✓ Physical/occupational/speech therapy teamThis app has been great for our therapy team consisting of 25 therapists in a skilled nursing facility. We have been through 3 other HIPAA compliant apps and Buzz has by far been the most efficient. The customer support/IT team is quick to answer and correct any issues. It has some awesome features that other apps don’t have including: creating multiple groups for different conversations/categories, favorite messages, saved messages, and a search box! ✓ 5 Star happy!5 Star is not enough. This app has everything I need to communicate and share info with my office and partners. I work out of 2 different offices and I used to have documents printed, then signed and then scanned. I was pleasantly surprised that it worked with my Apple Watch so smoothly - and when I tried to dictate with Siri in the app, it felt like Siri understood me better. After trying multiple different apps and having them all fall very short, we came across Buzz. What a lifesaver! Is the app perfect? No, but anyone who tells you theirs is perfect is lying! Is it close to perfect? Absolutely! The app is easy to use, innovative and clinically driven. The support team actually takes feedback very seriously and is very quick to address any concerns and eager to tackle suggestions for new features or improvements! The addition of the Buzz phone feature, which allows my clinicians to call patients from their own device while showing the patients the agencies phone number rather than the clinicians, has helped provide that vital personal boundary and privacy for our team and enhanced communication! The most recent addition of Buzz Video Calls has been incredible! When COVID started to hit, the developers at Buzz we’re right on it and were able to provide this service we required for providing vital telehealth visits at the most vital time and they rolled it out with such ease! It is so easy to use and works very well. The best part is the patient has no app or other third party download they have to use. ✓ Medical Communications done rightI’ve been using the BUZZ platform now for over 4 years. It’s clean, easy to use, and way more powerful that you’d ever think. The advances that were made in the apps development have dramatically improved functionality w/o any loss of previous capabilities or speed. The ability to link to other medical references is super helpful. The ability to route videos, audio files, and pictures is great. The phone dialed keeps my phone # private w/ patients while I can still interact easily with patients… The addition of fax functionality over the past few years made things even more useful. ✓ Love the Geofencing featureUsing with a team of 8 in my clinic - lots of timesaving features. I can send an audio message and it will transcribe before sending. I have saved a couple of dictations that alert my buzz group automatically when I am approaching the clinic to get the patient to the room. ✓ Happy to get rid of WhatsAppEver since Facebook updated their privacy policy for WhatsApp to start collecting data and sharing it with Facebook, I was concerned about the risk involved to everyone, especially thous of us who are unknowingly using WhatApp for health care related communications. I need to be able to connect with other doctors and my clinical staff in a fast and secure way that makes health data safe knowing that the conversations are not being tracked or the meta-data is being used for advertising purposes. This is where I discovered Buzz. I was thinking about switching to Signal or Telegram, but non of these apps are HIPAA secure or should be used by healthcare providers. Most of the features found in WhatsApp and much more are available here. I'm definitely very happy with the service and recommend it to all my colleagues. ✓ Great Communication app - highly recommendAs a cardiologist, I am always on the go. Although we have Epic it doesn’t help with instant communication needs. Many of the fellows or patients use texting for convenience but clearly its not secure - have loved how Buzz makes it as convenient and hipaa compliant. Also during the pandemic, we used doximity but our policy is changed to not use it. Buzz phone and video works well for us.
