✓ Awful and a waste of timeDo not get, barely alerts restaurant and they only find out about an order when the costumer ends up having to ask. absolutely awful and stupid..Version: 2.0.2
✓ App doesn’t communicate with restaurantEase of ordering is good, but frankly, you never know if your food will be there when you go to pickup. Just today I ordered a soup through the app. Went down to pick it up and waited…and waited. Seemed weird for soup so I went to the counter. “Oh, we don’t have soup on Sat or Sun" So I’m like "okay, now what" and they say "you can get a refund tomorrow or pick something over there that’s roughly the same price." So this nurse, who is going to run her butt off for 12 hours, is literally eating a bag of Cheetos for lunch..Version: 2.0.5
✓ Waste of Time…Down to one star because it decided I needed to enter a new credit card number. I tried multiple times with multiple credit cards and each time I get an error message that says “Cannot update customer in vault.” What does that even mean? Does the developer even pay attention to these reviews?.Version: 2.0.0
