✓ What happened?I liked how I could be away from truck and still message my manager when I needed to. App overall was working fine until a couple days ago. Then I find I have to reset my password and log in to find all my messages gone and now nothing in the app works anymore. Granted, I was in the middle of nowhere Nevada for a couple days, but getting to LA, incoming and outgoing messages dont work, nothing wants to update except HOS. Even deleting and reinstalling the app does nothing. My co-driver, however, has his app working fine, so it just seems to be a problem on my i-phone; I dont want to have to buy another phone just to use one app..GhstcatVersion: 1.36

✓ Really need to verify 5xSeriously, y’all need to verify me using the app? It’s bad enough the app wants access to my banking information and requires to run in background with location services on. Can’t login without a 5 step verification process that keeps asking to change passwords every time afterwards. The app has no business wanting my phones information and it doesn’t need location services. Y’all got rid of transflo mobile for something that isn’t user friendly. ✓ It’s average. Fix the in motion ability.It’s an average employer app. Some features are nicer then others and some are way more complicated. The reason I gave it a two star is because it won’t let me use it while the truck is in motion. Now I know what you’re going to say. That I shouldn’t be using it while I’m driving. Duh! 😒 And I am not, of course! Not all of us are solo. I can’t use the app while my husband is driving. This is super annoying and just plain infuriating. I get that you’re trying to keep drivers from using it while driving. But I have my own login and it knows that I’m off duty so therefore I should be able to use the app even if the truck is moving. ✓ Fix the issueOK the only issue I have with the app is if I am off duty clocked out I should be able to logon to the app without it kicking me off if they would fix it to where it looks at your clock if you’re on the clock do not let you on the app if you’re in sleeper berth end of shift it should let you on the app so I think that needs to be fixed other than that I’m satisfied.Jcoots2Version: 1.43.1

✓ App needs to be updated with one issue I have.The app is great for when your away from your truck but now I my Pre-assignment info is not showing up at all and it’s been like this for awhile now. Messages come through with letting you know you have a load but you but I can’t click on the pre-assigned load to see when it needs to be picked up and where it’s going with out calling for details. It’s an inconvenience sometimes cause if I’m on home time I don’t know if I have a load or not. Please fix or update issues on this app these..Donnell720Version: 1.43.1

✓ ProgressI have the old blue app and this one. The one app still gets notifications about 10 minutes before this one does. Also, this new one can see our logs. So it would be cool if we could use it while our co driver is driving. ✓ ProgressI would agree with the other driver that it be easy to use if we were co drivers, also maybe have some to where if you forget to log a duty status and you can’t get back to the truck to Change that would be helpful to.
