✓ No supportIt seems like the company or developer just abandoned this app. I am paying for the pro subscription, and I am not able to add an additional account which it states I am able to with the subscription. I've emailed the developer a few times, and I have not gotten a response back. The Twitter link on the website leads to a dead end. ✓ Feels like a scamI got logged out of my account and i can’t log back in. It says that my email already exists in the system but also says that my email is not associated with an account. ✓ Ridiculous adviceI got the app to tell me when the best time of day to post is and that’s literally all I use it for. My profile has a “C” rating and one of the reasons is because I don’t post enough (which is understandable) but the advice they gave was “aim for 2 high quality posts per day for 14 a week.” That is ludicrous who posts 14 pictures a week??.Version: 7.0.3

✓ This app is not worth $10Ive been using this for about a year now and decided to switch from free to the monthly subscription, which I used for probably 8 months. I will say that it is absolutely not worth the money at all. It does everything IG analytic does for you, except the UX looks better on the app. $10 is outrageous for how little this app actually does. It claims it does things such as hashtag recommendations, optimal posting times, etc. (which it definitely does), but what they leave out is it is generalized completely. It simply analyzes when you post and its reception. If you are biz account like me, you probably post regularly. So for example, if you post every Tues at 6pm..your optimal time will be Tues at 6pm because it simply tracks your engagement. Is the analytics valuable? Yes. Is it worth $10? Absolutely not. You can get all these analytics with a little bit of cross reference from the free version and your IG analytic tracking. This app offers nothing new outside of that if you are in a niche market. If you are the person who buys followers and doesnt care about authentic engagement, you may love this tool..Version: 7.0.3
✓ I don’t like the new versionI preferred the old version. Especially the “when to post” seems weird now. It shows on a graph different hours and tells me different hours to post. Like graph says for example 7-9 pm and at the top it says post between 21:00-22:00. I mean what..?! That’s confusing! ✓ Transferring accountI opted to pay for a month on a before switched my Instagram account to a business one. After I had changed it it then said I had to pay again. I cancelled the first subscription and opted to pay for it again, now using a business account but for some reason it won’t process it. ✓ Inconsistent appI want to like this app only when it works. I was given the option of Free Trial and charged monthly to my iTunes account. That’s OK. However app has been very inconsistent about logins. Every time I get a different error message. Sometimes it says “Unauthorized” and other times it says “Invalid Password”. I am not a dummy when it comes to password management. I use 1Password application to manage my passwords. I had changed password several times and it still play those Inconsistent error messages. App let me on accidentally sometimes. It has all the data in nice manner. Easy understanding. When to post data. Here is my problem. ✓ Glitches daily - has made scheduling painfulI really thought this app would bring together the best of al the Instagram planning apps, but it has been nothing but trouble. The feed will not refresh, loading images takes a very long time and can sometimes not even load. If I want to delete an image it randomly deletes all unscheduled images. The stats (even on a pro account) show me nothing I can’t see already thanks to Instagram analytics. Greatly disappointed by this app, but locked in because it offers no refund..Version: 8.0.8

I am incredibly disappointed and will likely try to get a refund, because either this is a scam or one of the worstly managed apps possible! ✓ Won’t even let me log inI had this app a while back and really enjoyed all the insights and features, especially the “grade” my instagram account got. i deleted it because i stopped putting a lot of effort into my personal account. however now, i have created an art account on instagram and wanted to look at the same insights, but it won’t even let me log in to my instagram! i have tried logging into my old account, creating new accounts with facebook and a different email, and continuing as guest but no matter what i do, the app is only letting me connect a facebook page and not an instagram account. well, i don’t have a facebook page, so that’s pretty useless. and even when i try to skip through the facebook login, it tells me i did it successfully and then asks me to login with facebook again. or it just crashes. basically, it’s unusable now and i guess i’ll have to find another app.Version: 8.1.4

✓ Decent app, butThis app is very decent in regards to the information they supply, however, when you wish to unsubscribe to the service, you best believe they literally do not help you at all. The app links off to a broken link , not allowing you to unsubscribe at all. ✓ Not worth the subscriptionI started my free trial when I was almost to 20k followers, so I had a system in place that I thought this could help with. The analytics are cool to look at. I don’t feel it helped me grow, but it was interesting to look at my percentage of growth, etc. but ultimately I cancelled because I don’t really trust it. The hashtag recommendations *could* be a really useful feature that I would keep a subscription for, instead my current suggestions are WILD. The app currently suggests: Prayerwarrior, momstyle, mensfashionpost, farmhouse, playboymodel, fitnessphotography, femaledj - I have never used any of the hashtags that are suggested. I’m not religious, I’m not a mom, I’m not a fashion dude, etc. Where is this data coming from?? If they were at all relevant and showed me similar/new hashtags in relation what i already use, I probably would’ve kept my subscription. You can just use displaypurposes for this though, and it’s free. Edit: The developer has issued a response claiming to address a few issues, which actually only addresses one. Ultimately they’re telling me to download another app of theirs. Why didn’t your app address my concerns when I initially set it up the first time, as you say I should do a second time? ✓ HmmI absolutely adored this app in the past and had paid subscription it was so fantastic. But, I returned to use it and found that the price option is only £60 for the year. Pretty steep with no apparent monthly or quarterly options. In a time of financial uncertainty (covid etc) it seems like you guys are missing a lot of business by not continuing to provide lower budget options. Never mind, on the hunt for a new app that competes with this one. I don’t think this happens a lot but I really wasn’t pleased with something that happened with this app. Overall it’s not bad, but it does have some features that you need to pay money for. The app offered a free trial to try out these features, and I took it because it was supposed to last for a few days. After about 10 minutes of having the free trial I went to cancel to make sure I didn’t get the subscription (because honestly the features you pay money for weren’t great). However the app apparently never gave me the free trial even though they explicitly said they would, and I was charged $20+. Fortunately, Apple was able to help me and I got a full refund. However I never should’ve been charged in the first place. ✓ Invalid Access TokenThe app worked beautifully during my trail. Then I decided to do a paid subscription and since then apps has not worked. When I switch over to a competitor I get the pop up saying Invalid Access Token, re-authenticate which means log back in. For $10 a month there should be no issues on an app like this. ✓ Loss of featuresI used to be able to see a graph that showed followers by day +/- ...you could touch the day and an image of what you posted that would appear on the graph. This was very useful to see how the response to each post was doing. Giving better insight as to what is a good or bad post. Now we have these huge “top likes” pages that are pretty but totally useless. Seems like many features are now “for business accounts only” ...I have chosen not to switch to a business account for fear of being throttled to buy exposure. So I’ve been searching for other apps. Many do the same thing for less $ a month. Been told its better just to put that $10 a month to buy exposure. ...since that main feature I liked this app for is gone I will be cancelling my subscription. ✓ What happened to the old Command?Since you guys have updated, my account is completely thrown off. I have an annual subscription for my instagram which was connected to command with my Facebook which was also connected through my business page. I had to log back in after relaunching the app, and you guys had no information on my account with neither of the two emails I have for myself. I make a new account, add my Facebook, log-in, and it prompts me to the next screen after logging into Facebook to select my business page, which their are none to be found to choose from.. it’s very discerning. I’ve already emailed support and really didn’t help much because my Facebook business page can’t be found on your service end. I would like to not have to pay for another annual subscription (it hasn’t even been a year yet) I’ve had a lot of growth thanks to this app on my instagram as a makeup artist and cosmetologist... ✓ A bug is preventing my usage of this appThis is useful for my small business but I literally cannot see my stats anymore because the app thinks I am not on pro. I have restarted and refreshed and I’m still being led to sign up for pro over and over, when I already have.
