✓ I Quit GlassesThe best eye exercise app I could find. I'm not quite 40, but was prescribed eye glasses, because I experienced eye strain while finishing an abandoned college degree. After a year of wearing glasses, I decided I had enough and started these exercises for relaxing the eyes. Now my distance vision had been restored as well as not requiring computer glasses or even light reading. The western world has been corrupted by optometrist not prescribing Eye Exercises on account of greed and ignorance..Version: 1.0.3

✓ Seems to work! 🙂My eyes definitely felt more relaxed after doing all four exercises (4 minutes total). 🙃 Only thing I would change is to be able to reduce the time for each exercise to whatever duration I want. I know it's probably optimal to do one minute of each, but some is better than nothing, isn't it? I also think there should be options to skip forward & go back to each exercise. This way, the user can decide which ones they wish to utilize and for how long (i.e. before the user starts the exercise &/or once they've stopped it, the 🔙 and forward buttons should be made available). 😉 Other than that, great app! 😁👍🏻.Version: 1.0.5

✓ Eye Strain ReliefI was suspect of this app. But I have real problems with my eyes. My right eye has nerve damage from an accident and is not corrrectable beyond a point. My left eye is the dominant eye. Using a computer for hours I loose the focusing ability provided by glasses. Another issue is I’m near sighted in one, far sighted in the other. The interface is clean and simple and work well with Apples health kit. Great app that gets the job done without having to shell out for apps similar that require a subscription.
