✓ No Customer ServiceTo be honest I could never log on so as far as I am concerned this is a horrible app. There is a option to request a forgotten password but it only sends you to a page to reset your password and you need your old password to do that. I guess the do not understand forgot. If they can not manage that I am sure the rest is utterly useless. ✓ Lesson-related content only...This app is great if you want to book a lesson and do all the follow-up, but in order to shop it just launches in Safari... I can do that without eating up valuable memory space. Kind of disappointing, seeing as their other entities (and competitors) have all-inclusive apps.
