Great, but can’t dispute if problemOrdered Extra Large coffee, got Large. I guess billion dollar company gotta get some extra profit..Version: 7.4.0

App stopped working after last updateAfter this past update I can no longer complete orders. I tried reinstalling the app and now it no longer lets me log in. It won’t recognize my password. I tried to see if perhaps there was an issue with my keychain but when asked to resend the password link it states email doesn’t exist. If. Try to create a new account then it tells me the email address is in use. As is the app is functionally just a waste of storage space on my phone..Version: 5.5.0

Notifications don’t comply with settingsI just wanted notifications that my food was ready, updated my settings as such. Still get promo and advertisement notifications. Annoying..Version: 7.10.5

Blah appApp it’s extremely basic it has no option for feed back on food. Or service. Few times my food has been delivered incorrectly. Cold and frustrating since doesn’t have a phone number to call someone to fix the food..Version: 6.2.0

Keeps changing my order!I used to love this app for ordering food at our work cafeteria. But now, it keeps changing my order spontaneously! I always get a salad, and after I choose my toppings and save, I look back and a bunch of them have switched! There are things listed in my salad order that I don’t even like! (Yuck — beets!) I then try to edit, and discover the choices are now different. I make my selections, save, and — here we go again. A bunch of stuff is switched up. (What even is “mojo” dressing?) I do this a few times and it keeps changing on me. Eventually, I give up. Can someone fix this? It used to work so well! Thank you..Version: 6.2.0

Works fine when it isn’t crashing constantlyTitle^. Really really annoying when I’m trying to order lunch and I can’t even get the app to open because it decided on that day not to work..Version: 5.7.0

Menus are incorrect & no refund or complaint optionI ordered via the app but the item I ordered was not actually available at the restaurant. There is no option to cancel or refund an order so instead I'm just out of luck..Version: 1.1.3

Basic, But Does It’s JobI’m able to order from my work cafeteria. Really wish I could leave reviews for food items, and that you could select a drop off/delivery point. There continues to be an iPhone 11 Pro formatting issues with too much space between lines on the bottom half of the My Account screen..Version: 4.13.0

Too many loading screensI swear to god, every page in this app needs an extra second to load. Which is fine, but you don't need to place a giant Loading popup in front of the content each time..Version: 6.2.0

Terrible app.This app makes my work life as an operator so much more difficult than it needs to be. Multiple PLU codes in various menus across different service hours is ridiculous. If I run out of one thing, I have ten different items I need to turn off, and it doesn’t talk to Nextep so between these two issues I spend, easily, an hour or so every single day on making my operation run as it is supposed to. It’s laggy, I can’t mass edit either, I don’t have access to the full database to make this work better, and my internal support tickets go unanswered for weeks at a time. Not happy. My customers make jokes about the app to me daily. It’s embarrassing. I’ve mentioned all this to my superiors and their superiors as well but nothing changes - this app needs a major overhaul..Version: 7.2.0

Doesn’t link to Starbucks cardsThis is a great concept! I like that Thrive has setup mobile order options. However, you can’t use your Starbucks card as a payment option. In my building Compass owns the Starbucks (which means we can’t use the Starbucks app’s mobile order option or redeem, just collect which is fine) So in my case, we either have to forego all of our Starbucks benefits by using the thrive app just for the mobile order option. Which isn’t worth it. If you can increase functionality, I would use it..Version: 2.14.0

Stability is poorGreat Idea but not ready for prime time. When it worked it was a great concept to mask the staffing challenges at the restaurant locations. The app now has no locations which slowly started to disappear after two days. Not all hot products are visible and ordering interface needs work..Version: 1.4.1

Descriptions needed on menuI downloaded the app for my workplace office cafe. How do I know what I’m ordering? It only displays daily entree 1-3, daily side 1-3… literally, that’s what it says. If I want breakfast bacon, how do I know I’m not actually ordering breakfast potatoes? The menu can stand to be a bit more specific..Version: 5.0.0

"Lost orders". Tool need better error handlingThe tool is great, when it works and it does in most cases. I had 3 cases so far of orders that I tried to make but the app told me it did not go though. To my surprise, when I went to the cafe and bought some items, there were my orders waiting for me. So, it seems the app need better error handling?!.Version: 1.2

Cannot enter payment infoProbably the worst food ordering app I’ve ever used. Cannot enter any payment information on the app or on the website. It can’t detect a card when doing the card scan and it also doesn’t take manual entry of card. On the website there is simply no area to enter card info. Customer service could not help me after spending an hour with them. Kind of amazing how useless these people are :).Version: 5.0.0

Updated App now won’t scanEver since the latest update to the app, now my camera won’t scan barcodes on my IPhone. This is a problem when I am trying to order food and only have a very short amount of time. The app had no problems with the last version of this app..Version: 8.0.0

Not worth itLoaded and registered and only 4 choices came up, including two that were in the next city. Of the two that were in my building, one had no menu or options and the second had very limited options, fewer than a quarter of what is at the actual site. Besides this the app itself is very poorly put together where you have to go to account to find the restaurant listings s f then to home to get to a menu. No back options or return options. Unable to delete account: no way to contact companyAll I want to do is delete my account as I no longer work at my job that used this app. There was no way to do it in-app (that I saw), & their Contact Us email is not in service or supported. Does not work! Very frustrating!I have been faithfully trying this app and seriously it doesn't work. The order never gets to the staff, and I have to show my receipt every time to prove that I paid (and order in person again). Slow and riddled with bugsFor providing a relatively simple service this app is impressively riddled with bugs. Menus do not show correct items, refreshing multiple times shows different options each time, half of the order time slots do not work. Also every time you interact with it a progress pop up appears making the entire experience jarring and annoying..Version: 6.2.0

False advertising?This was advertised to me as a cheaper grocery service so I go to sign up to see the prices and it won’t let me see the prices without subscribing so I come here to see what in the world is up only to discover it’s another version of DoorDash and Uber eats. If there is a grocery version in app then we need to be able to see prices of products before we pay for anything. How the heck am I supposed to know if the price range is in my budget if I can’t look at them?.Version: 7.3.0

Slow, painfulSlow to update menus and/or updates to a different days menu. Horrible pickup interface that requires picking new time without showing what time is actually available (and even when you’re standing at the pickup location while the server is waiting for orders). TimeTime is limited, and each time that I ever come over in the morning to the café. There is no one there to assist and there is always a long wait time before someone shows up. Morning.Version: 7.10.4

Room for improvementThere isn’t a trouble shooting option and I have lost well over $30 this year alone. Why can’t we combine hot foods with deli items. Like a side of macaroni and cheese with a turkey sandwich? Why does it have to be a separate transaction. Also not able to order chips with your sandwich..Version: 6.2.0

Not the best customer serviceCool concept to have at work but the customer service on their end is pretty bad. They offered 20% off if you signed up and then didn’t provide a discount code. When I asked for one they provided me two different ones that didn’t work and then never fixed it. Overall not the best service but will still use out of convenience..Version: 2.14.0

No ability to specify sodaI don’t know if this is specific to the cafe in the office building I work in, but when you add a 20oz bottled soda to the order, there is nowhere to specify which soda you would like. Other than that, agreed w other reviewers that it’s a basic app that is ok when other food ordering options are not available..Version: 4.17.0

Crashes. staff never fulfills order. no support contact.I recently updated the app, and it’s always been crashing. I find that the only place that fulfills my order is Tim Hortons. Like another reviewer, the staff at many of the other shops won’t start making my order until I show up, which completely defeats the purpose of this app. In addition, there is no support contact, and once I made an order while a shop was closed (which I shouldn’t be able to do in the first place), and there was no one to contact to cancel the order, or to give me a refund. All in all, this app has a whole host of issues that could be easily resolved if the person(s) developing it actually (physically) went through the order process from creation, to fulfillment, to post-fulfillment..Version: 2.0.5

Scheduled time function does not workThe scheduled time function is completely unpredictable. It’s more of a 30-40 minute window than anything approaching accurate, my food frequently sits and dies in the window because it came out 25 minutes before I scheduled it and I can’t get out of a meeting early to pick it up. It makes this app pointless because I’d rather just go down and order in the cafeteria so I don’t have a cold lunch..Version: 8.0.0

Very buggyI have tried to use the app for some time at the company cafeteria. I get a lot of error messages such as “menu not available”. Now when I put an order in the cart, it gives me a message saying “time slot not available” regardless of which time slot I chose. Further I get stuck in an infinite loop and the app won’t let me go back until I quit the whole app..Version: 6.2.0

Doesn’t work on my phone at allI get a blank screen on all my menus and customer support just told me to do the thing I’ve already done which was to uninstall and reinstall. I will update this rating if they fix it but I’m so annoyed that everyone else in my company isn’t having any problems with this app and getting percentages off food and even pickup and I can’t even do that...Version: 4.9.0
