✓ Lost levelThe first time the game froze in the middle on level 32. I checked and the game was up to date. After waiting 20 minutes I had to uninstall the game and lost my level. This happen again this time on level 93. I tried to sync the game but after reading I was not sure if its possible. I just sent an email to support . I will say I really like the game , very fun and is one of the first games that you can play levels without the pressure of make a purchase. In my head it’s worth ***** (4 1/2) stars but not being able to save your game if its uninstalled due to problems isn’t good..Version: 1.16.8
✓ Not impressed with your latest updateThe latest update says it’s for performance improvements and/or minor bug fixes. What you forgot to mention is now if you run out of moves it costs almost twice as many coins as it did before the update to extend a round (40 instead of 25). you can no longer “buy” extra moves during the round you have to hope to win them on the bonus spins, and then select them beforehand to use it before you even start. All the other boost options like the rotors cost more coins then they used too as well. Sounds like this game just got way too expensive for me!! Not any fun when you don’t have the coins to play the game..Version: 5.7.11

✓ Great game...adverts can be an issue on iPhoneThis game is a great game to pass time and not nearly as frustrating as some of the competitions games along the same vein. My kids and I can play this game together ...and I don’t want to pull my hair out ! 😁The three stars would come up some if there wasn’t such a hard time closing out the ads, we often have to exit the game and start our level over simply because the ad got hung up or the x to close it is just to small on iPhone XR ..Version: 5.3.0

Also- inconsistent game play with the striped fruit: sometimes it takes out a whole row like its supposed to, other times it only takes out 1 additional fruit!- so them what is the point of a person making a striped fruit in their gameplay if you're not sure how it will work on the level you are on!!! ✓ Gets better the more you playThe game starts out like many other games that were out before it, but it gets better as you play. Unfortunately the more you play the more it gets hung up and you have to exit the game and restart. ✓ Please fix the adsSometimes, an add is placed direct across the field of play, blocking a few rows and there is no way to make it go away, you just have to wait........ annoying way of making you buy bonuses that also remove ads. Not falling for that! Just spent hours trying to level 644, finally cracked it. When i came back to play the next level, it’s stuck on 644 as if it hasn’t been played. ✓ Bad Customer Support!I have been playing this game for a little over a week. I had an issue with the daily bonus. You open the app every day and you get a bonus booster and on the 7 day you get a better prize or boosters. I open on day seven and it said I got 7 hand swaps. Only it didn’t give them to me. So I contacted support and asked if they could fix that. It’s takes a while for them to respond but ELLA responded and said oh sorry and we will send that to you. But first before we do that you must turn on your notifications. I hate notifications, all my games notifications are off . I turned them on anyway and responded to her. Nothing, still nothing. So I turned my notifications back off and decided that was not right. And now they are just ignoring me. So I deleted this game. Their customer support needs help. I’ve been playing the game a long time (I’m on level 1715) and was pleased to see an update, but I’m not likely to continue. You now have to rely more on boosters and less on strategy. ✓ It’s horrible this new updateI’m thinking to erase this app from my phone. I’m playing this game for 3or4 years and this last update changed the game totally. I can’t found all my lasts progress, my items, my gold, everything disappeared. Now it is a similar horrible copy -The game’ creators never asked if the player wanted this new version. Only they changed the game without any previous notice. I don’t like the game now. Please have the option if we can still playing the last version of this game. Why mess around with something that wasn’t broken. I do not enjoy this game anymore and will probably NOT continue playing. Bring back the original. Original is cleaner and more refined. Very disappointed that game developers have decided to move in this direction. Game dynamics have changed and decreased the number of starting moves on some stages. Developers made some stages near impossible to pass without using multiple “power-ups”. Hoping that you will eventually run out and will be forced to pay for more if you want to move on to the next level. Game developers are no longer satisfied with just paying to remove ads. What a cash grab. Dishonest and sneaky. Original version is way better. I’m sure Elly’s Travels will lose many loyal prayers..Version: 21.0318.00

I don’t expect the levels to be easier but I liked it better when they were able to win.
