✓ UselessIf I can give this app zero stars I would. I can’t view my ID card and whenever I click on any menu option it freezes or just won’t let me go back to the main screen. To see another screen I have to exit the app and log back in. Worst app I’ve ever used..Version: iOS App 2.1.0
✓ Peachstate should take down the appCan’t log in. Doesn’t tell you anything went wrong, I’m just redirected to a blank login screen. It’s counterproductive to have your agents direct customers to the app when the website won’t work. ✓ Negligent.This app much like this health plan is a waste of space. Case managers who put words in your mouth and threaten you. An app that does not work. Fake physician listings because nobody will actually accept their insurance. Yep Peach State has all of this. Interestingly PSH can kick you off of their insurance no problem. You ask to change mid-year and they just laugh at you but they will do it if PSH wants to dump you. So glad that this nightmare will end on September 1st..Version: 2.3.0
