A really great appAt first I thought this would be a gimmick to take my money. No - it’s a really informative and useful app for anyone who needs support with their eating habits. The free version allows me to record my blood glucose levels, with only a tiny ad at the bottom. For 1 year it’s a fiver for the premium version, and honestly it’s worth it..Version: 3.6.10

This app does not work!!!!!!Don’t pay for this app!!!! I paid to get the premium app. I was charged for it, yet about two weeks later it stopped working and told me my annual subscription had expired and I needed to renew!! I tried contacting their Help email address, and the email address was bad. They now have my money, I have no premium service, and I have no way of contacting them. USELESS.....Version: 3.3.4

Problem syncing dataI like the app very much, except that I can’t sync data between iPhone and iPad on one <same> Apple account. (Not family sharing) The app shows subscribed on both devices and all premium features are active, but data only registers on one device. EMThis is a well thought through app enabling the user to lower the glycemic load of their diet. The current trend is towards Keto diets. GI and GL values of foods are not often discussed. I was reminded of the benefits of this approach by Dr Andrew Jenkinsons new book ‘ Why We Eat ( too much ) ‘. Written by a UK bariatric surgeon I would highly recommend it. Simple & EashyEasy app to use to calculate GL for a meal. I am able to calculate total GL for each meal quickly. This type of app relies on published tables of different foods that have been tested for GI and GL. If you are unable to find a certain food, then replace it with something similar. I was not able to find Lima Beans so I replaced it with Northern Beans. You will get similar numbers on the GL. Worth the purchase and great to have with every meal..Version: 4.2.0

A handy checkFor someone who has to keep a check on their sugar intake this app is proving so valuable. I am being reminded that eating fruit is so good for me. Excellent App …. But if…I liked the app very much , but if I could not scan the products like other app (Fooducate , carb manager etc) . 2. The weight , how many oz, gram is a portion of bread which make it easier and friendly. How many gram is 1 pita , I need to source this info in order to get the exact GL. How many gram is plum,pasta The only reason that I am not subscribed is looking for the right product and the right weight is not possible . The app does not help to ease the process, it is a pre determined list which is really a big flaw. I’d rather pay a little bit more for a complete list and exact weight ..Version: 3.6.4

Simply The Best…I have worked in IT for more years than I care to remember, this app (running on my iPad) is one of the very best apps, in any category that I have ever used. It is incredibly well thought out and is very easy to set up and use. Not just managing what you put in but keeping a record of your weight your sugar levels including daily and 3 monthly HbA1c and blood pressure and heart rate. Remember, if you don’t measure it, you can’t control it and take appropriate action. All I would add, would be specific foods into the GI database, including the various branded cereals and other such products from the inside aisles of the supermarkets… Other than that, I would give a score of 6 out of 5 stars..Version: 3.7.0
