I have tons of emoji apps that allow me to directly select emojis from within my keyboard. To use these emojis, you must copy and paste them from their app and into your messages app. That should be mentioned in the app description on the store, in addition to mentioning it in the Q&A within the app (they do the latter). I wouldn't have downloaded it or payed to unlock the app if I had realized this, which I'm sure is why they don't mention it in the store.
