✓ Was GREAT, now has ADVERTS!!This once was a truly perfect NLT Bible, until the latest update included adverts that stay permanently at the bottom of the screen/Bible! This makes reading from this app, deeply distracting and unholy. Putting adverts in the Bible! Don’t update this app! ✓ Grateful for this - but need a way to remove Adverts!This is a very, very useful Bible App. It would have 5 stars if it were not for the impossibility of removing the distracting adverts! Unfortunately, this is not an App to use in Church! I’m willing and able to pay for the adverts to be removed!! ✓ S. R. Simmonds ReviewI really like the translation. I use it on my iPad. The controls I find are too small and there are few editing controls of recalls I can use. I find the highlighter feature so what cumbersome as there are times I want to use different colours to highlight phrases or sentences rather than whole verses. A range of high light colours would be helpful here. I know it's a free app but if there were more features I'd upgrade for an appropriate cost. ✓ Audio portion is atrocious.Just reading in this app is fine but decided I’d listen while working on a home project. Personally, after hearing the computer generated audio with horrible cadence, incredible mis-pronunciations (Job like your job at the office, river like driver, and several more) it distracted me to the point I was no longer hearing God’s Word. I’ll continue to read from the app but will not use the audio version again. Might consider pulling the audio element until you get software that does God’s Word justice when it’s read. ✓ 3 1/2 starsI really enjoy the way it reads. There are some translation issues but the gospel is very clear. Also wherever a number is written in the text could be made a little clearer for example: 31/4.... Is that 31 4THs or 3 and 1/4. I know what it is, but the way it is in the text is unclear. I would choose a different font, make the size as the text and at least put a space for clarity, i.e, 3 1/4. I also would like better high lighting and cross referencing. Also there was at least one place the Holy Spirit was referred to as "she" which is a very huge problem! The Godhead is masculine the creation is feminine..Street kids pmVersion: 4.5

✓ Good appLots of good things to like about this bible app... with easy to skip through chapters and use of highlights for verses. The only con.. cant seem to access paid option so I can get rid of ad promotions at the very bottom, and some times the ads are for casinos games which seems in bad taste..Gilly 08Version: 5.1

✓ Easy to use, but ....This bible app is easy & clear to use. I especially like the fact you scroll down to read the chapter you are on, and swipe to turn to the next chapter. However, after using it while looking at bible notes I discovered that the bible verses are not correct for example Luke chapter 20 should have 47 verses, but this app has 52. It seems that the titles for passages have been given a verse number, thus making subsequent verses incorrect. Unfortunately I discovered this problem after paying to get rid of the adverts otherwise I'd have tried a different app. Please can this be fixed and I'll happily give a higher star rating..SnowyGSVersion: 1.1

✓ Rate 3The NLT has words at the end of each of the first verses missing. Not sure how that problem exist on every verse, but it’s happening. What I do know, if a new person to Christ added NLT for helping with their spiritual growth, then your Bible is not a reflection of truth that you have said it to be. ✓ BibleIt’s Easy to read and understand but you can’t mark the chapters and books that you have already readI started reading the Bible Back in about March of 2020 Every day and was up to at least 240 Days in a row. Had to gets new phone and lost some of my storage I had read from Genesis 1 to 2 Samuel 15 when everything was lost . I was Reading the King James Version but found it had to Read and understand and wanted a more modern version.Grandma734Version: 5.1

✓ Loved it but...I genuinely love this app. It has been one of the best apps I've ran into and will definitely recommend it to others. Unfortunately though, I was reading Mark 11 and found verse 26 was not in the bible. That was a very important verse concerning what needed to be preached at the moment. This was only one verse that I've FOUND and I hope to not find any more missing. I will still continue to read it but w/ another bible along side. Have a blessed day.WalkingbyGraceVersion: 4.5
