✓ It’s just going downhill.I downloaded this game around a year ago and loved the format. The daily challenges to win hints was very handy and they were an easy way to keep me playing the game because I kept coming back for the rewards. Now, imagine my face when I do my challenge and find that, instead of winning hints, I win coins that contribute to hints. Also, none of the three prizes are enough to buy a hint anyway! So hints are harder to gain and quite frankly, makes me start to dislike the game altogether and play it less and less often. Fast forward to the most recent update and (you really have outdone yourselves) the prizes are EVEN LOWER! I much prefer the old system of winning hints because it was quick and straightforward; whereas, the new system of winning coins is longwinded and downright frustrating. I’m really disappointed because I couldn’t stop playing this game when I first downloaded it and now I just scroll past it, forgetting that it’s there..Version: 20.0810.00
✓ Very, very, Very disappointed*I’m adding on to my initial review because I gave this game another chance but it is just awful. I’ve had and played this game for years but now it’s rigged so you cannot win anything except 5 points. Rarely will it give out 10 and only once has it given 15 measly points. When you choose a prize button it hesitates for a second then up pops your ridiculous 5 points because in that moment of hesitation, the prizes are moved around so 5 is all you can win most of the time while they take 25 points if you use the help option. The creators of this game have ruined it and I WILL NOT BE PLAYING IT ANYMORE!! Too bad to because it was a fun game for a long time!! I used to love this game and played it every day. After your last update things were ok but then surprisingly you changed it again lowering the points amounts a player can win in the daily challenge. It also seems as if the 3 choice buttons for prize points is not as random as you would have us believe. It is almost impossible to win the highest amount of points-15-which coincidentally was the lower amount in the original game. I doubt I’ll play anymore. Very disappointing..Version: 20.0903.09

✓ Stolen hintsMy initial rating for this game was four stars. I truly enjoyed the game (been playing for the last four years I believe) and had completed all the levels. I was visiting once a day for the Daily game and had hints numbering in the thousands. During the conversion to coins (1 hint = 25 coins), a large number of hints was stolen. It’s not difficult to multiply your hints by 25 to maintain the proper number hints already accumulated. Also, in the Daily game, it was possible to win 1, 2, or 3 hints for each of 4 games depending on which box was chosen. Now the possible wins are 5, 10, or 20 coins with virtually NO chance of winning either 10 or 20 coins. It’s become blatantly obvious that the latest update is intended to screw over the player. I feel this is disrespectful and don’t see myself playing this game as much, if at all anymore. I’m lowering my rating from four stars to two stars..Version: 21.0503.09
✓ More Ads than gameplayProgressively over the last 3-4 weeks the number of ads has increased to the point that it’s not fun to play. A 15 second puzzle is followed by a 30 second ad that needs to be clicked multiple times to close or it stays forever. Rewards for completing daily puzzles have also gotten progressively worse. At first you would get a free hint, but then they converted to coins, where 25 coins buys a hint. However when they converted they took away your hints and replaced them with coins at a 20 coin per hint rate, so basically stole 20% of the hints you had earned. Then they changed to a chance to win 10, 15, or 20 coins. So assuming they are are equally likely, but I doubt it, you only get on average 60% of what you did for a full hint. Finally today I noticed that the chance to win changed to 5, 10, or 15 so on average your only getting 40% of what you could before. If it was this bad when I started I would have deleted in a day. I’ve played for about 3 weeks but now I’m too annoyed to play anymore..Version: 20.0810.00
✓ Used to love this game...I’ve played for some time now and used to love this varying degrees of trickiness when solving the daily puzzles. However, the latest update has changed the opportunity to win hints into now awarding coins. This is rubbish for a couple of reasons- most to do with getting money out of you. 1. Out of the 3 box options, it seems to be a 5 coin box far more times than any of the other higher values. 2. The hints cost 25 coins, so you’ll soon be having to pay for hints if you’ve not built up a decent buffer. 3. The buttons to turn off the sound and effects don’t work - and if you *can* get them to turn off, they don’t mute the incessant adverts. 4. The speed round doesn’t give you anything special where it always used to be worth 3 hints. I’ll keep playing till my coins have gone and then I’m done. ✓ Fun game buried by adsI don't mind the occasional advert in a free game, but this app takes the cake. As soon as you finish the tutorial and press play; two ads. Finish a couple of levels ; another ad. By the time I got to level 23, which probably took as many minutes, it had tried to make me watch 8 ads. That's ridiculous. ✓ Great game, but hint system is very unbalancedI have enjoyed playing this game for many months; the gameplay is smooth and polished with good sensitivity. However, I often find when a new update comes out that the amount of hints I can get is always reduced. From no longer having the possibility to get three hints per daily puzzle to the arguably much worse system of coins, it has annoyed me time and time again. Upon recently opening the app, my existing hints were converted to coins, and I lost over 1000 hints in this process. It is truly a shame, and while not an essential part of the gameplay, it has made the game much less entertaining for me. Not to mention, you can no longer get full hints per daily puzzle. It would be a major improvement to return to the original system of hints, with the possibility to get 3 hints per daily puzzle..Version: 20.0716.09
✓ So many ads!!!!It’s a good game, absolutely love it! However - I have never seen SO many ads in a game before! It’s literally ridiculous!! Not to mention every time you complete a level and an ad comes on - after you wait for the 1000th stupid ad, it freezes the game and makes you shut it down. ✓ Far too many adsThe game itself is very enjoyable. Nice, challenging levels and pretty addictive, but the constant ads are way too much. I manage about two levels before there’s another ad and what’s worse is, they’re all the same. It’s very tedious to sit through so I’ve had a fun 10-15 mins or so on the game, but I will be uninstalling. ✓ Fun Game But Ads Are A Huge OverkillAds are seriously ridiculous! With other games I’ve played there are ads normally after you take a few turns, not bad at all in my opinion. But this game shows you an ad not only after pretty much every level you beat, but also if the app closes for any reason at all in the middle of your turn. Whether you leave the room for a second and your phone goes to sleep, or wanting to check an email or text while playing. I just got a phone call from a number I didn’t recognize, I declined it and when the app opened back up it showed me another ad. In the middle of my turn. This call lasted maybe 5 seconds, again I didn’t even pick it up! I understand this is a big way these companies make money in free versions of mobile games, but this is just obnoxious. ✓ Do not downloadThis used to be a fun distraction. Now the daily bonus games to get “free coins” which used to actually be full hints are even worthless. There’s an annoying “hey” “free coin” message that pops up every 3 seconds while trying to play and is totally unnecessary. It’s distracting, it’s annoying, and the developers are morons for making this game so terrible with ads and annoying pop ups. Here’s a tip, less people will download it the more you do stupid updates like this. ✓ WASTE OF TIME IF YOUR SMART!I like this game... it’s just the fact that these puzzles are all too easy! There’s no point, some of them take a few minutes but if you get one in the right place by accident the whole thing comes together. ✓ Go back to giving.I am changing my rating simply because I see others getting responses and their hint/coin conversion errors corrected and my review has been ignored. Poor communication isn’t a good way to improve your product. Also, I hadn’t played in a few weeks. Last time I played I had close to 400 coins. I played today and had zero coins. What happened to my coins???? I really use to love this game but since the last couple of upgrades and the changing to coins it’s been more frustrating than fun. Most of the time I Get only 5 coins as a reward. I play and finish a level 100% and all I get is 5 coins!?! Doesn’t seem worth it. Deleted app. I love this game! The worst one is that certain ads make the screen go black after they are done, forcing you to restart the game to play again. ✓ Developers now money greedy daily hint bonus odds worstWow been playing for a long time now and have been picking the same boxes each time from daily puzzles and have now just picked my 8th lot of 4 x 1 bonus hints and have never picked a group of 4 x 3 bonus hints. Impossible odds the hints are heavy biased to give you a 1 hint . Not random as should be similar results. Developers were generous giving a chance to get 15 hints in a days . More lucky to win lotto . Then they changed to 7 hints in a day then to 5 hints . Then to coins where you had a pick to get 15,20,or 25 . Now the bugs they fixed are that give you5 , 10, or 15 . ✓ Recent updates not greatI’ve played this game for a long time, as I really enjoy solving puzzles. However, the recent updates altered the fun-factor. After solving a daily challenge puzzle, I used to earn between 1-3 hints. That was great because on the timed challenges, sometimes I’d need a hint. Then an update came along so that you earned 10-20 coins (depending on what was behind the box you choose) instead of hints, and hints cost 25 coins. I was ok with that. Now with the latest update, you earn between 5-15 coins with every daily challenge puzzle solved, but never does the chosen box have more than 5 coins. I just can’t believe I’m so unlucky that I choose the 5 coin box 5 times every day. A person can use real $$ to buy more coins, which is obviously what they’re trying to get the player to do. I didn’t even complain when you converted my near 3000 hints into into 33,500 & something coins, (less than what it cost to purchase a hint if needed). I received a new iPhone today, only to learn that my progress was saved and it is your company policy NOT to transfer hints or coins. How convenient for you. I feel that is a waste of four years. You have lost a dedicated player. And if the other games that I play, made by your company are the same way. They will be deleted without hesitation. I love the daily challenges, recently the rewards have changed three different times in a month span. To choose a hint used to be one point and now it’s 25 coins. ✓ “Can’t beat level 5”Mainly decided to play this to see if there is any merit to be had. Simply put it’s not anything special. Gameplay - 3/5 It feels like the resolution is forced and doesn’t feel right on my phone. Where I touch is off to where the piece is. Makes for a lazy gameplay feeling. Looks - 2/5 I’m sure there are skins and stuff to unlock but there doesn’t feel like there is enough to get me invested in it to find them. The basic looks are fine if not bland. And the resolution thing really feels bad to look at. Features - 4/5 This is where the game can shine. There are a ton of levels it looks like and varying difficulties. There is a decent set of options compared to games like it as well. But this is really the only merit. Summary - While I can see this being a decent time waster the game feels too repetitive and can’t be more. The advertising for this game is the main reason I reviewed it; the “omg can’t win lol” attitude just is so annoying and overdone that it needs to be held accountable. Devs can actually make a good puzzle game and keep people’s attention if they try and at that point people like me would be willing to pay some money out. ✓ ChallengingLook, I’m going to complain about the ad rolls. These games are so obnoxious when it comes to bombarding you with ads. I am not ignorant when it comes to the money making process, but give me a break. I’d like to be able to pause mid game to read a text without having to sit through a 30 second ad the moment I jump back into the game. Furthermore, how scummy can you be when it comes to the “gifts”. Exclusively valued at 5, 10, or 15 coins. And yet no matter which gift you select, it will NEVER be 10 or 15 coins. I have literally selected ONLY the middle box for every daily game and every landmark game for the last year since downloading the app and low and behold - it’s a 5 coin box. Let me be clear, I don’t spend money on app games. I simply don’t. My patience is far greater than the disillusionment folks play with themselves when it comes to “defeat” at the hands of a computer program. It would be nice if the algorithm wasn’t simply “the player never wins big”. I typically enjoy a simple time-to-kill phone game but have recently been bludgeoned to death by my lack of desire to watch rolling ads and supporting mindless gaming (even problem solving games like these). ✓ Disappointed with changesThis game is fun and challenging. I always try to play the daily challenges. I loved to see my hints accumulate. I’ve noticed the value deteriorating over the past few months. It’s gone from earning up to 3 hints per puzzle to1 hint per puzzle. Then the hints were all converted to coins. I don’t recall the conversion., but now one hint costs 25 coins. Now, and hoping this is the end of the deterioration, we can only earn 5 - 15 coins per puzzle; usually less than half of one hint. Plus, there are now distracting graphics that appear over the puzzle when I’m trying to solve in the timed mode. The game is still fun. Some daily puzzles are a bit more challenging. But the more you progress the adverts will not be blocked so easily. As well as that, they appear after every go. NOT APPROPRIATE!!!!!!!!I love the game and I really enjoy playing— I would give the game, itself, about a 4 or 5 star rating—BUT what do I do about these awful ads that SUDDENLY have been popping up??!!! After each level I get an ad, and that’s not the problem. The problem is that, starting a couple of weeks ago, the ads which started popping up are for an 18+ Adults-Only game called Call Me Legend! I do not appreciate this! I thought perhaps it was a one time—2 times at most—thing, but NO!! This ad still keeps popping up and I am sick of it! The game ads should be equivalent to the age minimum on the game you are playing. If I was playing an 18+ Adult Sex game, then okay, put those ads in that game, BUT I AM NOT playing an Adult Sex role playing game and I don’t appreciate or want these other ads to just pop up!! I am now deleting this game, it froze for no apparent reason while I was playing and would not allow me to restart without re-Downloading the game and starting over from scratch. Now there are ads galore every time the screen changes, which is very different from the previous version of the game I was playing, and the ads are much more persistent and longer before they will let you click out! I will also NEVER sign up for a “subscription” model to get rid of ads, that is ridiculous, what ever happened to the one time “fee”? ✓ BitMango is HorribleUPDATE: I thought the previous update that removed the “choose your reward” feature was bad, but BitMango has sunk to a new low by converting hints into coins. The good news? The “choose your reward” system is back with 10, 15, or 20 coin prizes. The bad news? Each hint costs 25 coins. In other words, BitMango has made it even more difficult to earn hints (for free, that is) as your maximum reward is less than one full hint. But relax, they’ve deceitfully done this under the guise of giving you more rewards and more options. Absolutely shady, soulless, greedy move, BitMango. Thanks for destroying my faith in humanity. Cheap move with the latest update, BitMango. Removing the “choose your reward” feature from the Daily Puzzles so it’s harder to earn hints is a low blow. But I guess when you’re a greedy, money grubbing company like yourselves, it makes sense to make your games harder, less enjoyable, and less rewarding for your players solely for the aim of squeezing them for even more money. ✓ In my opinionI downloaded the app cause I got really mad at the ad that showed a girl who couldn’t figure out a level that was super easy. I started playing and I got bored very quickly. It wasn’t challenging and the only reward were hints. The picture is bland, and there isn’t much to it. For me, I prefer games that have different things you can unlock, like levels, skins, mini games, and stuff like that. I must say that the game is a bit addicting though, cause when I said I got bored my mom told me to just delete it, but I kept playing. Some things I think would make the game good is: earning coins to buy different skins for the blocks, earning coins to buy different themes, unlocking mini games, and maybe buying hints with coins?? ✓ It’s fine, but.........The game is pretty fun but from the start I noticed that the money in the game on the “+” I noticed this little speech bubble saying “HEY” or “FREE COIN” and it would never go away and I clicked it an would you look at that there were no buttons were you get 10 coins if you watch an ad. And that frustrates me, I don’t what to buy coins and the “FREE COIN” speech won’t even go away! It might go away but I don’t what to test that Theory because with my luck it won’t go away 0.1% chance that it will go away. ✓ Update ruined itThis is a great casual puzzle game with good graphics and fluid animations. I used to enjoy it much until the developer tried too hard to monetize it. It pretended to be fair to give you coins for hints, but the update made it so you usually get the least amount of coins. The amount of coins you get is supposed to be random but you almost always get 5 coins instead of 15. I rarely need to use a hint and I have well over 20k coins, but what they did was uncalled for. It is too obvious that you’ve rigged it to give us the least amount of coins most of the time. Just be honest and give us 5 coins directly instead of letting us trying our luck for 15 coins. ✓ Was Great - Updates Ruined itTHE GOOD: I have had this game since 2017. It’s been great. I even payed for the AD-FREE version of it. Easily worth that. For the 3 years of good play, I have no regrets in paying to remove ads. -now- THE BAD: I lowered my rating to 2 stars due to the new coins economy that replaced the hints. In the recent past, the daily bonus puzzles offered 1 hint for completion. Now, one “hint” costs 25 coins - and the daily bonus puzzles offer a chance to win 5, 10, or 15 coins; which are less than one hint. So I get less reward for doing the same work. In addition, the marker that displays the amount of coins you have constantly has a speech bubble saying “HEY” that can cover part of the puzzle. It’s advertising OVER the puzzle for you to purchase coins that you may not need (my hints converted to 7000+ coins, so I don’t need more coins). This, unfortunately, disrupts the game play. It was chill and tranquil, but now it is interruptive to see it pop up. If this is. To fixed, I would have to recommend finding another easy to view and play puzzle game. ✓ Great game, still have ads despite paying for no adsI purchased the “no ads” option but still have ads along the bottom of the page, blocking access to all settings etc. In addition there is an annoying “Hey” icon at the top right that flashes up every few seconds urging me to make more purchases. If I pay money for no ads, I mean just that - I want no ads. This was a totally misleading purchase and ruins an otherwise great game. ✓ Don’t like the new coin approachI don’t have a lot of time to play so I mostly focus on the daily challenge puzzles. I always had a personal challenge to get as close to 15 awarded hints as possible. It was addictive. Moving to the coins model seems to be driven by in-app purchase revenue, which I get. I don’t like the offers to purchase items, but especially have noticed how this née model affects the daily challenge. The speed challenge puzzle used to give you a hint for each puzzle you completed within the allotted time (easy, normal and hard). Now, if you complete all three you get the same treasure chests to choose from, and I have yet to get 15 coins from any chest, whether from the speed challenge or any other puzzle. It’s not about the coins. I have more banked than I could ever use on the regular puzzles. It’s just that what used to be a daily guilty pleasure of mine has turned into an annoyance. ✓ Rip you offThe reason it is titled rip you off is because when you do the daily challenge you could get 1-3 hints and since you changed it to coins you can’t even get one hint, because 25 coins = 1 hint but on the daily challenge you can only get 5-15 coins!!!😡😡 and I had sooooooo many hints but when you changed it to coins I had like 20 less that is a lot of hints. The main reason I play it is because it doesnt take internet which is nice when we go on long drives. So pretty much if you do all of the daily challenges for a week the max you can get of hints are 21 before the update you could get 105 hints!!!!! ✓ Why did you remove the hints?I really liked the daily game but first you changed the chance hints to 1 each level and a final 3 and now it’s all about coins and buying hints. Why? It was so refreshing not to have the “money” aspect. Now it’s just like all the other games. Now it take 25 points to get a hint. Also instead of getting free hints when you play daily challenges you get points. I have played this every day for 2 weeks and have not yet got the highest point of 15 when I choose a box. I got 5 nearly every time and 10 twice. This doesn’t appear random to me. And you get a choice of one of there prizes (1,2or 3 hints). In an update labelled as minor bug fix this was whittled down to one hint and no choice. Then the hints were made into coins and the choice came back and you could win 10,15 or 20 coins for doing the tasks (1 hint cost 25 coins) Then came a reduction in the amount of coins (now 5, 10 or 15). ✓ Slightly harsh but needs addressed ASAPI purchased the no ads add-on for this game. I hate advertisements with a fiery passion. I also hate popups really bad too. So! When I noticed one of the recent updates had a small pop up every 5-10 seconds with a little icon that asks if I want to use a free hint, it made me more than a little upset. If there was some way to remove this button or feature, that would be greatly appreciated because it’s beyond annoying. Other than that though, I really love this game and would definitely come back and switch to 5 stars if this super annoying feature was removed when you purchased the no-ads add-on. ✓ Don’t buy the “no ads” featureI really enjoyed this game, so I decided to buy the no ads feature awhile ago, but recently they decided to add in an annoying pop-up that says it will give me a ‘free hint’ if I just watch an ad. But I bought no ads to get NO ADS! I would be okay if it showed the icon as a still image, but they decided to make it as annoying as possible by having it shake and move in a way that catches your eye. I just want to relax and figure out the puzzle myself, but I constantly get distracted by the ad icon’s movements. This was a really nice relaxing game before, but now I find it unplayable because I just get frustrated by the ad icon every time (which shouldn’t even be there since I’ve bought the ‘no ads’ feature. ✓ Slow difficulty increase, too many adsStarts off a nice little game, but whether it was the ‘day2’ notification or a certain percentage of the ‘novice’ section, the ad rate rocketed up to one after every level. Guys, I know you want to get people buying other company games, but I am trying to play *this* one, and the ad rate chops up my focus. Apart from that, and there’s probably a message coming to tell me I can pay so much for ad-free gaming, its strangely unsatisfying. There’s no measurement in performance, so I can’t objectively tell how I am doing against a timer, or as opposed to other players (a feature I love in ‘I love Hue’, for instance), or even really in game -I’m 70% through ‘Novice’ and there’s been no noticeable difficulty increase since level 10. Lastly, the graphics are very basic, with the lines of the building blocks not being particularly crisp (ipad version). It’s as if the designers have taken everything potentially addictive and dampened it down. I came out of the game to review it, and I dont know if I can be bothered to reopen it with so many other free puzzle games out there to choose from that do this sort of game, but better..Version: 1.6.0
