✓ Can’t access my magazinesI have been enjoying ZINIO Unlimited for a long time with no problems until this month when I couldn’t access magazines anymore. My subscription is still valid until the end of this month and I haven’t missed a payment. I have been trying to find a way to contact the developer for help with no success so I thought that this way might work, so ZINIO.........PLEASE HELP!!!!!.Version: 2.14.0
✓ Great App when WorkingMaybe my favourite app when it’s working. Unfortunately the app seems to loose its validation link and thinks I don’t have a subscription when I do. Currently working through re installing and re authenticating for a third time in 12 months. The suggestion would be to get the technical support crew to use the app and understand the frustration. ✓ Okay Selection, Very BuggySelection is good for what you pay for. Half the magazines don't download though. When they do download and you try to delete them, the cover will still be stuck in your library. Support is slow to respond for simple tasks and don't answer all your questions..Version: 1.1.5

✓ App keeps having problems one after another.Takes your money but regularly fails. Cannot even report the problems from within the app. Each time it fails they insist on the same old questions be answered. Becomes very tiresome and indeed expensive for me to be on the debugging team.Version: 1.1.2

✓ Great, IF IT WORKED....Used this for quite a while. Then suddenly crashed constantly. Tried many attempts at contacting ZINIO. They eventually responded after 2 months to tell me they are updating program and that I stop subscribing until then. They then offered me 3 half price mags for their standard ZINIO, to compensate for subscribing to something that didn’t work. Loved the app until it stopped working and then disappointed that the support was so poor..Version: 1.1.6

✓ Don't Waste Your TimeGot 2 months free subscription with McDonald's Monopoly but app only gave 1 month. Either way, after giving all my info incl credit card details, I could not open any mag. ✓ What happened?As many have said, I had a fully paid up subscription to this pretty good value and decent range of magazines BUT, December 2019 changed and no more access allowed. Tired the log off log on the delete and re-install and even tried to subscribe anew (the app told me I already had a paid up subscription, but still wouldn’t let me in). I cancelled the service and Apple reffed me the month no problems. A bit of feed back from the developers would’ve been nice but to hell with this thing, don’t give them your money..Version: 2.14.0

✓ Great app when working 2I Have the same issue as a previous reviewer. I have been unable to get the app to work for the last 2 months. Even removing and reinstalling as well as restore purchases has not worked. I have used this app for the last 12 months with no issue but it started occurring during the last couple of months so something needs to be done. ✓ Crash on launchWow, Zinio. I would love to try your app. I am about to travel overseas and a subscription magazine service would be grand on long flights. However, as stated by a few other reviewers, Zinio crashes a few seconds after launch. Therefore, I cannot create an account to buy magazines from you. ✓ Waste of money shonkyI can never read any magazines the app always has glitches and I’m paying for something I’m not getting have tried the help desk and they have said I don’t have a subscription but apple iTunes charges me every month so what’s that about I have evidence I do! ✓ Good content, terrible experienceThe content is impressivecand well worth the subscription fee. However, the app is really sluggish. Magazines take forever to download, the app crashes a lot and th reader feature doesn’t always work which means I need to open the same magazine multiple times for itto work. I couldn’t stand the app anymore and decided to switch to Apple News+ which offers less content at a higher price but with an elegant and fluid user interface that makes up for it. ✓ Average unstable accessThe app has a good range of magazines but frankly I got tired of being told that I had to renew my subscription when ZINIO had already taken the monthly subscription. Very good at collecting the subscription, not so good at providing consistent access, and as you can see from other reviews I’m not the only one. Also the fact that even though you download a magazine to your device, you still need to be online to begin to read something that was previously “downloaded”. One star may seem harsh but if you can’t consistently provide a service someone has paid for really you don’t deserve any stars, it’s not like you’ll refund me for the multitude of times you didn’t provide what was paid for and why should I continually have to advise customer service of issues with your product which, as I said previously noted, others have also notified you of..Version: 2.39.0

✓ Should be 4-5 starsThe price is right, the range of magazines available is really pretty good. The reading experience is ok, I wish they were better formatted for screen reading (i.e. like a responsive website would be), but I can live with it. So I would give it at least 4 stars, possibly even 5. But as many others have pointed out, it is SO slow to download the magazine thumbnails. I just did a test and I’ve now been waiting for 5 minutes and still all the magazines on the front page haven’t loaded, which is ridiculous. There is definitely something wrong with the app (I have 35mbps internet so it isn’t related to internet speed) and I hope it gets fixed soon otherwise I may have to cancel my subscription..Version: 1.1.6
