✓ Favorite cash-back app!I love drop. I’ve been using couponing apps pretty religiously for a couple of years now, and drop has become the only one I use now! If you do a lot of online shopping & like to try our new products, then this is the app for you. I’ve redeemed over $100 in gift cards in less than a year. Another reviewer was complaining about points not accumulating fast enough from McDonald’s purchases — of course you’re not going to get a significant amount of cash back from a dollar menu purchase...but if you’re spending more than $5 at a time, you definitely get a significant number of points for the money you’re spending. I am always buying from Walgreens, target, Belk, Sephora...and the points just keep racking up. Give it a try and have a positive outlook! Great app..Version: 1.32.0
✓ Good UI, Decent Customer Service, Nice OffersOverall, Drop is probably one of the best apps of its kind, but that isn’t saying a lot. I’ve used many other competitors and they are all about the same, but the main difference is that Drop has a much cleaner interface and ease of use. Most apps like these make it extremely difficult to find a way to contact customer service and Drop is no exception. However, once you are able to get in touch with support, they usually are able to help you fairly well, but I personally have had to contact support often, seeing as the two week point allotment period always passes and I am not rewarded my points, so that can get a bit frustrating; although once I show proof of completion, the points are usually awarded to me. Still, it is a pretty good app and fun to use on your downtime to earn money by playing games or finding offers that interest you that can offer you cash back or rewards for signing up..Version: 1.74.0

✓ Great app but many issues.I love this app, been using it for like idk 8 years.. however its not perfect. Lately i haven’t been getting rewards for drop spin offers for my purchases. I also haven’t gotten points for games i have downloaded and completed. I wrote in and sometimes they help but lately they haven’t been. Part of the issue is whenever we submit a help ticket; we can only mark “missing points” and we’re not allowed to tell them that we’re missing points for a drop spin offer (which are bonus points). So I think I’m being ignored because they think that I think I didn’t get points for a purchase or something. Anyways that’s why i won’t give 5 stars. Bc their customer service has declined a lot. I’ll laugh too if they reply to this review before my help tickets. At this point I’m not even creating tickets for missing points. I’ll just eventually stop using the app..Version: 1.80.0

✓ Can’t Redeem My Points***UPDATE*** After putting in yet ANOTHER ticket, after a week I was finally able to redeem my points. A week of frustrating annoyance with absolutely no answer as to why. If you’re not going to fix your app, then shut it down. I will update my star review just because the last ticket had fast response time every time I emailed back.*** Once I finish my review I will be deleting the app. I tried to redeem 50,000 of my 65,000 points for a gift card and everything was good and all of a sudden it tells me that “instant redeeming isn’t available right now” and tells me to contact support to help me. Ok cool. I’ll do that. And I did. 5 TIMES. I got the initial response. Then I emailed back. And again. And again. No response. I put in a ticket about an issue redeeming points and as a secondary thing mention “oh and the bonus snake thing isn’t working either”. They responded almost immediately and changed the name of my ticket to “Supercharge Issue” and said all I had to do was get out of the app and restart. NO MENTION OF MY ACTUAL ISSUE!!!! ✓ GoodUpdate *** I like it less. I was loving the app until recent changes. I noticed 9,000+ points weren’t posting ($9+ in rewards) so I emailed customer service who told me my points will be pending for a minimum of 90 days. Which is BS. I spent the money, used your app and now you’re going to make me wait 3 months before I can use my points? Not cool, Drop!! Not cool I really love the app. You earn points on money you are already spending. There are a ton of retailers, but the points vary for each. And I love that I can just use my debit card and not have to shop exclusively in the app. Ex. I use the Walmart grocery delivery which is 3000 points no matter how much I spend vs Starbucks which is 7 points per $1 you spend. So it varies but if you just do your usual shopping, points will rack up without even realizing it. You can cash these points in for gift cards. My only complaint is I am constantly having to relink my card to the app..Version: 1.44.0
✓ UnfortunatelyI didn’t want to have to do this but due to numerous attempts to contact them with no response other than an automated response I’ve been left no choice. I have promoted this app since at least June on my instagram. I’ve had tons of referrals and never a problem. I’ve been waiting 45 days for my Just Fab points and nothing. I referred someone a week ago she got her points and I never got mine. YES I signed up for Just Fab through YOUR LINK... NO I didn’t NOT RETURN OR CANCEL ANYTHING... I wouldn’t have even ordered from Just Fab if it weren’t for this deal. Completely unacceptable.. I will NO LONGER promote your app. I will no longer have it apart of my Link tree on Instagram either. I don’t know what changed but your app has been amazing for months. ✓ Great Deals and Helpful ServiceI’ve been getting into these savings apps lately and came across drop and gave it a try. I ordered used their platform to order from one of those home meal kits that gets delivered. Anyways, I had some trouble getting my points but I contacted customer service, proved my purchase info (receipt and all that) with the deal info and they were able to credit my account. Jordan with the Customer Service team was quick with his response and ultimately we figured it out. I most likely did do something incorrectly (it was my first time using the app) but regardless I was able to show the purchase was done and Jordan went above my expectations and and way better service than I received from ibotta. I will keep recommending this to my friends and family!.Version: 1.58.1
✓ There’s flawsI’ve had drop for about 2 years now. So far I’ve redeemed 5 gift cards, so it works. However there’s a few things that I don’t like now. 1. If you make a purchase and use Afterpay, which I like to use for spendier items, they’ll only give you points for that first payment. You’ll still end up paying for the full price, but you don’t get points for it. Stupid. 2. Customer service has gone down. Now you get an automated bot, and eventually you can submit a help request to a real person. But the response time is very slow and they don’t always respond. 3. Having to go into the app to search for the store you want to buy from doesn’t bother me THAT much but it is annoying. They did away with the power offers which gave you points passively, and that was a major draw for me using Drop to begin with. Overall, not the best. It’s greatly declined in usefulness as I’m not even getting the full points that I should be getting. Improve this please, and at least respond to my customer service emails..Version: 1.65.0
✓ Good idea, but needs some workThis app is a good idea, but needs some work with implementation. I love the idea of not having to submit any receipts for the Power Offers. However, when I joined over 2 years ago, there were not as many options for Power Offers. Also, people move and their lifestyles change. So you should be able to make changes within the app. I understand not being able to just change it on a whim, but you should be able to change your Power Offers at least once a year without having to give a referral or app review. Another improvement would be include a browser extension so you can shop online not just via a mobile device for the in app offers. Finally, my bank is still not compatible with Drop after 2+ years. I wish there was more development into the app to make it incredible. Two years is plenty of time to make upgrades to the infrastructure..Version: 1.34.0

Once you download the app and set everything up, it becomes a great passive way to earn extra money, meaning you don’t have to do anything other than make the purchases you were already gonna make in order to accumulate Drop points. (Unless, of course, the snake bonus game counts as doing some extra work. LOL). You won’t become a millionaire overnight, but if you’re a consistent online shopper and weekly ride share user like me, the money does add up! Honestly, I can’t think of a good reason NOT to give the app a shot. ***TIP*** Take a few moments to really make wise choices on your 5 power offers, as you won’t be able to change them later.
