✓ FrustratedThis app used to be great and I’m not sure what happened. It seems the only thing you can use it for now is for you ID card and to see past prescriptions. Anything else I try to look at tells me to call the 1800 number. The whole reason for the app is to not have to call the 1800 number. For example, I am trying to view my lab results and it says there is an issue with that function and to call the 1800 number for assistance. Hopefully this can be fixed soon otherwise it’s a useless app taking up space on my phone 😕.Dresden badgerVersion: 1.2.7

✓ App won’t even accept valid credentials for loginIt’s impossible to comment on any other app functionality as it refuses to accept my legitimate credentials for login - the exact same credentials that work on the web site. It complains, incorrectly, that my password, the one that is already registered and working, does not meet the password length and complexity standard - it does.
