✓ Horrible service and terrible experienceI upgraded my profile to a classic package of $140 CAD and they charged extra $384 CAD and I have been contacting the customer service literally everyday regarding this! They kept dodging and gave false info that they would refund in 48 hours. It’s been three freaking weeks, no one have done any follow up! These guys are the best you eat up your money and ignore you guys when there’s an issue. No respect for their customers. They will give you never ending calls and messages just to upgrade your profile, once that is done they don’t give a damn about anything!! Such a horrible service ever!! Definitely they need to improve on it!! That one star is not worth their service, I just had to do it!! So frustrating ever since I upgraded my profile, I don’t want to give up too, my money is with them!!.Version: 4.1

The Tamil Matrimony app is one of the worst apps I have used. Yes the basic features work most times. BUT, * Some times when you launch the app it takes you to login screen having to relogin * Notifications in the app are useless as numbers don’t match * you can register interest on a profile but not remove the interest * the navigation within the app is painful * Sometimes when you launch a profile from mail it launches the app but doesn’t launch the profile in the app..Version: 4.3
