✓ Deceiving and manipulativeUsed the app for years. Some partial predictions came to pass but the big things that I enquired about never did. In recent years the quality has gone down drastically; the readings are not worth the price and if you are unhappy and honest in your review it never get posted, only positive ones do. When you complain to customer services they dismiss your concerns. I used one psychic for 5 years, spent hundreds on readings and considered her to almost be a friend, she kept telling me the same thing for 5 years; when I eventually gave up and posted a polite review about it not happening and me moving on, she blocked me so I was unable to contact her ever again. Finally, since recently, there is an option to purchase “services” from the psychics- beware as suddenly everyone claims that there will not be a positive outcome or progress unless you pay hundreds of dollars for spiritual cleansing! Of course the cleansing will help so much that it will grant positive results even though it was absolutely impossible just a second ago....So manipulative and preying on vulnerable people, I honestly do not understand how they can sleep at night. ✓ Some good some bad, rude customer serviceI have been using this service for more than a year when they use to only have the chat. The psychics were hit and miss. I had my favorites and all was ok. Recently, with the new calling method, I am having a lot of trouble getting any psychic to pick up their line when lit or they would have loud noise in the background. Also I have issues with psychics on here who want you to pay for “spiritual healing” or “unblocking” energy for 200+ or have you sit on the line while they tell you some long laundry list of what to do when they know it doesn’t work. So after having a CS person tell me I should pay for a text to find out if the psychic is even available to call when their call line is on, i officially dropped the app.. good riddance!!.Version: 4.3

I haven’t had this app for a little bit and they’ve continued to charge me $9.99 even with the app deleted. ✓ Felt let down .I left a review after my reading but then noticed my review had been taken down then I realised another person had said her psychic had told her the same as another client witch I realised was me & that’s why my reader removed my review. I got in touch with customer support after asking another service for help they advised to take the correct steps first and contact the customer service first for that site . I did and was told they couldn’t help me reviews are not what I pay for so I can take it or leave it .they weren’t concerned with my issue about why my review was taken down , I didn’t say anything bad about my psychic reader or what she had told me . So why was my review taken down ? Because I gave away some of my reading and others realised they had been told exactly the same in there reading , I’m very disappointed in there customer support service they seem to condone what’s going on & cut me off after saying there not discussing it any more with me ..Version: 4.11
✓ Read testimonials with a fine eyeIve used this app since June, based on other feedback i chose to have readings with Ashley, Priscilla and michelle back in June, not sure who is writing these testimonials but nothing they gave me was correct. Priscilla wrote a few mixed messages which resulted in me paying to clarify and which were all a load of rubbish! Total fabrication is all i can say, Ive tried giving a honest testimonial on the app for the above people and it never gets printed. I also have found if the prediction is a few months back, its too late to feedback once you have waited to check for accuracy. Also disappointed with Deborah who gave less than 30 word reading and was vague. I had high expectations for hope but sadly that never transpired too. Only 1 picked up another woman in my relationship and was right and that was Desiree. All i can say is based on my experience theres some who are vague, loads will say your soulmates and a few that will give timeframes of months away maybe not to get bad reviews. Read through the reviews and see who has confirmed accuracy for predictions that have passed before you part with your cash. Best of luck!.Version: 2.6

✓ Horrible Customer ServiceThis app’s customer service is beyond horrible! Back in July 2022, I tried to get a refund and this company refused to give it to me! They gave me a credit to use for another advisor but I just wanted my $9.99 back! Their customer service manager named Jade intentionally ignored my request for my money back and even went as far as flat out ignored the rest of my emails! When I asked to speak to her manager, she ghosted my request! Like why was there unnecessary resistance towards me???.Version: 18.3

Ombretta has really good reviews so thought I’d give her a try but she kept returning my credit so once I seen she was online I tried again as I really wanted a reading from her but she BLOCKED me!! Don’t even know what I done wrong and you’ve to pay £20 if u want the app makers to ask her why!! Nah, if that’s what she’s like then sounds like I dodged a bullet and I’m glad she didn’t get my £5!! ✓ Fake appI’m getting the sense that this app has now become a fake. I used it last year and I felt like the psychics were real and genuine however yesterday and today I’ve been having issues getting psychics to answer my question. I noticed that with every psychic I would send them my question and minutes later, they would be “offline”. I sent my question to four different psychics within 24 hrs and the same thing happened. I notified customer support and minutes later, amazingly I get a psychic to answer my question, only for the answer to be vague. I’m pretty positive it’s a fake and it’s probably one person pretending to be all those psychics on there..Version: 2.10

✓ AVOIDE and LIARSSCAM!!!!! Sheela who was one of people on the app. She was a LIAR on the app and the system staff / service is very rude and it is a scam. She / they basically asked you to call her / them more but didn’t answer any of your questions. When you report to the customer service , they just block you and close your account from the system and take all of your money which you didn’t even spend. When you report customers service, they just took all money from you without returning any money back to you at all. 😡😡😡😡😡😡.Version: 6.0

✓ Okay but....Most of the advisors are not legitimate. They continuously use the same phrasing and will give the same message even to your friends! Also the reviews are highly filtered. Disagreeing with an advisor or saying their rude will not get your review published. It’s an honest review and other clients should know. Plus advisors can block you which is weird and childish. I left a review, which wasn’t even negative. But the advisor sent me a message saying “bye” and blocked me..Version: 4.5
