound sync'ing and it works great! Bonus points for making this truly cross-platform. MacOS, iOS, and even tvOS. It's nice to read my feeds in Timeline view on my aTV. However, this app has one major flaw: It is overly complex! There are WAY too many preferences and options, far more than most users would need. Betamagic needs to look at the simplicity of Reeder and NetNewsWire and follow suit. Maybe separate the app into "normal" and "pro" versions?.Version: 1.9.7

Isn't it just a hyperlink? Even News 360 and Net News Wire does the same thing and both are free? For this price, $9.99 I would have expected them to include the iPhone app but no???? I can afford it but can't stand greed. I would feel better giving my money to Net News Wire for the kind gesture. I will be asking for a refund! I would recommend trying NET NEWS WIRE or searching elsewhere. It's free and just as good!!.Version: 1.9.17
