✓ It’s OK but…If you leave your house before ensuring the connection between your phone and iPad is ok, you can’t connect to the monitor. The app seems to drain the batteries, so you have to make sure you have a full charge. A glitch at the beginning. I had to uninstall and reinstall, in order to purchase a subscription. Annoying. The various subscription they offer , aren’t well described, and prices don’t make sense. For example, they offer One Year Premium for 25.49$ and also for 49.99$ ..?.Version: 3.3.43

✓ Good for priceFor the price of this app it’s pretty good. Sometimes the connection drops out and can take seconds, minutes or even hours to reconnect. When that happens it’s extremely frustrating. Since my last 2 updates (I feel like there are constantly updates) I cannot switch off the speaker so I can’t have it on at work without the sound coming through. I am pressing the speaker button (not microphone) and it’s indicating that it’s going on and off but it just stays on constantly. ✓ So much potentialWell the app sounded great, with all of the features I could have hoped for. I was bummed out that it asked me to pay but after a 30 minute trial where it was working great, I figured it would be worth it. Boy was I wrong. It worked fine the first time I left my apartment, when I spent the day at work. As soon as I came back, it started bugging out. The next time I tried to leave it connected fine in the apartment but once I left it kept saying "connection issues" and would try to connect but fail. We came back and once we were on our wifi again it worked. And it had to be our wifi, any other wifi and it still freaked out. We tried restarting the app, restarting the phone, but nothing. We thought we got it to finally work by restoring factory defaults, which worked for a few minutes. Then the next time we tried to leave, it works while we are on our wifi, but once we leave, it claims the iPad is no longer connected. If I come back onto my wifi, it works again. ✓ Great - when it worksYou get what you pay for. For an inexpensive app, it usually does what it's designed for. Unlike other reviews, the app does work fine for me on 3G and 4G. It's good to check on our puppy and I have spoken to him when he has been barking, which has calmed him. However, there are frequently issues with this app - sometimes it can't connect to the server and, currently, the video is working but with no sound - I can speak to our pup but I can't hear anything from his end (not an iPad or iPhone issue)..Version: 1.1.5
✓ Too expensiveI wanted to monitor my dog while she was at home, and not in the crate. I purchased the app. I accidentally took my iPad off line from my phone, but could not put it back online via my phone. I emailed support for help. They were not helpful. Told me to go to my phone click menu. The menu from the app, just wants to share or rate the app. Menu on my phone doesn't help either. ✓ Intermittent monitoringFirst use of this app was pretty good however over the weeks it started dropping its connection and eventually I wasn't able to connect remotely from work to my monitor at home, for days. ✓ Terrible AppThis app is so glitchy and awful.. The free trial says it’s supposed to be 30 minutes.. which is actually only 2 and then you pay $5.99 after that. Then after you pay for the app you are told you have to pay an additional fee to connect to a server so you can view the video from data or another WiFi connection which doesn’t load or work when you try it. ✓ BADI bought this app full price last year when we got our puppy. It worked OK most of the time, but just sometimes over cellular. My set up is an ipad 4th generation as the monitor at home, iPhone 6S, iPhone 8 and iPad Pro 10.5” on the go. I haven’t used it for a little while until recently where apparently I have to pay again to use the service. I was really in a bind and needed it to work so I paid for the week plan - only 49 cents so not breaking the bank, but still annoyed that I have to be paying for this app again. I honestly wouldn’t mind putting out the money if it worked. It worked for a little while this morning over LTE, but now I can not select my pet to monitor which I assume means that the app crashed at home. I contacted customer support and they responded back with some canned responses that did not answer my question at all. ✓ Glitches and potentially hackedDo not get this app. It seemed to work fine during the short 30-minute trial period, but continually had issues once the full version was purchased. It wouldn't run via wifi at my office (might have been a block on our wifi, uncertain), it would freeze, sounds of the dog barking would go off even though all sound settings were off, and I constantly had connection issues. The summary of the day was useless because of all of the fast changing false issues; it made it impossible to read the report. I contacted the company via the email on their website, and shared the issues with them requesting a refund if they could not be fixed. They responded to me asking some more questions and later sent a link to instructions on how to go about receiving a refund from Apple. After opening the link (to an article post, not a login page) I immediately received a warning from Apple that my ID was attempting to be used in NJ. I denied the access and changed my passwords, but clearly their email is either corrupt or hacked. Do some research and get an app that functions better and has a more trustworthy company..Version: 1.1.3

✓ I like it but drains batteryI’ve been trying out this on the 30 minute trial and found the picture quality quite good. The only thing that I don’t like is how much battery it uses. I fully charged my iPod and the charge only lasted less than an hour. I checked in a couple of times and noticed how quickly the charge was dropping.
